Description

一种用于机械密封传动部件上的凸耳的加工方法,属于机械一般工程中的工程元件或部件类。
目前在机械密封传动部件的加工上,对具有传动套凸耳的加工方法,一般是先用车工切削坯筒,使其成为很薄的壁套,然后用内凸外凹的模具对其进行冷挤压,最后形成具有凸耳的传动套,其缺点是用这种方法加工成的传动套,其外径表面留有凹槽,内孔缩小,圆度失真,容易磨损,使用寿命短。
本发明的目的是提供一种对坯筒先冷挤压后车削加工的方法,使具有凸耳的传动套外径无凹槽。
下面结合附图详细叙述本发明的工艺过程和实施例。
附图1是用不锈钢铸成的坯筒1,其右端的壁厚2为L,L>L1+L2+L3
附图2是用具有内凸和外凹的模具对坯筒1的右端具有壁厚2的一段进行冷挤压后的形状,图中L1是套筒内凸耳的高度,L3是套筒外径凹槽深度即加工余量,L2是经切削掉L3后余下的套筒壁的厚度。
附图3是对图2切削加工后具有四个内凸耳3和壁厚为L2的传动套正视图,由图可见,传动套的外径是光滑的圆,没有凹槽,套筒内的凸耳是实心的。
本发明的优点是传动套外圆光滑无凹槽,套筒圆度准确,凸耳坚实,不易磨损,使用寿命长。

1、一种用于机械密封传动部件上的凸耳的制造方法,其特征是用不锈钢先铸造一个坯筒1,其壁厚2为L,L>凸耳3的高度L1+壁厚L2+加工余量L3,其工艺过程是,用内凸外凹的模具对筒1进行冷挤压,使筒1形成四个对称的内凸耳3,然后用车工切削掉加工余量L3,余下壁厚L2和四个实心的内凸耳3,筒1的外圆为光滑而无凹槽。
