Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种罐或罐系统,特别是一种在油轮中用于运输低温液体的罐。
背景技术
与此同时,由水路运输液化气已发展成为复杂的工业分支,它拥有要处置的庞大油轮队,出口和进口终端网,以及在来自参与流程中的各种个人的丰富知识和经验。气体运输油轮装配有与用于输送散装液体货物、例如油和化学品的其他油轮共有的特定结构。
液体运输油轮今天代表了在管道中输送液化气体的灵活替代方式,并且用于在固定安装的货物罐中作为散装货物的液化气体的海上运输。除了特殊气体,运输气体主要包括液化天然气(LNG-液化天然气)和液化气体(LPG-液化石油气)。
用于液化气的船舶罐基本上可分为两类。有“非独立式罐”,例如棱柱形薄膜罐和“独立罐”,例如球形MOSS罐。薄膜罐的特征在于它们适应船的外部几何形状,且与球形MOSS罐相比,能更好地利用可用空间。与所述的球形MOSS罐系统相比,这使得这些船在相同负载下更轻或更小。但是这里的缺点是部分负载,例如在10%和70%之间的填充液位是不允许的,因为出现的液体的晃动运动可能损坏罐壁。此外,罐上可能的加压是低的。因此低温液体只能在接近环境压力下运输。与当储存在球形罐中时相反,低温液体因此在运输期间不会在其饱和状态下过冷,并且由于升高的蒸发损失而受到损害。通常的蒸发速度测量是每天大约0.15%。使蒸发损失最小化是该运输容器的主要目的。液体输送的效率和潜在的对环境的负担主要取决于蒸发损失。
图1和2描述了传统的薄膜罐1,其通常具有棱柱形的基本形状2。薄膜以这样的方式构造,由于材料特性、有利地布置的折叠和焊缝,使得薄膜能够吸收更高的温度引起的膨胀。例如,在LNG作为货物的液化气的运输期间,出现-164℃至-161℃的温度。当船停靠在造船厂时,罐内的温度可以高达40℃或更高。
位于内部的管线3(所谓的“泵塔”)用于填充和清空薄膜罐1。如图2所示,典型的液化气罐包括一系列的几个棱柱罐1,它们通过被称为“围堰(cofferdam)”的中间区域4彼此分开。与超冷液体相比,这些中间区域4大体上是暖温的。
由于薄膜罐的棱柱形状2,这些薄膜罐1受到液体晃动运动的严重影响,从而可能出现损坏,特别是在拐角和边缘附近,拐角和边缘可能产生特别高的晃动力。
众所周知,通过另外安装各种挡板可以减小晃动力。例如,WO2011/129770A1描述了一种系统,其中通过结合附加板来稳定自由液体表面。WO 2006/014301A1通过结合用于减小罐角部中的晃动力的系统来关注相同的问题。
通常,这种抑制系统的特征在于,它们被应用于隔热壁结构以提高蒸发速度。实际上,所产生的热桥不利于罐的隔热效果。另外,必须考虑的是罐1的填充管线3允许额外的热量进入。
进入罐的大部分热量通过罐盖5进入,罐盖5大体上明显比储存在罐中的液体更热。如果这些表面通过晃动运动被液体短暂润湿,则这增加了蒸发速度。
由于热辐射以及通过气体的热传导造成的附加损失导致升高的蒸发损失。为了优化储存的目的,因此用于低温燃料的着陆式储存罐(land-bound storage tank)6设置成采用悬置的伪顶板7,例如所述伪顶板悬置在绳索8上。伪顶板7显着降低蒸发速度。这种罐在图3中示出。然而,在目前的类型中,其实施不适用于在薄膜罐中运输液体的船舶罐。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是指出消除或至少改善上述问题的罐或罐系统,并且考虑船的摇摆运动和罐中晃动液体的影响。
这个目的通过具有权利要求1特征的罐或罐系统实现。本发明构思的有利的进一步发展是从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明的用于储存低温液体的罐具有至少一个用于容纳低温液体的收集容器,收集容器具有用于装纳低温液体的上部区域和下部区域。
该罐还具有至少一个用于供给和排出液体的装置和至少一个用于供给和排出气体的装置。特别地,该罐还具有由隔热材料构成的框架结构。
因此实现了蒸发速度的降低。这种降低与液体的较高充气相结合,显著提高了运输工具的效率。
隔热材料可以有利地是多层隔热材料(MLI)。这种材料特别适用于低温液体或气体的隔热管线。
在本发明的一个实施例中,收集容器的上方区域包括成片的平坦表面,平坦表面在组装后形成附加的容积。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,框架结构具有带有横向肋的框架和由隔热材料或MLI制成的箔,其中箔被缝在织物上,并且织物在其两侧被该箔包围。因此,施加的力可以由织物传递,并且MLI并不被负载或被破坏。
