本发明涉及垃圾再生处理技术领域,具体为一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统。
随着城市的快速发展,城市居住人口的数量越来越多,各等级城市的餐厨、绿化及菜场等综合垃圾虽因城市规模大小产生量有差异外,但普遍随之日益增多。而且此类垃圾在整个城市垃圾和处理占着相当大的比例。为了解决该类垃圾给城市发展带来的综合影响,各级政府以环卫为责任具体实施单位,专业化进行垃圾的终端处置。目前国内外对该类垃圾均采用以下几种方法进行终端处置,具体为:
一、填埋法。该方法也是目前国内外普遍采用的一种传统处理方法,即将此类垃圾混于其他垃圾中,选择合适的地域、集中深埋。该方法虽然起到了将垃圾表面化处理的作用,但是除了浪费大量的因填埋占用的土地资源和大量的人力、物力、财力,而且会导致该区域的地下环境因垃圾的腐烂滋生大量的病源污染,尤其是污染源会通过自然沉降影响到地下水源。更为严重的会借助雨水的作用,将大量病菌带到涉及的土地和水体中,严重威胁涉及土地生产和涉水生存的居民的生命安全。同时还存在因垃圾腐烂产生的大量有害气体可能发生爆炸威胁的隐患。
二、堆肥法或沼气积肥法。该方法是已公认污染严重并已被取缔的一种传统粪灰积肥露天采集法的延续,该方法对各方面的影响较填埋法的污染影响更直接且更严重。实际上是由环卫处理部门采用人工直接将难处理或无法处理的病源垃圾投放到大范围的农田中。可以预见:由此给涉及农田的生存环境和居民的生存影响将更加严重。
三、焚烧法。该方法因此类垃圾的自然湿度较大,处理成本高而且很难运用推广。目前,焚烧法一般运用于易烧垃圾的处理。因此,即使不顾昂贵的成本进行处理,也会给大气造成严重的二次污染。
四、粉碎随下水道排放法。该方法实际上是将整个城市排污系统变成一个大型腐烂滋生病菌的整体污染源,它不仅给环卫排染处理增加相当大的工作量和由此产生的大量处理成本,而且给涉及处理的人员增加病源感染风险。更为可怕的是因垃圾腐烂变质滋生的大量病源通过排污系统直接扩散到大型天然水体中,给涉水居民的生存安全带来巨大的威胁和影响。
综合以上几种常见终端处置方法的优缺点,可以充分说明攻破针对此类垃圾世界性终端处理难题的迫切性。因此,寻求最佳安全可靠的终端处置办法,从根本上消除因处理不当给城市生态环境和涉及居民的生存安全带来的综合影响。应遵循该类垃圾的自然属性,采用科学的方法,保护再生利用,实现良性生态循坏,利用再生。

为解决以上现有问题,本发明提供一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统。本发明通过以下技术方案实现。

