本发明公开了一种装饰性的硅酸钙板的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:采用硅酸钙板为基材,在碳酸钙板的其中一表面粘贴有装饰复合层,所述的装饰复合层包括表面层和底层,表面层为石头纸,底层为无纺布,将石头纸与无纺布通过粘结层粘结后形成装饰复合层。本发明不但结构简单,制作成本低,而且更换装饰层也比较方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰性的硅酸钙板的制备方法。
背景技术
硅酸钙板是一种硅质材料(主要成分是sio2)钙质材料(主要成分cao),增强纤维,助剂等按一定比例配合,经模压、蒸压等工序制成的一种新型的无机建筑材料,除具有传统石膏板的功能外,更具有优越防火性能及耐潮、使用寿命长的优点,,但是因为因硅酸钙板的颜色图案单一,无法广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种装饰性的硅酸钙板,它不但结构简单,制作成本低,而且更换装饰层也比较方便。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种装饰性的硅酸钙板的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:采用硅酸钙板为基材,在碳酸钙板的其中一表面粘贴有装饰复合层,所述的装饰复合层包括表面层和底层,表面层为石头纸,底层为无纺布,将石头纸与无纺布通过粘结层粘结后形成装饰复合层。
所述的粘结层为热塑性塑料层。
所述的硅酸钙板包括硅质材料和钙质材料,硅质材料主要成分是sio2,钙质材料主要成分cao,将硅质材料和钙质材料在添加增强纤维和助剂条件下混合,经模压、蒸压等工序制成。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明采用的装饰复合层为表面层是石头纸,底层是无纺布,石头纸与无纺布通过粘结层粘结后形成的,这样不但结构简单,制作成本低,而且杜绝造纸过程中因“三废”而造成的污染,同时具有耐腐蚀、耐冲击、防火、防潮、隔音、隔热、抗震、质轻、易加工成型的特点,而且更换装饰层也比较方便。本发明专利以环保的石头纸为面纸以无纺布为底纸中间用热塑性材料为粘结剂采用挤出流延的工艺制成的复合纸,它比单一的石头纸表面张力更高,更为坚韧,牢固。底层无纺布表面粗糙度亦更易与硅酸钙板胶接。复合层石头纸通过数码打印,将各种木纹、石纹或其他图案用喷墨型式进行打印,相比凹印、丝印、数码印刷不用在前期做任何准备打印工作,无需出菲林制版,全彩一次成像,定位精确,使表面彩色图像更清晰、更逼真、更富立体感。将这种新颖的石头纸墙纸通过胶粘复合工艺粘结在硅酸钙板上便制成了一种新颖装饰性的硅酸钙板,广泛应用于内墙、吊顶等建筑上。本发明专利系将环保的石头纸为面纸,中间用热塑性塑料为粘结剂底面为无纺布组成的复合层纸。经数码印刷成木纹纸、石纹纸或其他各种图案的装饰纸,通过复合工艺粘结于硅酸钙板上,成为一种新颖装饰性的硅酸钙板。

本发明专利系将环保的石头纸为面纸,中间用热塑性塑料为粘结剂底面为无纺布组成的复合层纸。经数码印刷成木纹纸、石纹纸或其他各种图案的装饰纸,通过复合工艺粘结于硅酸钙板上,成为一种新颖装饰性的硅酸钙板。

1.一种装饰性的硅酸钙板的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:采用硅酸钙板为基材,在碳酸钙板的其中一表面粘贴有装饰复合层,所述的装饰复合层包括表面层和底层,表面层为石头纸,底层为无纺布,将石头纸与无纺布通过粘结层粘结后形成装饰复合层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性的硅酸钙板的制备方法,其特征是所述的粘结层为热塑性塑料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性的硅酸钙板的制备方法,其特征是所述的硅酸钙板包括硅质材料和钙质材料,硅质材料主要成分是sio2,钙质材料主要成分cao,将硅质材料和钙质材料在添加增强纤维和助剂条件下混合,经模压、蒸压等工序制成。