为了实现结构的稳定性,框架的上部区域平躺在水平位置中并且通过竖直紧固元件固定到该容器。
在本发明的又另一个实施例中,竖直紧固元件形成板形支承表面或凸缘,在板形支承表面或凸缘上,该框架结构被定位并且由冲孔盘借助于各自两个锚固件紧固。因此,该框架结构被固定就位,其中留有足够的间隙以抵消材料出现的热膨胀。
特别地,由于弹簧机构,锚固件形成牢固且可释放的连接。因此,该框架结构可以非常快速和容易地组装或拆卸。
在本发明的一个实施例中,罐具有多个框架结构,它们彼此上下平行地放置并且填充上部区域。
为了提高隔热效果,框架结构还具有下部,该下部由金属波纹板从下方屏蔽。
在本发明的一个特别的实施例中,罐具有多个容器,这些容器并排成行设置并且通过中间区域彼此分开。这提高了运载工具的负载。
在刚刚提及的实施例中,用于供给和排出液体的装置和用于供给和排出气体的装置被布置在两个相邻容器的中间区域中,以便将尽可能少的挡板引入罐中,这在热量进入罐方面具有积极的效果。

具体实施方式
图4描述了用于储存低温液体的具有棱柱形状11的罐或罐系统10。罐10具有带有上部区域14和下部区域16的收集容器12。罐10还具有至少一个用于供给和排出液体的装置18和至少一个用于供给和排出气体的装置20。从图中可以看出,上部区域14被分成成片的平坦表面22。这在容器12的上部区域中产生了附加容积24。
特别地,如图5所示,分层表面或框架结构26水平地紧固在附加容积24中。表面22通过竖直管27和附加固定装置28保持在容器12的上部区域14上。表面22的数量可以随罐10变化。表面22包括框架结构26(图7),框架结构26具有在罐制造期间易于搬运的尺寸。
图6描述了本发明的一个特殊实施例,其中罐10包括多个(此处例如三个)相邻的收集容器12。此处位于两个相邻容器12之间的是中间区域29,其用于隔离容器12的侧壁。
图7描述了框架结构26的构造,框架结构26具有包括例如以玻璃纤维管或其它低温兼容材料的形式的非金属材料的框架30。结构应该具有差的导热性,使得引入到罐10中的热量是低的。此处插入横向肋32用于加强框架结构26。框架30和横向肋32与缝合到织物34上的由多层隔热(MLI)材料构成的箔33结合。MLI材料在航天领域是已知的,用于在真空中隔热卫星。箔是一组非常薄的铝箔。为了稳定性的原因,在船舶罐中使用时,这些箔33附加地缝合到上述织物34。在这里要注意的是,织物34在其两侧被MLI包围,使得MLI框架结构26在其任一侧具有金属外表面。织物34可以由任何导热性差的材料构成,导热性差的材料与液体和约-160℃的低温相容。因此框架30连同横向肋32、由MLI材料构成的箔33和织物34一起构成MLI框架结构26。
图8描述了水平布置结构36,其中多个框架结构26并排组装并形成大的平坦表面。为了空间优化的目的,框架结构26在这里连接在一起,以便填充容器12的上部区域14。
图9描述了竖直布置结构38,其中并排组装的框架结构26以多个层的方式彼此上下紧固。特别地,图9示出了具有三层框架结构26的构造。为了将框架结构26固定到它们的位置中,使用绳索结构40连同竖直管或支架27,竖直管或支架由任何导热性差的材料构成。结构40用附加固定装置28例如绳索固定在罐10中。包括绳索结构40的材料可以根据需要选定。例如,最上面的支架27通过专门为此目的设置的孔眼(未示出)与平坦的罐壁元件22连接。在每个框架结构26拐角处作为附加固定装置设置的是冲孔盘42,冲孔盘可移动地附接到竖直支架27。
框架结构26的最下层由金属波纹片44密封,以便保护上覆结构抵抗晃动的液体。上部罐区域14在这里不与剩余的罐容积密封,而是敞开的。图10和图11描述了处于拆卸和组装状态的最下面的框架结构26的构造。
图12,13a和13b描述了框架结构26和竖直支架27的组装。该组装被构造成使得这些元件可以没有任何大额费用地安装,并且随后根据需要再次移除。竖直支架27沿着框架结构26的高度形成凸缘46,框架结构26的角部被定位在凸缘上。在第一步骤(图12)中,框架结构26以这样的方式布置,使得相应的四个框架结构26角部的下部被定位在支架27的凸缘46上。在第二步骤(图13a)中,冲孔盘42被向下推动,并由阻挡机构48夹持,使得相应的四个框架结构26的角部夹在冲孔盘42和凸缘46之间。
