Abstract

本发明涉及一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板及加工方法,包括上面板、下面板、软木芯材和隔音层,所述的软木芯材设有两层,其中一层设在上面板的下方,并与上面板粘合,另一层软木芯材设在下面板的上方,并与下面板粘合,两层软木芯材之间设有一层隔音层,隔音层的上下面分别与两层软木芯材热压粘合连接。一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板的加工方法,包括下列加工步骤:(1)裁切材料;(2)砂光;(3)用双组份胶混合;(4)涂胶,设置连接槽;用热压机压力压合;(5)检验。本发明隔音效果明显高于国内外其他产品,隔音量可以达到RW35dB以上。软木隔音地板具有比重小、强度高,阻燃好,绿色环保等特征。

Description

一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板及加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机车地板,特别是涉及一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板及加工方法。
背景技术
旅客乘坐铁路客车旅行,如果客室内噪声很大,旅客就会明显感到不舒服,而铁路客车客室内的噪声源主要来自车体下部轮轨之间的摩擦和风燥声,本发明主要解决的就是大幅度降低来自这部分的噪声。
软木复合板在国外旅客列车上已有应用,在国内各领域还未见有应用,国外厂家提供的数据显示,这种结构(2mm铝板+16.5mm软木+1铝板)软木复合板的隔音量为RW=29dB;国内高铁列车自主研发生产后,对地板提出了更高要求,要求地板的隔音量在规定的尺寸限界内,隔音量至少为RW=31dB,所以研究一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板及加工方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板及加工方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板,包括上面板、下面板、软木芯材和隔音层,上面板为一层金属板,为复合隔音地板的上层板,下面板为一层金属板,为复合隔音地板的下层板,软木芯材设在上面板与下面板之间,所述的软木芯材设有两层,其中一层设在上面板的下方,并与上面板粘合,另一层软木芯材设在下面板的上方,并与下面板粘合,两层软木芯材之间设有一层隔音层,隔音层的上下面分别与两层软木芯材热压粘合连接。
所述的隔音层为橡胶板材、塑性板材、金属粉末混合板材的其中一种。
所述的复合隔音地板其中一侧设有矩形连接槽,连接槽设在上面板和下面板之间。
所述的上面板和下面板为铝板、铜板和不锈钢板的其中一种。
所述的金属粉末混合板材的隔音层为90%左右的高纯度的极细铁粉中混入橡胶或塑料制成通过挤出压延工艺制成的一种片材,片材厚度在0.6至2毫米之间,该片材具有柔性。
一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板的加工方法,其特征在于包括下列加工步骤:
(1)裁切上面板金属板、下面板金属板、软木芯材和隔音层;
(2)砂光上面板金属板、下面板铝板的连接面;
(3)用双组份胶混合,在环境温度5-35℃,调的胶在30分钟内用完;
(4)在上面板金属板、下面板金属板、软木芯材和隔音层的连接面上涂胶,设置连接槽;用热压机压力压合,压合压力200T,温度60℃,压合时间6小时,制成复合隔音地板。
(5)检验,合格入库以备用。
所述的设置连接槽,是在压合前复合隔音地板其中一边的上面板和下面板伸出该边的软木芯材和隔音层,该边的软木芯材和隔音层的边平齐,该边的上面板的边平齐,热压后形成连接槽。
本发明的有益效果:由于设置了隔音层,使隔音效果明显高于国内外其他产品,隔音量可以达到RW35dB以上。软木隔音地板具有比重小、强度高,阻燃好,绿色环保等特征,尤其在隔音降噪方面效果明显;设置连接槽,在施工中不用再开槽,大幅度提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和图2可以看出,本发明提供了一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板,包括一层上面板1、一层下面板5和软木芯材,上面板1为一层金属板,为复合隔音地板上层板,下面板5为一层金属板,国外的产品仅仅设置一层软木芯材,该层软木芯材与上面板和下面板粘合,本发明设有两层软木芯材,其中软木芯材一2设在上面板的下方,并与上面板粘合,软木芯材二4设在下面板的上方,并与下面板粘合,两层软木芯材之间设有一层隔音层3,隔音层的上下面分别与两层软木芯材热压粘合连接构成一体的复合隔音地板。
所述的隔音层3为铁粉混合板材隔音层。铁粉板材隔音层为90%左右的高纯度的极细铁粉中混入橡胶或塑料,通过挤出压延工艺制成的一种片材,片材厚度在0.6至2毫米之间。该片材具有柔性。由于设置了隔音层,使隔音效果明显高于国内外其他产品,隔音量可以达到RW35dB以上。软木隔音地板具有比重小、强度高,阻燃好,绿色环保等特征,尤其在隔音降噪方面效果明显。
上面板厚度为2毫米金属板,下面板厚度为1毫米金属板,单层软木芯材厚度为8.35毫米,隔音层为0.8毫米,但不限于该尺寸。
一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板的加工方法,其特征在于包括下列加工步骤:
(1)裁切上面板金属板、下面板金属板、软木芯材和隔音层;
(2)砂光上面板金属板、下面板铝板的连接面;
(3)用环氧树脂双组份胶混合,在环境温度5-35℃,调的胶在30分钟内用完;
(4)在上面板金属板、下面板金属板、软木芯材和隔音层的连接面上涂胶,设置连接槽;用热压机压力压合,压合压力200T,温度60℃,压合时间6小时,制成复合隔音地板。
(5)检验,合格入库以备用。
连接槽是在压合前复合隔音地板其中一边的上面板和下面板伸出该边的软木芯材和隔音层构成连接槽,该边的软木芯材和隔音层的边平齐,该边的上面板的边平齐,热压后形成连接槽,这样避免了施工中再开槽,大幅度提高了施工的工作效率。

Claims (6)

1.一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板,包括上面板(1)、下面板(5)和软木芯材(2),上面板为一层金属板,为复合隔音地板的上层板,下面板为一层金属板,为复合隔音地板的下层板,软木芯材设在上面板与下面板之间,其特征在于:还包括隔音层(3),所述的软木芯材(2)设有两层,其中一层设在上面板的下方,并与上面板粘合,另一层软木芯材设在下面板的上方,并与下面板粘合,两层软木芯材之间设有一层隔音层,隔音层的上下面分别与两层软木芯材热压粘合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板,其特征在于:所述的隔音层(3)为橡胶板材、塑性板材、金属粉末混合板材的其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板,其特征在于:所述的复合隔音地板其中一侧设有矩形连接槽(6),连接槽设在上面板和下面板之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板,其特征在于:所述的上面板(1)和下面板(5)为铝板、铜板和不锈钢板的其中一种。
5.一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板的加工方法,其特征在于包括下列加工步骤:
(1)裁切上面板金属板、下面板金属板、软木芯材和隔音层;
(2)砂光上面板金属板、下面板铝板的连接面;
(3)用双组份胶混合,在环境温度5-35℃,调的胶在30分钟内用完;
(4)在上面板铝板、下面板铝板、软木芯材和隔音层的连接面上涂胶,设置连接槽;用热压机压力压合,压合压力200T,温度60℃,压合时间6小时,制成复合隔音地板;
(5)检验,合格入库以备用。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种铁路机车车辆用复合隔音地板,其特征在于:所述的设置连接槽,是在压合前复合隔音地板其中一边的上面板和下面板伸出该边的软木芯材和隔音层,该边的软木芯材和隔音层的边平齐,该边的上面板的边平齐,热压后形成连接槽。
