本发明属于湿巾技术领域,尤其是一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法,具体方法如下:多种纤维进行混合并用葡萄糖溶液浸泡然后冷冻干燥,有效提高纤维之间的结合力和凝聚力,增强其纤维强度,品质纯洁且性能持久;加入处理液混合干燥,赋予其优良的驱蚊效果,进一步提升抑菌率,而且无任何有害成分,不会对人体造成任何不良影响,无刺激,滋润护肤,防皱美容,延缓皮肤老化;浸泡时超声处理,不但有效促进处理液的成分进一步渗透到纤维内部,抑制其成分的损失,提升湿巾的保水能力,而且进一步提升其强力,增强其使用性能。

技术领域
本发明属于湿巾技术领域,尤其是一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内市场上销售的湿巾、消毒湿巾,其中所含的抑菌成分都是化学成分,如漂粉精、新洁尔灭、碘伏、过氧乙酸或乙二醛等,虽然具有一定的杀菌活性,但对皮肤有一定刺激性,如为了减少刺激而减少化学抑菌成分的含量,又会使湿巾的抑菌效果减弱,不能有效的抑制细菌的生长,另外,目前市场上的湿巾强力差,容易撕裂,大大影响其使用质量;因此发明一种能够有效解决以上问题的湿巾的制备方法是消费者迫切需要的。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将23~24重量份的蜘蛛丝纤维、85~87重量份的蓖麻纤维、33~34重量份的羊毛纤维和97~99重量份的大麻纤维洗净,混合粉碎,得混合纤维;向混合纤维中加入重量为其重量0.11~0.13倍量的葡萄糖溶液,用转速为160~170r/min的搅拌器搅拌33~35min,置入温度为-14~-13℃的真空冷冻干燥箱内干燥至无水分,得预处理混合纤维;
(2)将15~16重量份的新鲜薰衣草、20~21重量份的新鲜天竺葵、13~14重量份的月季花嫩叶、8~9重量份的葫芦嫩叶和18~19重量份的败酱草嫩叶洗净,混合粉碎,得混合浆;向混合浆中加入重量为其重量1.2~1.3倍量、质量分数为66%~68%的乙醇溶液浸提55~60min,取浸提液,得处理液;
(3)将预处理混合纤维和处理液混合搅拌均匀,一次微波干燥至无水分,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,二次微波干燥至无水分,得无纺布;
(4)将无纺布浸泡至饱和并通入超声波进行超声处理,真空包装,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的葡萄糖溶液的质量分数为8%~9%、温度为85~87℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(3)所述的一次微波干燥的温度为81~83℃、频率为440~450MHz,所述的二次微波干燥的温度为93~95℃、频率为560~570MHz。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(4)所述的超声处理的功率为178~182W、频率为210~220kHz。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法,多种纤维进行混合并用葡萄糖溶液浸泡然后冷冻干燥,有效提高纤维之间的结合力和凝聚力,增强其纤维强度,品质纯洁且性能持久;加入处理液混合干燥,赋予其优良的驱蚊效果,进一步提升抑菌率,而且无任何有害成分,不会对人体造成任何不良影响,无刺激,滋润护肤,防皱美容,延缓皮肤老化;浸泡时超声处理,不但有效促进处理液的成分进一步渗透到纤维内部,抑制其成分的损失,提升湿巾的保水能力,而且进一步提升其强力,增强其使用性能。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将23重量份的蜘蛛丝纤维、85重量份的蓖麻纤维、33重量份的羊毛纤维和97重量份的大麻纤维洗净,混合粉碎,得混合纤维;向混合纤维中加入重量为其重量0.11倍量的葡萄糖溶液,用转速为160r/min的搅拌器搅拌33min,置入温度为-14℃的真空冷冻干燥箱内干燥至无水分,得预处理混合纤维;
(2)将15重量份的新鲜薰衣草、20重量份的新鲜天竺葵、13重量份的月季花嫩叶、8重量份的葫芦嫩叶和18重量份的败酱草嫩叶洗净,混合粉碎,得混合浆;向混合浆中加入重量为其重量1.2倍量、质量分数为66%的乙醇溶液浸提55min,取浸提液,得处理液;
(3)将预处理混合纤维和处理液混合搅拌均匀,一次微波干燥至无水分,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,二次微波干燥至无水分,得无纺布;
(4)将无纺布浸泡至饱和并通入超声波进行超声处理,真空包装,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的葡萄糖溶液的质量分数为8%、温度为85℃。

