松子仁含有丰富的维生素E,能抑制细胞内和细胞膜上的脂质过氧化作用,保护细胞免受自由基的损害,并使细胞内许多很重要的酶保持正常的功能,所以,松子仁具有抗衰延寿作用;松子仁含有丰富的脂肪、棕榈碱、挥发油等,因而能润滑大肠而通便、缓泻而不伤正气,尤其适用于年老体弱、产后病后的润肠通便;
核桃中富含丰富的ω-3脂肪酸,可以减少患抑郁症、注意力缺失多动症、癌症和老年痴呆症等的几率,并含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质,以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素。
豌豆苗中富含维生素C和能分解体内亚硝胺的酶,可以分解亚硝胺,具有抗癌防癌的作用。豌豆与一般蔬菜有所不同,所含的止杈酸、赤霉素和植物凝素等物质,具有抗菌消炎,增强新陈代谢的功能;富含维生素A;可以增强机体免疫功能。
秋葵和苋菜叶中含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物及丰富的维他命A、B和E群、钙、磷、铁等,以及含有锌和硒等微量元素,对增强人体免疫力有一定帮助。
全脂奶粉中含有维生素A,还可以提供适量的脂类,可以充分溶解维生素A。
维生素A类化合物可能通过抗氧化作用、诱导细胞的正常分化、提高机体的免疫功能。番茄、胡萝卜、橙子中含有大量的维生素A和维生素C,有很好的抗氧化作用,同时还可以提供大量的营养物质和微量元素。
香菇中含有维生素D,可以促进钙的吸收。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
桂花多糖的提取:
取35kg桂花挑去杂质,干燥,粉碎,过100目筛,称量,加30倍水,室温下,80W超声提取30min,10000rpm离心15min,取上清液,加适量95%乙醇沉淀,减压抽滤,取滤饼,50℃干燥,得桂花多糖干品1.7kg。
实施例1
称取桂花多糖0.4kg、燕麦7.5kg、黄豆8.5kg、香菇0.4kg、灵芝0.2kg、松籽0.4kg、秋葵0.2kg、豌豆苗0.4kg、苋菜叶0.2kg、番茄0.6kg、胡萝卜0.5kg、全脂奶粉0.4kg、橙子0.6kg、核桃0.4kg、食盐0.1kg;
取燕麦、黄豆、香菇、灵芝、松籽、核桃除杂,清理干净,烘干,加入桂花多糖,粉碎,过80目筛,制得原料粉;
取秋葵、豌豆苗、苋菜叶、番茄、胡萝卜、橙子,处理干净,破碎,榨汁,汁液过80目筛,制得原料汁;
将原料粉和原料汁混合,加入全脂奶粉和食盐,加适量的水和发酵粉,和面团,静置20-30分钟;
将面团制作成8cm×6cm×0.5cm面片,蒸制20-30min,取出,冷却;包装,可得产品。
实施例2
称取桂花多糖0.5kg、燕麦8.0kg、黄豆8.0kg、香菇0.3kg、灵芝0.3kg、松籽0.3kg、秋葵0.3kg、豌豆苗0.3kg、苋菜叶0.3kg、番茄0.5kg、胡萝卜0.8kg、全脂奶粉0.3kg、橙子0.8kg、核桃0.3kg、食盐0.2kg;
取燕麦、黄豆、香菇、灵芝、松籽、核桃除杂,清理干净,烘干,加入桂花多糖,粉碎,过80目筛,制得原料粉;
取秋葵、豌豆苗、苋菜叶、番茄、胡萝卜、橙子,处理干净,破碎,榨汁,汁液过80目筛,制得原料汁;
将原料粉和原料汁混合,加入全脂奶粉和食盐,加适量的水和发酵粉,和面团,静置20-30分钟;
将面团制作成8cm×6cm×0.5cm面片,蒸制20-30min,取出,冷却;包装,可得产品。

取燕麦、黄豆、香菇、灵芝、松籽、核桃除杂,清理干净,烘干,加入桂花多糖,粉碎,过80目筛,制得原料粉;
取秋葵、豌豆苗、苋菜叶、番茄、胡萝卜、橙子,处理干净,破碎,榨汁,汁液过80目筛,制得原料汁;

1.一种可以增强人体免疫力的食品,其特征在于,所述食品,由以下组分按重量份组成:桂花多糖4-6份、燕麦75-85份、黄豆75-85份、香菇2-4份、灵芝2-4份、松籽2-4份、秋葵2-4份、豌豆苗2-4份、苋菜叶2-4份、番茄4-6份、胡萝卜5-10份、全脂奶粉2-4份、橙子6-10份、核桃2-4份、食盐1-3份、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强免疫的食品,其特征在于,所述食品,由以下组分按重量份组成:桂花多糖5份、燕麦80份、黄豆80份、香菇3份、灵芝3份、松籽3份、秋葵3份、豌豆苗3份、苋菜叶3份、番茄5份、胡萝卜8份、全脂奶粉3份、橙子8份、核桃3份、食盐2份、水适量。
3.一种可以增强人体免疫力的食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,取桂花多糖、燕麦、黄豆、香菇、灵芝、松籽、核桃烘干,粉碎,过80目筛,制得原料粉;
步骤二,取秋葵、豌豆苗、苋菜叶、番茄、胡萝卜、番茄、橙子,破碎,榨汁,汁液过80目筛,制得原料汁;
步骤三,将原料粉和原料汁混合,加入全脂奶粉和食盐,加适量的水和发酵粉,和面团,静置20-30分钟;
步骤四,将步骤三中制得的面团按一定的形状和重量要求制作成面片、面团及其它所需形状,蒸制20-30min,取出,冷却;
步骤五,包装。
