The microemulsion is an emulsion with the particle size of less than 100nm, the microemulsion cosmetic has the advantages of high stability, small particle size, easiness in absorption by skin, fine hand feeling and the like, the microemulsion is lack of adhesiveness, the residence time on the skin is short, the microemulsion cosmetic is further prepared into gel, the action time of the microemulsion cosmetic is favorably prolonged, and the gel is fresh and cool in touch, moist, easy to coat and widely popular with consumers. At present, the application of the peony seed oil in the field of cosmetics through microemulsifying and preparing the gel is not reported.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a peony seed oil microemulsion gel, which combines microemulsion and gel, has no greasy feeling, can be quickly absorbed, has high stability, and uses a safe and nontoxic substrate.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the peony seed oil microemulsion gel.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the peony seed oil microemulsion gel comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, 0.5-3 parts of polyoxyethylene hydrogenated lanolin, 3-10 parts of squalane, 1-10 parts of peony seed oil, 0.5-3 parts of silicone, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 4-6 parts of trehalose, 0.01-2.0 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 10-20 parts of deionized water.
The invention adopts another technical scheme that a preparation method of the peony seed oil microemulsion gel agent is implemented according to the following steps:
step 1, weighing the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, 0.5-3 parts of polyoxyethylene hydrogenated lanolin, 3-10 parts of squalane, 1-10 parts of peony seed oil, 0.5-3 parts of silicone, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 4-6 parts of trehalose, 0.01-2.0 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 10-20 parts of deionized water;
step 2, mixing peony seed oil, polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated lanolin, squalane and silicone, heating to 70-80 ℃, stirring for 20-40min until the components are completely dissolved, and marking as a material I;
step 3, mixing glycerol, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate and deionized water, and stirring at 70-75 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved, and marking as a material II;
step 4, slowly adding the material I into the island material II, uniformly stirring while adding, and performing ultrasonic treatment to form a uniform emulsion;
and 5, homogenizing the emulsion obtained in the step 4, stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the peony seed oil microemulsion gel.
The present invention is also characterized in that,
the power of ultrasonic treatment in the step 4 is 10-20W, and the time is 1-5 min.
In the step 5, the homogenization treatment is to homogenize the emulsion for 5-20min under 500-1000bar by a high-pressure homogenizer.
And the stirring time in the step 5 is 15-20 min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that firstly, the microemulsion belongs to a thermodynamic stability system, and because the emulsion has smaller particle size and is uniformly dispersed in a gel matrix, and liquid drops are more difficult to combine into macromolecules to be separated out, the microemulsion cosmetic has better stability compared with common cosmetics; secondly, due to the solubilization of the microemulsion, the content of the peony seed oil in a product system can be increased, and the defects of high oil content and instability of common cosmetics are overcome; in addition, the preparation method combines ultrasonic emulsification and high-pressure homogeneous emulsification, and the prepared microemulsion gel has finer particles and fine hand feeling, and is easy to coat and permeate into the skin to be absorbed. The microemulsion gel provided by the invention can be widely applied to the field of cosmetics such as skin care products, shampoos, facial masks and the like.

The peony seed oil microemulsion gel agent is tested through related test experiments to illustrate the performance of the peony seed oil microemulsion gel agent.
First, the peony seed oil microemulsion gel prepared in examples 1 to 3 is measured for particle size, the distribution diagram is shown in fig. 1, and the microemulsion form is observed under an inverted microscope, which is shown in fig. 2. As can be seen from the figures 1 and 2, the average particle size of the peony seed oil microemulsion is about 38.02nm, and the peony seed oil microemulsion is in a spherical shape with uniform size.
Physical stability test of (II) peony seed oil microemulsion gel
The proper amount of the peony seed oil microemulsion gelling agent is taken and centrifuged for 20 minutes at the rotating speed of 5000r/min, the proper amount of the peony seed oil microemulsion gelling agent is taken and respectively stored for 10 days at the temperature of 10 ℃, 25 ℃, 40 ℃ and 60 ℃ without oil-water stratification during the storage period, and the particle size distribution of emulsion drops has no obvious change.
(III) moisture retention test
At 25 deg.C and 40% humidity, 4 microporous filter membranes of 0.22 μm are placed on a piece of water-impermeable silica paper, 5 drops of purified water are respectively dropped on the filter membranes, and the filter membranes are immediately weighed. The peony seed oil microemulsion gelling agents of examples 1 to 3 were then uniformly coated on the No. 1 to 3 filter membranes, respectively, and immediately weighed, and the No. 4 membrane was not coated, as a control group. The water loss was then measured for filters No. 1-4 at 5, 15, 30, 60, 120 minutes, respectively. The water loss rate calculation formula is as follows:
Figure BDA0001188922500000091
wherein M isnFor the weight of the sample after standing, MoIs the sample weight before placement.
The results are shown in fig. 3, and it can be seen from the results in fig. 3 that the water loss rate of the filter membranes in the groups of examples 1 to 3 is obviously lower than that of the control group, which indicates that the peony seed oil microemulsion gel prepared by the invention has a good moisturizing effect, can effectively improve the skin elasticity, and promotes the skin hydration so as to further increase the transdermal penetration of oil.
(IV) coating property test of peony seed oil microemulsion gelling agent
The proper amount of the peony seed oil microemulsion gelling agent and the proper amount of the peony seed oil in the embodiments 1 to 3 are respectively taken and coated on the double-silicon paper (with hydrophobicity similar to that of the skin) for observation, so that the fact that the coating process of the peony seed oil microemulsion gelling agent is easy and has no oil drop aggregation phenomenon is found, and after the peony seed oil is coated, oil drop aggregation appears on the surface of the double-silicon paper quickly and is not easy to coat uniformly, which indicates that the peony seed oil prepared into the microemulsion gelling agent is beneficial to coating on the skin, is more beneficial to full contact with the skin to promote absorption, and reduces greasy feeling. The microemulsion gel prepared by the raw material formula prepared in the examples 1-3 according to a conventional method is used as a sample for experiments, and is tried by 30 female volunteers aged 18-45 years, so that the microemulsion gel has refreshing feeling, is easy to coat and has no greasy feeling.