阻挡机构48包括两个相对的锚固件50和弹簧52。两个锚固件50由弹簧52向外挤压。当冲孔盘42被引导越过锚固件50时,冲孔盘锁定,从而固定就位。冲孔盘42可以通过压入锚固件50而再次被手动释放。
框架结构26在其角部形成凸缘54,凸缘适应于相邻的框架结构26和竖直支架27,并且由此固定就位。
图14a、14b和14c详细描述了阻挡机构48。特别地,图14a示出了锚固件50相对于支架27的运动(双向箭头)。竖直支架27在此具有两个相对的开口56,两个相对的开口使得被弹簧52挤压的锚固件50突出。图14b和14c示出了支架27的纵向和横向方向上的剖面,以便说明阻挡机构48的细节。两个锚固件50各自具有第一部分58以及第二部分62,第一部分通过紧固装置60固定在支架27内,第二部分通过开口56突出并且阻挡冲孔盘42。紧固装置60允许锚固件50枢转,使得锚固件50在静置状态下被弹簧52向外挤压,并且锚固件50在受压状态下通过冲孔盘42向内挤压。
图15描述了一个实施例,其中用于供给和排出液体和气体的装置包括多层管结构64。该管包括至少三个伸缩管66、68、70,三个伸缩管通过隔离层72和74彼此分开。所述伸缩管紧固在罐10之间的中间区域29中,并且在那里固定就位。
根据本发明的罐10可以填充到波纹片44的高度。与可比的常规罐1相比,这就允许增加的装载量。因此,利用本发明,相同尺寸的船可以运输更多的液体,这使得它更具成本效益。
本发明的实施方式不限于上述示例和所强调的方面,而是还可以在存在于专业领域内的多个变型中。

Claims (11)
1.一种用于储存低温液体的罐(10),其包括:
至少一个具有上部区域(14)和下部区域(16)的收集容器(12),用于容纳低温液体;
至少一个用于供给和排出液体的装置(18);以及
至少一个用于供给和排出气体的装置(20);
其特征在于,
所述罐(10)还具有至少一个由隔热材料制成的框架结构(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐(10),其中,所述隔热材料是多层隔热材料,MLI。
3.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的罐(10),其中,所述上部区域(14)包括成片的平坦表面(22),所述平坦表面在组装后形成附加容积(24)。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的罐(10),其中,所述框架结构(26)具有带有横向肋(32)的框架(30)和由隔热材料(33)制成的箔,其中,所述箔(33)被缝在织物(34)上,并且所述织物(34)在其两侧被该箔(33)包封。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的罐(10),其中,在所述上部区域(14)中,所述框架结构(26)平躺在水平位置中并且通过竖直紧固元件(27)被固定到所述容器(12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的罐(10),其中,所述竖直紧固元件(27)形成板形支承表面(46),在所述板形支承表面上,所述框架结构(26)被定位并且由冲孔盘(42)借助于各自两个锚固件(50)紧固。
7.根据权利要求6所述的罐(10),其中,由于弹簧机构(52),所述锚固件(50)形成牢固且可释放的连接。
8.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的罐(10),其中,所述罐(10)具有多个框架结构(26),所述多个框架结构彼此上下平行地放置并且填充所述上部区域(14)。
9.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的罐(10),其中,所述框架结构(26)具有下部,该下部由金属波纹板(44)从下方屏蔽。
10.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的罐(10),其中,所述罐(10)具有多个容器(12),这些容器并排成行设置并且通过中间区域(29)彼此分开。
11.根据权利要求10所述的罐(10),其中,所述用于供给和排出液体的装置(18)和所述用于供给和排出气体的装置(20)被设置在所述中间区域(29)中。
