技术领域
本发明属于微生物制剂制备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种厨房下水管道清洁酵素的制备方法。
背景技术
厨房是人们生活中对食物进行加工处理的一个最为重要的场所,同时也是制造大量生活垃圾的场所。在对食物、厨具进行清洗时,会有大量的垃圾进入厨房下水管道,日积月累下,食物在下管道中堆积、腐败不但会堵塞管道,也会制造大量的恶臭。堵塞会给人们的正常生活带来不便,恶臭的排放对人类的健康更会造成极大的威胁,对于厨房下水管道恶臭的排放以及堵塞问题一直是人们关注的问题。目前对于厨房下水管道中污物的堵塞处理手段多为利用器械进行疏通,或辅以无机碱性试剂,虽在短期内有所作用,但不能从源头上消除污物,无法消除污物意味着下水管道的恶臭处理难以得到有效处理。此外,普遍常用的无机碱性试剂对下水管道的侵蚀也同样不可突视。
发明内容
针对当前市场上厨房下水管道中污物的处理产品欠缺的问题,本发明提供了一种厨房下水管道清洁酵素的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术实现的:
一种厨房下水管道清洁酵素的制备方法,其特征是,该方法包括:
1)分别称取分解酵素粉21~32重量份、多孔载体粉末50~65重量份、混合酶1~5重量份、清洁剂6~10重量份、空气清新剂1~2重量份、聚乙烯醇1~2重量份、海藻酸钠1~2重量份,待用;
2)将分解酵素粉溶于水配制质量百分浓度3%~5%分解酵素水溶液;
3)混合聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠并以固液重量比1:30~40加入去离子水,于40~50℃条件下搅拌制得胶液;
4)将多孔载体粉末、混合酶、清洁剂和空气清新剂加入分解酵素水溶液中,混合并搅拌,制得酵素混合溶液;
5)混合胶液和酵素混合溶液,搅拌、真空冷冻干燥后即得下水管道清洁酵素。
为了提高本发明酵素对厨房下水管道的污物的分解稳定性,在本发明中,发明人利用多孔载体粉末(沸石、贝壳和麦饭石的混合),实现了分解酵素在多孔载体粉末孔隙中的良好分布以及在使用时的缓慢释放,延长了清洁酵素的使用寿命,对厨房下水管道的恶臭也具有长时间的消除与抑制作用;此外,为了进一步提高对污物的处理效果,本发明在下水管道清洁酵素添加了混合酶、清洁剂和空气清新剂等助剂,使用结果显示,这些助剂的加入起到了协同效果,处理效果进一步提高。
优选地,所述分解酵素粉的制备方法如下:分别称取桔杆30~35重量份、青梅叶20~25重量份、青梅茎皮15~20重量份、土豆5~8重量份、去离子水15~20重量份、红糖1~2重量份,待用;将桔杆、青梅叶、青梅茎皮以及土豆切碎、灭菌后放入无菌发酵罐中,加入去离子水、红糖,通入空气,进行搅拌发酵,发酵时温度保持在35~37℃,发酵时间为72~96小时,发酵结束,过滤分离,喷雾干燥制得分解酵素粉。酵素是一种具有生物催化功能的高分子物质,对污物具有强烈的分解作用。使用结果显示,本发明中,利用桔杆、青梅叶、青梅茎皮、土豆为材料所制备的分解酵素粉对厨房下水管道的污物显示了非常好的分解效果。
