Abstract
本发明主要涉及造纸技术领域,公开了一种抗菌消毒生活用纸,由以下原料制成:长纤维、短纤维、护肤剂、抗菌剂嗜酸乳杆菌;清香自然,柔软舒适,绿色环保,安全健康,抑菌率达到93.6%,价格低廉,易于推广,经济收入提高14.3%;长纤维和短纤维配比恰当,强度大,不掉粉,吸水性强;经嗜酸乳杆菌发酵,抑制杂菌生长,产生自然香味,调节pH,增强纸强度;加入护肤剂和抗菌剂,增强抑菌效果,提高抑菌率,滋养肌肤;抗菌剂为纯植物提取,安全健康,避免化学消毒剂对皮肤产生刺激;进行冷冻干燥,产生微孔,增加柔韧性和吸水性。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及造纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌消毒生活用纸。
背景技术
抗菌消毒生活用纸是指具有抗菌消毒功能的纸张,具体而言就是具有杀菌、抑菌、消毒效果的生活用纸,目前市售的抗菌消毒生活用纸多是湿餐巾纸或湿纸,因含有较多的水分,会增加包装和运输成本,因此抗菌消毒生活用纸的价格较常规的卫生纸的价格高出很多,而且市售的干的抗菌消毒生活用纸极少,且抑菌率较低,抗菌消毒效果不理想。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌消毒生活用纸。
一种抗菌消毒生活用纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:长纤维86~88、短纤维21~23、护肤剂0.3~0.4、抗菌剂0.2~0.3、嗜酸乳杆菌1.4~1.6。
所述的长纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:棉花纤维42~44、桑皮纤维21~23、竹纤维16~18。
所述的短纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米纤维17~19、亚麻纤维6~8。
所述的护肤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:紫苏多糖1.2~1.3、海藻糖1.2~1.3、聚乙二醇12~13、去离子水80~90。
所述的抗菌剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:金钱草31~33、海金沙26~28、苘麻子26~28、大风子22~24、白酒草21~23、笔筒草16~18、毛大丁草16~18、羊蹄草14~16,将以上所有原料粉碎至60~80目,加入所有原料重量2~3倍量的水,冷冻18~20小时,取出,加入所有原料重量40~50倍量的体积分数为36~38%的酒精溶液,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,过滤,再过0.22μm的微孔滤膜,烘干至含水量为4~6%,得抗菌剂。
一种抗菌消毒生活用纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将长纤维和短纤维混合,打浆至叩解度为34~36°SR、湿重为2.2~2.4,强度大,不掉粉,吸水性强,得初木浆;
(2)将嗜酸乳杆菌加入初木浆,混合均匀,于31~33℃静置发酵8~10小时,于130~135℃蒸制25~30分钟,抑制杂菌生长,产生自然香味,调节pH,增强纸强度,得发酵木浆;
(3)向发酵木浆中加入抗菌剂和护肤剂,真空搅拌30~35分钟,使质量浓度为7~9%,增强抑菌效果,提高抑菌率,滋养肌肤,得终木浆;
(4)将终木浆喷洒在成型网布上进行成型,得纸辅;
(5)将纸辅置于进行压榨脱水后,置于-32~-30℃进行冷冻干燥,干度为97%,产生微孔,增加柔韧性,进行剥离和收卷,得抗菌消毒生活用纸;
(6)包装,辐射杀菌,得成品。
所述步骤(3)的真空搅拌,真空度为0.17~0.19Mpa,转速为60~65转/分钟。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种抗菌消毒生活用纸,清香自然,柔软舒适,绿色环保,安全健康,抑菌率达到93.6%,价格低廉,易于推广,经济收入提高14.3%;长纤维和短纤维配比恰当,强度大,不掉粉,吸水性强;经嗜酸乳杆菌发酵,抑制杂菌生长,产生自然香味,调节pH,增强纸强度;加入护肤剂和抗菌剂,增强抑菌效果,提高抑菌率,滋养肌肤;抗菌剂为纯植物提取,安全健康,避免化学消毒剂对皮肤产生刺激;进行冷冻干燥,产生微孔,增加柔韧性和吸水性。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种抗菌消毒生活用纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:长纤维86、短纤维21、护肤剂0.3、抗菌剂0.2、嗜酸乳杆菌1.4。
所述的长纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:棉花纤维42、桑皮纤维21、竹纤维16。
所述的短纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米纤维17、亚麻纤维6。
所述的护肤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:紫苏多糖1.2、海藻糖1.2、聚乙二醇12、去离子水80。
所述的抗菌剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:金钱草31、海金沙26、苘麻子26、大风子22、白酒草21、笔筒草16、毛大丁草16、羊蹄草14,将以上所有原料粉碎至60目,加入所有原料重量2倍量的水,冷冻18小时,取出,加入所有原料重量40倍量的体积分数为36%的酒精溶液,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,过滤,再过0.22μm的微孔滤膜,烘干至含水量为4~6%,得抗菌剂。
一种抗菌消毒生活用纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:

