当归20、黄芪18、红花15、苏木20、泽兰15、生地12、川椒20、葛根15、细辛8、黄芩15、伸筋草10、酸枣仁10、甘草15、黄连12、苍术15、冰片10、赤芍15、丹皮20、藿香20、艾叶25、肉桂15、山柰20、金银花20、紫苏18、薄荷20。
所述川椒在100摄氏度的炒锅内炒制10分钟。
实施例三：本发明提供一种中草药保健鞋垫，包括鞋垫本体，所述鞋垫本体内设有填充层，所述填充层内设有中草药包，所述中草药包按重量份配比为：
当归17、黄芪14、红花13、苏木18、泽兰13、生地10、川椒17、葛根12、细辛5、黄芩12、伸筋草8、酸枣仁8、甘草12、黄连10、苍术13、冰片8、赤芍13、丹皮18、藿香18、艾叶22、肉桂13、山柰18、金银花18、紫苏16、薄荷18。
所述川椒在90摄氏度的炒锅内炒制6分钟。

当归15～20、黄芪10～18、红花10～15、苏木15～20、泽兰10～15、生地6～12、川椒15～20、葛根10～15、细辛3～8、黄芩10～15、伸筋草5～10、酸枣仁5～10、甘草10～15、黄连8～12、苍术10～15、冰片5～10、赤芍10～15、丹皮15～20、藿香15～20、艾叶20～25、肉桂10～15、山柰15～20、金银花15～20、紫苏12～18、薄荷15～20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中草药保健鞋垫，其特征在于：所述中草药包按重量份配比为：当归16～18、黄芪12～16、红花12～14、苏木16～18、泽兰12～14、生地8～10、川椒16～18、葛根12～14、细辛4～6、黄芩12～14、伸筋草6～8、酸枣仁6～8、甘草12～14、黄连10～12、苍术12～15、冰片7～10、赤芍11～14、丹皮12～18、藿香16～18、艾叶22～25、肉桂12～15、山柰16～20、金银花16～18、紫苏14～18、薄荷16～20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中草药保健鞋垫，其特征在于：所述中草药包按重量份配比为：当归17、黄芪14、红花12～14、苏木16、泽兰13、生地8、川椒17、葛根14、细辛5、黄芩114、伸筋草6、酸枣仁6、甘草14、黄连12、苍术14、冰片8、赤芍12、丹皮14、藿香16、艾叶24、肉桂14、山柰18、金银花16、紫苏16、薄荷18。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中草药保健鞋垫，其特征在于：所述甘草为生甘草。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种中草药保健鞋垫，其特征在于：所述川椒在80～100摄氏度的炒锅内炒制5～10分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种中草药保健鞋垫，其特征在于：所述金银花选用金银花的花蕾制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种中草药保健鞋垫，其特征在于：所述中草药包中的中草药呈粉末状。
