Abstract
1.取成熟的西红柿(番茄)放入冷冻库或冷冻冰箱在低于0℃以下冷冻,2.冷冻后(包括完全冷冻),取出冷冻后的西红柿(番茄),置于常温下或者人工加热解冻,3.解冻(包括完全解冻)后搅拌,并过滤,过滤掉皮和籽的杂质,获得西红柿(番茄)纯汁,4.取得的西红柿(番茄)纯汁经过高温杀毒消菌和防腐处理后可包装上市供消费者直接饮用,口感好,口味纯正,5.本发明如果获得批准,可为当地农业和农民收入增长出一份力,该产品本身也符合了现社会(包括国内国际)消费者对以西红柿(番茄)深加工产品对养生保健的青睐。

背景技术:本专利申请人现居住于新疆省伊犁地区,这里日光充足,非常适合西红柿(番茄)生长,且西红柿(番茄)果糖含量高,口味纯正,营养丰富。这里也有很多西红柿(番茄)原酱生产厂家。随着番茄红素等西红柿(番茄)营养物被市场接受并推崇,柿汁也将是另一个很好的开发当地农业生产的产品,并能为当地农业带来很好的市场收益。
发明内容:西红柿(番茄)冷冻后常温解冻或人为加热解冻搅拌过滤取汁
具体实施方式:首先把西红柿(番茄)进行冷冻,冷冻后取出来常温受热或者放在容器里加热解并搅拌均匀,之后过滤,过滤出皮和种子等,得到西红柿(番茄)原汁,可直接饮用,也可高温杀菌做防腐处理后包装商业销售。
