本发明公开了一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂,由下述重量份的原料制得,顺‑1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶12‑16,环烷油2‑4、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1‑2、苯乙烯1‑2、氧化锌2‑3,改性填料3‑6、N‑甲基‑2‑吡咯烷酮0.1‑0.2、甘油1‑2、3‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1‑3、石油沥青2‑4;本发明通过各原料间合理复配,所得胶粘剂粘结性好,弹性高,具有较好的断裂伸长率,产品应用领域更广。本发明解决了现有的建筑幕墙胶粘剂会释放甲醛,污染环境且对人体有害的问题,耐高温效果好,不易在高温下变形融化位移,有效提高使用寿命。

Description

一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,特别涉及一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓷质砖作为国内建筑装饰领域中最常用饰面材料之一,其发展非常迅速。近几年,瓷质砖因其坚硬结实、美观大方、耐污耐擦洗等优势,其市场占比越来越大。
由于瓷质砖因吸水率非常低,传统水泥砂浆不能与其形成坚固机械锚固而无法牢固粘贴。所以,逐渐发展出了聚合物改性水泥砂浆来粘结瓷质砖。胶粘剂从传统现场混合水泥砂浆发展到聚合物改性水泥砂浆。现有的聚合物改性水泥砂浆可以与瓷质砖形成很好粘结效果,但其对基层表面平整度要求较高,并且厚度控制在3mm以内粘结比较牢固。当聚合物改性水泥砂浆厚度增加至超过3mm时,其粘贴瓷质砖的效果变差。
由于国内建筑基层表面平整度较差,因此聚合物改性水泥砂浆一次施工厚度普遍达到10mm以上,个别达到30mm,从而导致瓷质砖经常出现空鼓、掉砖现象。因此,如何在确保不会出现空鼓、掉砖等现象的同时降低胶粘剂的成本、干密度、且提高胶粘剂的粘弹性、耐高温性能成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,提供一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂,由下述重量份的原料制得:
顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶12-16,环烷油2-4、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2、苯乙烯1-2、氧化锌2-3,改性填料3-6、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮0.1-0.2、甘油1-2、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-3、石油沥青2-4;
所述改性填料由下述重量份的原料制得:
膨润土3-6、气相白炭黑3-5、滑石粉2-4、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3-0.6、二丁基二辛酸锡0.1-0.2、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯1-3、聚乙烯醇2-4;
所述的改性填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将膨润土、气相白炭黑、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到预混物A;
(2)将十二烷基硫酸钠、二丁基二辛酸锡、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得到预混物B;
(3)将预混物A与预混物B混匀,于室温下加入搅拌机中搅拌2-4h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合物离心,用甲苯洗涤后干燥即得。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述耐高温弹性胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将除改性填料外的其他原料放入真空捏合机中于80-100℃下混合均匀,然后在温度100-150℃,真空度0.06-0.09Mpa条件下,脱水共混30-60分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料以及改性填料混匀,170-190℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒,取出冷却即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明通过各原料间合理复配,所得胶粘剂粘结性好,弹性高,具有较好的断裂伸长率,产品应用领域更广。
2、本发明解决了现有的建筑幕墙胶粘剂会释放甲醛,污染环境且对人体有害的问题,耐高温效果好,不易在高温下变形融化位移,有效提高使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂,由下述重量份的原料制得:
顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶14,环烷油3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1、苯乙烯2、氧化锌2,改性填料5、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮0.2、甘油1、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2、石油沥青3;
所述改性填料由下述重量份的原料制得:
膨润土5、气相白炭黑4、滑石粉3、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5、二丁基二辛酸锡0.1、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯2、聚乙烯醇3;
所述的改性填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将膨润土、气相白炭黑、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到预混物A;
(2)将十二烷基硫酸钠、二丁基二辛酸锡、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得到预混物B;
(3)将预混物A与预混物B混匀,于室温下加入搅拌机中搅拌3h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合物离心,用甲苯洗涤后干燥即得。
上述耐高温弹性胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份将除改性填料外的其他原料放入真空捏合机中于90℃下混合均匀,然后在温度130℃,真空度0.07Mpa条件下,脱水共混40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料以及改性填料混匀,180℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒,取出冷却即得。
将制备的耐高温弹性胶粘剂按GB/T528进行拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的测试,其拉伸强度Mpa(120℃、24h):7.5;断裂伸长率%(120℃、24h):240。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制得:
顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶12-16,环烷油2-4、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2、苯乙烯1-2、氧化锌2-3,改性填料3-6、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮0.1-0.2、甘油1-2、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-3、石油沥青2-4;
所述改性填料由下述重量份的原料制得:
膨润土3-6、气相白炭黑3-5、滑石粉2-4、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3-0.6、二丁基二辛酸锡0.1-0.2、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯1-3、聚乙烯醇2-4;
所述的改性填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将膨润土、气相白炭黑、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到预混物A;
(2)将十二烷基硫酸钠、二丁基二辛酸锡、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得到预混物B;
(3)将预混物A与预混物B混匀,于室温下加入搅拌机中搅拌2-4h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合物离心,用甲苯洗涤后干燥即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温弹性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
