3.11 preparation method of granule containing Chinese medicinal effective components for invigorating spleen, invigorating qi and eliminating dampness:

4.1 Properties
The product is brown granule with proper size, uniform texture, and complete appearance, and has good fragrance and sweet taste.
4.2 examination of particle size distribution
Stacking the medicine sieves with different sieve numbers from high to low according to the sequence of the mesh number from small to large, pouring the prepared granules into the uppermost sieve, and slowly shaking the stacked medicine sieves to separate the granules with different sizes, wherein the percentage of each obtained sieve number is as shown in table 1.

4.3 granule flowability inspection

The efficacy of the granules containing the effective ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicines prepared in examples 1, 2, and 3, which have the effects of invigorating spleen, replenishing qi, and eliminating dampness, is evaluated by the feeling of trial use. 150 men and women (half of men and women) of 55-75 years old are selected as trial objects by adopting a civil survey grading method, are divided into four groups in an arbitrary equal way, and the granules prepared in the examples 1, 2 and 3 are respectively taken. The composition is administered three times a day for two months. weighing appropriate amount of burdock coarse powder, soaking for 0.15-0.8h, heating, decocting and extracting for 3 times, adding 14-20 times of water for 1 time, extracting for 1.0-2.0h, adding 12-14 times of water for 2 times, extracting for 0.5-1.5h, adding 8-12 times of water for 3 times, extracting for 0.5-1.0h, filtering for each time, mixing filtrates, concentrating to viscous state, steaming in 80-100 deg.C water bath to non-flowing state, oven drying in 40-80 deg.C oven, pulverizing, sieving with 40-80 mesh sieve to obtain burdock extract, and drying in dryer;
the red date extract is prepared by the following method:
weighing an appropriate amount of red dates, cutting off pulp, soaking for 0.15-0.8h, heating, decocting and extracting for 3 times, adding 12-15 times of water for 1 time, extracting for 1.0-2.0h, adding 10-12 times of water for 2 times, extracting for 0.5-1.5h, adding 8-10 times of water for 3 times, extracting for 0.5-1.5h, filtering for each time, combining filtrates, concentrating to viscous state, placing on a water bath kettle at 80-100 deg.C to steam to a non-flowing state, placing in an oven at 40-80 deg.C for drying, pulverizing, sieving with a 40-80 mesh sieve to obtain red date extract, and placing in a dryer for later use;
the lotus leaf extract is prepared by the following method:
