本发明涉及香薰技术领域，尤其是一种缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰及其制备方法。
背景技术
香薰疗法(也称芳香疗法)，是将植物精油运用薰蒸、沐浴、按摩等方法，通过人体的嗅觉、味觉、触觉、视觉、听觉五大感觉功能，把植物的荷尔蒙经由皮肤和呼吸系统吸收，调节人体中枢神经系统、血液循环、内分泌、皮肤养护等八大系统而激发人体自身的治愈、平衡及再生功能。使身心恢复协调，消除忧郁、焦虑、烦闷、愤怒等情绪和疲劳感，来达到一种身、心、灵皆俱舒畅的感觉。
尤其是在运动后对于身心疲劳的缓解，香薰疗法有着非常显著的作用。但是，现有的香薰精油对于运动后的肌肉紧张和拉伤的缓解作用较弱，效果持续的能力有限。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰及其制备方法，能够解决现有技术的不足，提高了香薰精油对于肌肉紧张和拉伤的治疗效果。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰，包括以下重量份数的组份，
120～150份的艾叶，140～200份的薄荷，80～90份的金银花，40～80份的藿香，15～20份的冰片，5～10份的樟脑，90～120份的白芷，35～50份的鱼腥草，50～70份的蒲公英，20～30份的黄芪，10～15份的桂枝，40～45份的龙葵，55～70份的合欢皮，20～25份的赤芍，1000～2000份的甘油，500～700份的水，500～700份的乙醇。
一种上述的缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A、将全部的藿香、白芷、桂枝、合欢皮、赤芍和10～15份的黄芪、20～30份的龙葵放入水中，进行煮沸，煮沸持续45～60min，然后将煮沸液倒入甘油和乙醇的混合液中进行静置冷却，然后滤去沉淀物，得到上清液；
B、将全部的艾叶、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英和剩余的黄芪和龙葵进行混合粉碎，将粉碎后的粉末混合物倒入步骤A制得的上清液中，加热至50～65℃保持8～12h，然后自然降温；
C、将全部的薄荷、冰片和樟脑放入步骤B制得的香薰液中，浸泡48～72h后，取上清液密封备用。

135份的艾叶，185份的薄荷，85份的金银花，70份的藿香，20份的冰片，8份的樟脑，110份的白芷，45份的鱼腥草，65份的蒲公英，30份的黄芪，12份的桂枝，45份的龙葵，65份的合欢皮，20份的赤芍，1800份的甘油，600份的水，650份的乙醇。
一种上述的缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A、将全部的藿香、白芷、桂枝、合欢皮、赤芍和12份的黄芪、25份的龙葵放入水中，进行煮沸，煮沸持续60min，然后将煮沸液倒入甘油和乙醇的混合液中进行静置冷却，然后滤去沉淀物，得到上清液；
B、将全部的艾叶、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英和剩余的黄芪和龙葵进行混合粉碎，将粉碎后的粉末混合物倒入步骤A制得的上清液中，加热至60℃保持10h，然后自然降温；
C、将全部的薄荷、冰片和樟脑放入步骤B制得的香薰液中，浸泡60h后，取上清液密封备用。
治疗例1
张某，女，23岁，慢跑5公里后，使用上述香薰精油进行腿部按摩30min，酸胀感消失；每天坚持在慢跑5公里后进行香薰精油按摩，腿部未出现酸胀感。
治疗例2
计某，男，31岁，左臂肱二头肌拉伤，使用上述香薰精油进行按摩治疗，每两天按摩治疗一次，每次15min，坚持治疗5次后，拉伤处的疼痛感消失。
实施例2
一种缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰，包括以下重量份数的组份，
145份的艾叶，165份的薄荷，80份的金银花，55份的藿香，15份的冰片，10份的樟脑，100份的白芷，40份的鱼腥草，65份的蒲公英，25份的黄芪，10份的桂枝，40份的龙葵，70份的合欢皮，20份的赤芍，1000～2000份的甘油，500～700份的水，500～700份的乙醇；
还包括10份的怀牛膝、15份的乌榄根和5份的姜黄。
一种上述的缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A、将全部的藿香、白芷、桂枝、合欢皮、赤芍、怀牛膝、乌榄根、姜黄和12份的黄芪、25份的龙葵放入水中，进行煮沸，煮沸持续60min，然后将煮沸液倒入甘油和乙醇的混合液中进行静置冷却，然后滤去沉淀物，得到上清液；
B、将全部的艾叶、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英和剩余的黄芪和龙葵进行混合粉碎，将粉碎后的粉末混合物倒入步骤A制得的上清液中，加热至60℃保持10h，然后自然降温；
C、将全部的薄荷、冰片和樟脑放入步骤B制得的香薰液中，浸泡60h后，取上清液密封备用。
治疗例3
赵某，女，37岁，左脚踝扭伤，使用上述香薰精油每天进行20min热敷，3天后消肿。
对比例1
王某，男，17岁，跳远运动员，每天训练后分别使用实施例1和实施例2的两种香薰精油对左腿和右腿进行分别地按摩放松，使用实施例1的香薰精油进行按摩45min可使左腿在第二天训练前不出现酸痛疲劳感，使用实施例2的香薰精油进行按摩20min可使右腿在第二天训练前不出现酸痛疲劳感。
上述描述仅作为本发明可实施的技术方案提出，不作为对其技术方案本身的单一限制条件。
Claims (2)
1.一种缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰，其特征在于：包括以下重量份数的组份，
120～150份的艾叶，140～200份的薄荷，80～90份的金银花，40～80份的藿香，15～20份的冰片，5～10份的樟脑，90～120份的白芷，35～50份的鱼腥草，50～70份的蒲公英，20～30份的黄芪，10～15份的桂枝，40～45份的龙葵，55～70份的合欢皮，20～25份的赤芍，1000～2000份的甘油，500～700份的水，500～700份的乙醇。
2.一种权利要求1所述的缓解运动身心疲劳的香薰的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
A、将全部的藿香、白芷、桂枝、合欢皮、赤芍和10～15份的黄芪、20～30份的龙葵放入水中，进行煮沸，煮沸持续45～60min，然后将煮沸液倒入甘油和乙醇的混合液中进行静置冷却，然后滤去沉淀物，得到上清液；
B、将全部的艾叶、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英和剩余的黄芪和龙葵进行混合粉碎，将粉碎后的粉末混合物倒入步骤A制得的上清液中，加热至50～65℃保持8～12h，然后自然降温；
C、将全部的薄荷、冰片和樟脑放入步骤B制得的香薰液中，浸泡48～72h后，取上清液密封备用。
