Abstract

本发明公开一种聚酰亚胺薄膜双面同时差异性挂胶工艺方法,属于高频电磁导线加工的绝缘材料,其特征是在两条压力辊与垂直相交的两侧夹角内灌注聚铵乙丙烯稠胶和稀胶,同时完成厚胶面和薄胶面涂挂,并斜向穿过烘干箱对角。本发明与现有技术相比,具有工艺流程短,挂胶厚度和双面差异由压力辊间距和胶液浓度在一个控制点完成。在烘干箱内停留区间大等特点,同时具有操作简单易控、生产效率高、涂胶均匀、节能等显著优点。

一种聚酰亚胺薄膜双面同时差异性挂胶工艺方法
一、技术领域
本发明涉及电磁导线绝缘加工,具体的说是一种聚酰亚胺薄膜双面同时差异性挂胶工艺方法。
二、背景技术
大功率,高电压的大型机电设备制造需要更强绝缘性能的高频电磁导线。现行高频电磁导线的绝缘层多以双面差异性涂挂聚铵乙丙烯的聚酰亚胺薄膜缠裹、烧结定型实现。现行技术下的聚酰胺薄膜生产多按以下工艺流程方法完成:聚酰亚胺薄膜以一定张力垂直穿过一条称作压力辊、一条称作涂布辊的并排两条辊轴之间,涂挂以薄膜与涂布辊形成夹角内的聚铵乙丙烯稠胶形成原胶面,下行的单面胶薄膜于压力辊侧绕独立的涂布辊变向,以其张力形成的夹角为稀胶胶槽并涂挂形成薄胶面。双面差异性挂胶的聚酰亚胺薄膜再次绕转向辊变向后垂直向上穿过烘干箱烘干定型后打卷包装。现行工艺流程存在的不足是:聚酰亚膜薄膜的挂胶厚度受压力辊间距、薄膜张力,这行速度及胶液粘稠度等多项综合固态共同影响,操作技术含量高,调控环节多,难度大,产品质量难以均衡稳定。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题和不足,提供一种挂胶均匀,运行平稳的一种聚酰亚胺薄膜双面同时差异性挂胶工艺方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种聚酰亚胺薄膜双面同时差异性挂胶工艺方法,包括压力辊、聚酰亚胺薄膜、稠胶槽、稀胶槽、胶槽挡板、转向辊和烘干箱,其特征是压力辊为两条等径、平行、水平并列、间距可调的高光洁度轴辊,转向辊为进行不粘沾处置的高光洁度轴辊,聚酰亚胺薄膜自上而下垂直穿过两条压力辊之间,形成的两侧夹角两端由胶槽挡板封堵,一侧为稠胶槽,一侧为稀胶槽,两面同时差异性挂胶后的聚酰亚胺薄膜经转向辊反折、斜向、对角穿过烘干箱烘干定型、打卷包装。
本发明的一种聚酰亚胺薄膜双面同时差异性挂胶工艺方法与现有技术相比,具有结构简单,缩短和简化了工艺流程,调控环节少,挂胶均匀,运行平稳等特点,此外还具有以下显著优点:
1、聚酰亚胺薄膜两面挂胶在同一对辊同时进行,两面挂胶的厚度及差异由压力辊间距和胶液粘稠度在一个环节处调控,技术含量低,操作简单,运行平衡,产品质量易于保证和提高。
2、挂胶后的聚酰亚胺薄膜斜向穿过烘干箱对角线,延长了烘干间期,可同比增加运转速度或降低温度,节能高效。

五、具体实施方式
结合说明书附图对本发明作以下进一步详细说明:
如图1所示,本发明以两条等径、平行、水平并列、间距可调的一对压力辊1上夹角两端由胶槽挡板5封堵,由垂直穿过的聚酰亚胺薄膜2中分,形成稠胶槽3和稀胶槽4,于稀胶槽4侧压力辊1相切下方的垂直线设置相切的转向辊6,双面挂胶后的聚酰亚胺薄膜2绕经转向辊6变向后,斜向穿过烘干箱7对角。
生产中,穿引聚酰亚胺薄膜2经绕全流程,以双面挂胶厚度比要求分别调配聚铵乙丙烯胶液浓度,并分别注入稠胶槽3和稀胶槽4,后动打卷包装辊和压力辊1及烘干箱7共调试至正常,进入生产。

1.一种聚酰亚胺薄膜双面同时差异性挂胶工艺方法,包括压力辊、聚酰亚胺薄膜、稠胶槽、稀胶槽、胶槽挡板、转向辊和烘干箱,其特征是压力辊为两条等径、平行、水平并列、间距可调的高光洁度轴辊,转向辊为进行不粘沾处置的高光洁度轴辊,聚酰亚胺薄膜自上而下垂直穿过两条压力辊之间,形成的两侧夹角两端由胶槽挡板封堵,一侧为稠胶槽,一侧为稀胶槽,两面同时差异性挂胶后的聚酰亚胺薄膜经转向辊反折、斜向、对角穿过烘干箱烘干定型、打卷包装。
