Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to camellia cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In today's society, makeup has become a common phenomenon. However, if the makeup is not cleaned in time after the makeup of the face, the makeup remaining in the pores of the skin is liable to induce folliculitis, leading to skin diseases such as red swelling, blackheads, acne and the like, and causing the face to be scarred and deposited over time.
Cosmetics, especially color cosmetics, contain a large amount of oil and form an oily film on the face, and are difficult to remove directly. The cleansing oil is easy to remove facial oil by dissolving the oil and dispersing the oil by an emulsifier by utilizing the principle of similar intermiscibility. However, most of the conventional makeup removing oil is mineral oil and synthetic oil ester, and the skin is rough and pores are enlarged after long-term use. Patent applications No. 201610329542.2 and No. 201610321948.6 disclose cleansing oils based on vegetable oils, but vegetable oils are highly viscous and greasy and not conducive to uniform application and cleansing of the face.
The camellia seed oil contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, vitamins and other nutrient components, and has a good skin care effect. The patent application No. 201410648953.9 discloses a camellia oil cleansing oil, but the direct use of camellia oil has the disadvantages of greasiness and difficult cleaning.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide a preparation method of camellia oil cleansing oil. According to the camellia oil cleansing oil, the camellia oil is esterified by the ethyl ester and the sucrose, so that the prepared camellia oil cleansing oil is not greasy and is easy to remove makeup and clean.
The invention also aims to provide the camellia cleansing oil obtained by the preparation method.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of camellia cleansing oil comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing camellia oil, ethanol and a strong base catalyst for reflux reaction, standing for layering, and removing a lower-layer solution to obtain an upper-layer solution;
(2) adding sucrose and an alkaline catalyst into the upper-layer solution obtained in the step (1), gradually heating to the reaction temperature, reacting under reduced pressure, washing with brine, standing for layering, and removing the lower-layer solution;
(3) and (3) drying the upper layer solution obtained in the step (2) in vacuum, and adding an antioxidant to obtain the camellia cleansing oil.
The camellia oil in the step (1) is camellia seed pressed crude oil or refined product oil;
the volume ratio of the ethanol to the camellia oil in the step (1) is (0.5-2): 1; the reflux reaction condition is that the reaction is carried out for 1-3 h at 70-90 ℃.
The strong base catalyst in the step (1) is sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or sodium ethoxide; the ratio of the using amount of the strong base catalyst to the using amount of the camellia oil (1-10) g: 1L of the compound.
The solid-to-liquid ratio of the sucrose in the step (2) to the upper layer solution obtained in the step (1) is 1 kg: (5-20) L, wherein the reaction temperature is 110-140 ℃, the temperature rise time is 30-90 min, the reaction pressure under reduced pressure is 0.01-0.1 MPa, and the reaction time under reduced pressure is 3-8 h.
The alkaline catalyst in the step (2) is anhydrous sodium carbonate or anhydrous potassium carbonate; the ratio of the dosage of the alkaline catalyst to the dosage of the upper-layer solution obtained in the step (1) is (10-50) g: 1L of the compound.
The saline water in the step (2) is 10-50 g/L of sodium chloride aqueous solution, and the dosage of the saline water is 0.5-3 times of the volume of the upper layer solution obtained in the step (1).
And (3) drying in vacuum at the temperature of 80-120 ℃, under the pressure of 0.001-0.01 MPa for 3-5 h.
The antioxidant in the step (3) is more than one of Butyl Hydroxy Anisol (BHA), dibutyl hydroxy toluene (BHT), tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ), Propyl Gallate (PG) and Vitamin E (VE), and the dosage ratio of the antioxidant to the upper layer solution obtained in the step (2) is (0.5-10) g: 1L of the compound.
Camellia cleansing oil is prepared by the method.
The camellia cleansing oil has the viscosity of 9-33 mPa.s, is 1/10-1/3 of vegetable oil, has good dissolving and dispersing performance on color cosmetics, and is easy to clean.
The principle is as follows: according to the invention, camellia oil is subjected to structural change under the action of a strong base catalyst, the molecular chain of a macromolecular glyceride is dissociated and converted into micromolecular tea oil fatty acid ethyl ester, and then tea oil sucrose ester with emulsifying capacity is formed under the action of an alkaline catalyst (sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate), so that a makeup removing oil product which has a good oil removing function and is not greasy is obtained.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:
(1) the invention overcomes the defect that the vegetable oil is directly used as the cleansing oil at present, and adopts the structure modification technology to convert the macromolecules of the vegetable oil into low molecules, thereby improving the molecular activity and enhancing the affinity acting force on the grease on the surface of the skin;
(2) the cleansing oil provided by the invention integrates multiple functions of nutrition, anti-inflammation, cleaning and the like, is not added with an emulsifier, and plays a role by utilizing the emulsifying property of the cleansing oil;
(3) the preparation process is simple and convenient for industrial production.
