中药泡脚的应用在我国有悠久的历史，泡脚可以减轻疲劳，改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，去除污垢，使身心舒畅、精神爽快。加入中药的陈香足清泡脚不光具有促进血液循环的功能，还可通过皮肤在温水作用下的强渗透能力，充分吸收中药成分，疏通筋骨关节，改善体内的水分分布和血液循环，起到祛病、护肤、美容的作用。中药泡脚的优点有：1、安全；2、无痛苦；3、无毒副作用；4、廉价；5、有效；6、方便；7、舒适。人们常说“春天洗脚，升阳固脱；夏天洗脚，暑湿可祛；秋天冼脚，肺润肠濡；冬天冼脚，丹田温灼”。
发明内容
本发明的目地在于针对现有技术存在的问题，提供一种保健泡脚药方及其制备方法，它能促进人体新陈代谢、疏通经络、改善血液循环、调节神经系统、防病治病。

所述当归具有补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效，红花红花活血通经，去瘀止痛。黄芪活血通经药，具有补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌的功效，苏木心材入药，为清血剂，有祛痰、止痛、活血、散风之功效，人参大补元气，复脉固脱，补脾益肺，生津止渴，安神益智，丹参具有活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈之功效。菊花具有散风热、平肝明目、消咳止痛的功效，桂枝发汗解肌，温经通脉，助阳化气，散寒止痛，夜交藤养心，安神，通络，祛风，单用外水煎洗，医治皮肤风疮痒疹，可收祛风止痒之功效，酸枣仁治虚烦不眠，惊悸怔忡，烦渴，虚汗，泽兰活血祛瘀，利水消肿，生地清热、生津、润燥、滑肠、破瘀、生新、止痛、调经、金疮瘀、凉血、止血。川椒有芳香健胃、温中散寒、除湿止痛、杀虫解毒、止痒解腥的功效，葛根具清热、降火、排毒诸功效，细辛具有祛风散寒，通窍止痛，温肺化饮的功效。
其制作及使用方法：按百分比称取上述15味中药，粉碎，按每包药粉100克分包备用。