(2)将嗜酸乳杆菌加入初木浆,混合均匀,于31℃静置发酵10小时,于130℃蒸制30分钟,抑制杂菌生长,产生自然香味,调节pH,增强纸强度,得发酵木浆;
(3)向发酵木浆中加入抗菌剂和护肤剂,真空搅拌30分钟,真空度为0.17Mpa,转速为60转/分钟,使质量浓度为7~9%,增强抑菌效果,提高抑菌率,滋养肌肤,得终木浆;
(4)将终木浆喷洒在成型网布上进行成型,得纸辅;
(5)将纸辅置于进行压榨脱水后,置于-32℃进行冷冻干燥,干度为97%,产生微孔,增加柔韧性,进行剥离和收卷,得抗菌消毒生活用纸;
(6)包装,辐射杀菌,得成品。
实施例2
一种抗菌消毒生活用纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:长纤维87、短纤维22、护肤剂0.35、抗菌剂0.25、嗜酸乳杆菌1.5。
所述的长纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:棉花纤维43、桑皮纤维22、竹纤维17。
所述的短纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米纤维18、亚麻纤维7。
所述的护肤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:紫苏多糖1.2、海藻糖1.2、聚乙二醇12、去离子水85。
所述的抗菌剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:金钱草32、海金沙27、苘麻子27、大风子23、白酒草22、笔筒草17、毛大丁草17、羊蹄草15,将以上所有原料粉碎至60目,加入所有原料重量2.5倍量的水,冷冻19小时,取出,加入所有原料重量45倍量的体积分数为37%的酒精溶液,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,过滤,再过0.22μm的微孔滤膜,烘干至含水量为4~6%,得抗菌剂。

实施例3
一种抗菌消毒生活用纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:长纤维88、短纤维23、护肤剂0.4、抗菌剂0.3、嗜酸乳杆菌1.6。
所述的长纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:棉花纤维44、桑皮纤维23、竹纤维18。
所述的短纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米纤维19、亚麻纤维8。
所述的护肤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:紫苏多糖1.3、海藻糖1.3、聚乙二醇13、去离子水90。
所述的抗菌剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:金钱草33、海金沙28、苘麻子28、大风子24、白酒草23、笔筒草18、毛大丁草18、羊蹄草16,将以上所有原料粉碎至80目,加入所有原料重量3倍量的水,冷冻20小时,取出,加入所有原料重量50倍量的体积分数为38%的酒精溶液,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,过滤,再过0.22μm的微孔滤膜,烘干至含水量为4~6%,得抗菌剂。

实施例和对比例抗菌消毒生活用纸的指标对比:
随机选择实施例和对比例的抗菌消毒生活用纸,分别称取50g于200ml的无菌水中浸泡10分钟,分别取各组的浸泡后水200μl滴加于于大肠杆菌和肺炎双球菌的平板上,检测抑菌率,随机选择1000位健康受试者,随机分为10组,每组100位,每组受试者每天使用该组的抗菌消毒剂擦手腕内侧,每天擦用3次,受试时间为7天,检测过敏性,实施例和对比例抗菌消毒生活用纸的指标对比见表1。

从表1的结果可以看出,实施例的抗菌消毒生活用纸,大肠杆菌和肺炎双球菌的抑菌率明显较对比例高,与现有市售的杀菌剂效果无显著性差异,并且过敏率明显较对比例小,湿强度明显较大,说明本发明提供的抗菌消毒生活用纸具有较好的抗菌消毒和使用效果。

1.一种抗菌消毒生活用纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:长纤维86~88、短纤维21~23、护肤剂0.3~0.4、抗菌剂0.2~0.3、嗜酸乳杆菌1.4~1.6。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌消毒生活用纸,其特征在于,所述的长纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:棉花纤维42~44、桑皮纤维21~23、竹纤维16~18。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗菌消毒生活用纸,其特征在于,所述的短纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米纤维17~19、亚麻纤维6~8。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗菌消毒生活用纸,其特征在于,所述的护肤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:紫苏多糖1.2~1.3、海藻糖1.2~1.3、聚乙二醇12~13、去离子水80~90。
5.根据权利要求1所述抗菌消毒生活用纸,其特征在于,所述的抗菌剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:金钱草31~33、海金沙26~28、苘麻子26~28、大风子22~24、白酒草21~23、笔筒草16~18、毛大丁草16~18、羊蹄草14~16,将以上所有原料粉碎至60~80目,加入所有原料重量2~3倍量的水,冷冻18~20小时,取出,加入所有原料重量40~50倍量的体积分数为36~38%的酒精溶液,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,过滤,再过0.22μm的微孔滤膜,烘干至含水量为4~6%,得抗菌剂。
6.一种权利要求1所述抗菌消毒生活用纸的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将长纤维和短纤维混合,打浆至叩解度为34~36°SR、湿重为2.2~2.4,得初木浆;
(2)将嗜酸乳杆菌加入初木浆,混合均匀,于31~33℃静置发酵8~10小时,于130~135℃蒸制25~30分钟,得发酵木浆;
(3)向发酵木浆中加入抗菌剂和护肤剂,真空搅拌30~35分钟,使质量浓度为7~9%,得终木浆;
(4)将终木浆喷洒在成型网布上进行成型,得纸辅;
(5)将纸辅置于进行压榨脱水后,置于-32~-30℃进行冷冻干燥,干度为97%,进行剥离和收卷,得抗菌消毒生活用纸;
(6)包装,辐射杀菌,得成品。
7.根据权利要求1所述抗菌消毒生活用纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的真空搅拌,真空度为0.17~0.19Mpa,转速为60~65转/分钟。