实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将23.5重量份的蜘蛛丝纤维、86重量份的蓖麻纤维、33.5重量份的羊毛纤维和98重量份的大麻纤维洗净,混合粉碎,得混合纤维;向混合纤维中加入重量为其重量0.12倍量的葡萄糖溶液,用转速为165r/min的搅拌器搅拌34min,置入温度为-14~-13℃的真空冷冻干燥箱内干燥至无水分,得预处理混合纤维;
(2)将15.5重量份的新鲜薰衣草、20.5重量份的新鲜天竺葵、13.5重量份的月季花嫩叶、8.5重量份的葫芦嫩叶和18.5重量份的败酱草嫩叶洗净,混合粉碎,得混合浆;向混合浆中加入重量为其重量1.25倍量、质量分数为67%的乙醇溶液浸提58min,取浸提液,得处理液;
(3)将预处理混合纤维和处理液混合搅拌均匀,一次微波干燥至无水分,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,二次微波干燥至无水分,得无纺布;
(4)将无纺布浸泡至饱和并通入超声波进行超声处理,真空包装,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的葡萄糖溶液的质量分数为8.5%、温度为86℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(3)所述的一次微波干燥的温度为82℃、频率为445MHz,所述的二次微波干燥的温度为94℃、频率为565MHz。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(4)所述的超声处理的功率为180W、频率为215kHz。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将24重量份的蜘蛛丝纤维、87重量份的蓖麻纤维、34重量份的羊毛纤维和97~99重量份的大麻纤维洗净,混合粉碎,得混合纤维;向混合纤维中加入重量为其重量0.13倍量的葡萄糖溶液,用转速为170r/min的搅拌器搅拌35min,置入温度为-13℃的真空冷冻干燥箱内干燥至无水分,得预处理混合纤维;
(2)将16重量份的新鲜薰衣草、21重量份的新鲜天竺葵、14重量份的月季花嫩叶、9重量份的葫芦嫩叶和19重量份的败酱草嫩叶洗净,混合粉碎,得混合浆;向混合浆中加入重量为其重量1.3倍量、质量分数为68%的乙醇溶液浸提60min,取浸提液,得处理液;
(3)将预处理混合纤维和处理液混合搅拌均匀,一次微波干燥至无水分,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,二次微波干燥至无水分,得无纺布;
(4)将无纺布浸泡至饱和并通入超声波进行超声处理,真空包装,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的葡萄糖溶液的质量分数为9%、温度为87℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(3)所述的一次微波干燥的温度为83℃、频率为450MHz,所述的二次微波干燥的温度为95℃、频率为570MHz。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(4)所述的超声处理的功率为182W、频率为220kHz。
对比例
现有技术的市售普通湿巾
对采用实施例制备的湿巾和对比例湿巾进行性能的检测,测定其断裂强力、驱蚊率和抑菌率,结果如表1:

从表1可知,本发明制备的湿巾不但具有高效的断裂强力,而且具有高效的驱蚊率和抑菌率。

Claims (4)

1.一种高韧性驱蚊抑菌湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)将23~24重量份的蜘蛛丝纤维、85~87重量份的蓖麻纤维、33~34重量份的羊毛纤维和97~99重量份的大麻纤维洗净,混合粉碎,得混合纤维;向混合纤维中加入重量为其重量0.11~0.13倍量的葡萄糖溶液,用转速为160~170r/min的搅拌器搅拌33~35min,置入温度为-14~-13℃的真空冷冻干燥箱内干燥至无水分,得预处理混合纤维;
(2)将15~16重量份的新鲜薰衣草、20~21重量份的新鲜天竺葵、13~14重量份的月季花嫩叶、8~9重量份的葫芦嫩叶和18~19重量份的败酱草嫩叶洗净,混合粉碎,得混合浆;向混合浆中加入重量为其重量1.2~1.3倍量、质量分数为66%~68%的乙醇溶液浸提55~60min,取浸提液,得处理液;
(3)将预处理混合纤维和处理液混合搅拌均匀,一次微波干燥至无水分,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,二次微波干燥至无水分,得无纺布;
(4)将无纺布浸泡至饱和并通入超声波进行超声处理,真空包装,得成品。
