Abstract

本发明公开了一种工具夹片切割夹具,包括环形传送带和定位夹具,所述定位夹具包括基座、定位盘、伸缩架、限位板和行程开关,可实现工具夹片的轴向定位、径向定位和转动控制;所述行程开关在限位板上紧靠定位盘,当工具夹片安装到定位盘上时启动行程开关控制伸缩架上的三个支撑轴伸长,工具夹片切割完成时,工具夹片掉落行程开关断开,支撑轴收缩;所述环形传送带上装有若干个定位夹具,定位夹具可随环形传送带转动,当工具夹片随环形传送带经过安装好并启动的切割刀具后被切割成三片掉落至料槽内。本发明结构简单,方便实用,能连续不断地切割工具夹片,实现切割工具夹片的自动化,可有效解决目前工具夹片的切割问题。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工夹具技术领域,具体涉及工具夹片切割夹具。
背景技术
工具夹片的加工工艺在国内已经常见,将工具夹片加工成三片夹片的工艺一般是采用铣床刀片分三次加工或三个铣刀一起加工,这种情况下都是加工完成一组夹片后人工操作将下一组工具夹片安装到工作台,这种加工方式工作效率低,劳动强度大且存在安全隐患。
针对以上目前工具夹片切割存在的缺陷和不足,高效、自动化的切割系统极为重要,而研发自动化的夹具系统显得尤为关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,方便实用的自动化工具夹片切割夹具。
一种工具夹片切割夹具,包括环形传送带和定位夹具,所述定位夹具包括基座、定位盘、伸缩架、限位板和行程开关,可实现工具夹片的轴向定位、径向定位和转动控制;所述行程开关在限位板上紧靠定位盘,当工具夹片安装到定位盘上时启动行程开关控制伸缩架上的三个支撑轴伸长,工具夹片切割完成时,工具夹片掉落行程开关断开,支撑轴收缩。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:
所述基座上有相应的凹槽便于安装工具夹片;所述限位板安装在基座上,可实现工具夹片的轴向定位;所述定位盘安装在限位板上,其外径可与工具夹片内孔配合,可对工具夹片径向定位;所述伸缩架上有三个可伸缩的支撑轴,伸长时顶住工具夹片内孔使其不能转动。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:
所述环形传送带上装有若干个定位夹具,定位夹具可随环形传送带转动,当工具夹片随环形传送带经过安装好并启动的切割刀具后被切割成三片掉落至料槽内。
本发明结构简单,方便实用,能连续不断地切割工具夹片,实现切割工具夹片的自动化,可有效解决目前工具夹片的切割问题。
具体体现在:
1、限位板可实现工具夹片的轴向定位,定位盘可对工具夹片径向定位,伸缩架上有三个可伸缩的支撑轴,伸长时顶住工具夹片内孔使其不能转动,定位加紧较为方便快捷;
2、定位夹具可随环形传送带转动,在远离刀具加工的部位安装加工件,安全、高效;
3、环形传送带顺时针转动,刀具从工具夹片大头开始切割,使刀具传递给工具夹片的轴向力由限位板和基座承受,使切割更加稳定;
4、当工具夹片随环形传送带经过安装好并启动的切割刀具,三个刀片同时切割,产品的一致性高,可避免因分三次加工控制不当导致的工装被破坏以及刀片的浪费。

具体实施方式
参见图1及图2,本发明提供的一种工具夹片切割夹具,包括环形传送带1和定位夹具2,所述定位夹具2包括基座2a、定位盘2c、伸缩架2b、限位板2d和行程开关2e,所述基座2a上有相应的凹槽便于安装工具夹片3;所述限位板2d安装在基座2a上,可实现工具夹片3的轴向定位;所述定位盘2c安装在限位板2d上,其外径可与工具夹片3内孔配合,可对工具夹片3径向定位;所述伸缩架2b上有三个可伸缩的支撑轴,伸长时顶住工具夹片3内孔使其不能转动;所述行程开关2e在限位板2d上紧靠定位盘2c,当工具夹片安装到定位盘2c上时启动行程开关控制伸缩架2b上的三个支撑轴伸长,工具夹片3切割完成时,工具夹片3掉落行程开关断开,支撑轴收缩;所述环形传送带1上装有若干个定位夹具2,定位夹具2可随环形传送带转动1,当工具夹片3随环形传送带1经过安装好并启动的切割刀具4后被切割成三片掉落至料槽5内。
本实施例中,限位板可实现工具夹片的轴向定位,定位盘可对工具夹片径向定位,伸缩架上有三个可伸缩的支撑轴,伸长时顶住工具夹片内孔使其不能转动,定位加紧较为方便快捷。
本实施例中,定位夹具可随环形传送带转动,在远离刀具加工的部位安装加工件,安全、高效,环形传送带顺时针转动,刀具从工具夹片大头开始切割,使刀具传递给工具夹片的轴向力由限位板和基座承受,使切割更加稳定。
本实施例中,当工具夹片随环形传送带经过安装好并启动的切割刀具,三个刀片同时切割,产品的一致性高,可避免因分三次加工控制不当导致的工装被破坏以及刀片的浪费。

1.一种工具夹片切割夹具,包括环形传送带和定位夹具,所述定位夹具包括基座、定位盘、伸缩架、限位板和行程开关,所述行程开关在限位板上紧靠定位盘,当工具夹片安装到定位盘上时启动行程开关控制伸缩架上的三个支撑轴伸长,工具夹片切割完成时,工具夹片掉落行程开关断开,支撑轴收缩;所述环形传送带上装有若干个定位夹具,定位夹具可随环形传送带转动,当工具夹片随环形传送带经过安装好并启动的切割刀具后被切割成三片掉落至料槽内。