本发明处理系统应用范围广,不仅可应用于餐厨垃圾处理,还可以应用在绿化垃圾、菜场垃圾的处理。

粉碎模块包括粉碎装置,粉碎装置包括粉碎机;粉碎机包括控制柜、进料口以及出料口;粉碎机为卧式立体结构,设置在粉碎机上的控制柜通过电源双控开关实行工作控制,通过出料口由输送带输送到配料模块。
配料模块包括贮存配料箱,采用立体翻倒式结构,其设计容量以一车为宜;贮存配料箱一侧边设置有上料平台,将缺少的其他原料投入贮存配料箱中,同时在进料输送带上设置间隙拦挡板,确保物料掉落。
搅拌模块包括搅拌机,该搅拌机与贮存配料箱容量等大,采用立体卧式敞口设计,贮存配料箱通过翻倒方式,直接将原料倒入搅拌机中,充分搅拌均匀,并通过输送带输送到合成模块。
合成模块包括多台饲料机,采用输送分道填料送入各个饲料机,饲料机同时工作完成高温消毒杀菌以及饲料的合成。
包装模块包括包装机,包装机的数量对应饲料机的数量,多组包装机同时封袋打包,通过输送带将饲料成品送入仓库贮存。
污水处理模块包括依次管道连接的贮存池、脱油净化池、处理池以及排放池;贮存池与接污池104为管道连接,贮存所有冲洗污水混合物,并与脱油净化池通过阀门控制流量;贮存池、脱油净化池、处理池以及排放池均依次通过阀门放流和引流。
分离模块、粉碎模块、配料模块、搅拌模块、合成模块、包装模块、污水处理模块以及辅助设备组合构成了全自动流水线处理系统,该流水线的日处理能力在200吨以上。不同城市按照处理量的需求,增加相应流水线的数量和建设相应的配套设施,实现无剩余并及时处理。
具体使用过程:将经分类后的餐厨、绿化草坪和菜场垃圾,由本发明公开的一种餐 厨垃圾再生处理系统,通过去杂脱油装置,进行杂物去除和油污分离采集,提取无杂质、脱油后的垃圾固体;然后通过粉碎机粉碎,将经过分离处理后的固体垃圾充分粉碎,成为糊状液态饲料原料,并由综合化实验室对各类垃圾原料进行抽样检测,结合不同种类饲料的制作标准,补充其他不足的原料和去味剂;完成批量配料后,通过搅拌机搅拌,使各类原料充分搅拌均匀;通过合成装置的作用,在高温消毒杀菌流程的综合作用下,合成各类动物不同规格的饲料。
本发明处理系统能实现各类垃圾遵循自然原理,有机整合,充分利用,循环再生的、安全可控且无毒无废化的最佳终端处置效果。该类垃圾再生饲料后,可广泛应用于动物养殖领域,特别是通过针对性应用于大型水系水生动物资源修复方面。充分发挥该类垃圾饲料处理再生的巨大产量和源源不断的垃圾来源的特殊作用。既可以为各类水生动物保育基地提供充足的饲料,供应保障,又可以为全国各大型水系多样化水生动物提供充足的生态饲料。解决各大型水系生态饲料不足的难题,该系列饲料可与各城市的大型水系的就地保护、保育基地提供服务;更可以直接对大型水系进行生态饵料补充,促进大型水系多样化水生动物因该类生态饵料的补充而提高水生动物生长速度;彻底弥补大型水系生态饵料不足的局面,特别是解决大型水系珍稀濒危物种天然饵料再生不足且无法自然供给难题。
本发明促进多样化水生动物生长和经济增殖。间接或直接地为解决珍稀濒危物种的食物链难题、就地保护多样化水生动物以及综合水生生态修复提供了有力保障,并产生了巨大的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。填补了国内外该类垃圾最佳终端和应用于大型水系饲料补充资金修复的空白。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述垃圾无害无废化再生处理系统包括依次连接的分离模块、粉碎模块、配料模块、搅拌模块、合成模块以及包装模块;所述垃圾无害无废化再生处理系统还包括污水处理模块;所述分离模块包括去杂脱油装置(1);所述去杂脱油装置(1)包括接料部(101)、垃圾分离箱(102)、冲击部(103)、接污池(104)以及沥水输送带(105);所述接料部(101)固设在所述垃圾分离箱(102)底部;所述冲击部(103)全覆盖设置在所述垃圾分离箱(102)上方;所述接污池(104)设置在所述沥水输送带(105)底部;所述沥水输送带(105)设置在所述接料部(101)的底部;所述垃圾分离箱(102)底部设置有筛板(12);所述冲击部(103)上固设有水泵(13);所述粉碎模块包括粉碎装置;所述粉碎装置包括粉碎机;所述粉碎机包括控制柜、进料口以及出料口;所述控制柜固设在所述粉碎机上;所述进料口和出料口分别设置在所述粉碎机相对的两侧;所述配料模块包括贮存配料箱;所述贮存配料箱通过输送带与所述出料口连接;所述搅拌模块包括搅拌机;所述搅拌机侧部连接有所述贮存配料箱;所述合成模块包括多台饲料机;所述饲料机通过所述输送带与所述搅拌机连接;所述包装模块包括包装机;所述包装机通过所述输送带与所述饲料机连接;所述污水处理模块包括依次管道连接的贮存池、脱油净化池、处理池以及排放池;所述贮存池与所述接污池管道连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述接料部、垃圾分离箱以及筛板均为不锈钢板制成;所述垃圾分离箱一侧边为活板;所述冲击部到所述垃圾分离箱的距离大于2m;所述沥水输送带(105)设有网格状沥水孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述粉碎机为立体卧式结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述贮存配料箱为立体翻倒结构;所述贮存配料箱一侧边固设有上料平台;所述上料平台与所述贮存配料箱之间设有进料输送带;所述进料输送带上设置有间隙拦挡板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述搅拌机为立体卧式敞口结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述包装机的数量与所述饲料机出口的数量相同所述包装机的数量与所述饲料机出口的数量相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述贮存池、脱油净化池、处理池以及排放池均通过阀门控制;所述脱油净化池中的污水通过两个所述处理池进行处理;所述排放池中的水可直接排放也可循环利用。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾再生处理系统,其特征在于:所述垃圾无害无废化再生处理系统采用双控操作法,可独立或同时运行。
