本发明公开了一种新型皮革用耐碱渗透剂,其包含以下重量份组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑15份、甲基三乙氧基硅烷3‑8份、去离子水55‑65份、十八胺聚氧乙烯醚15‑20份、槐糖脂1‑3份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8‑10份、硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐3‑6份、二甲苯磺酸钠2‑6份、磷酸三辛酯2‑6份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐10‑20份、丙烯酸3‑6份、蔗糖酯5‑8份。本发明所述的皮革用耐碱渗透剂不但渗透性和强碱性极强,还有效提高渗透剂的综合性能,可明显增加皮革染料的渗透性能;经济实用、成本低,能够有效防止皮革受损,使用周期长,且对皮革没有任何损伤。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织化工领域,具体涉及一种新型皮革用耐碱渗透剂。
背景技术
皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮。革是由天然蛋白质纤维在三维空间紧密编织构成的,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适。皮革制品对于使用者来说还具有特殊的心理价值,即炫耀性和自慰性,这就和戴着铜制的戒指和黄金打造的戒指心里感受是一样的。随着生活质量的提高,人们对皮革的需求量只会越来越大,而不可能走向衰落,因此说皮革工业是“日不落产业”一点也不为过。渗透剂染色在现代制革工业中,绒面革占有一定比例,革渗透剂在绒面革不涂饰,绒面颜色应均匀一致、色泽饱满和色调纯正。随着生活水平的提高,人们对皮革的质量要求也越来越高,需要革面颜色应均匀一致、色泽饱满和色调纯正。但是皮革的染色过程中,染料的分散和渗透一直是困扰生产厂家的两大问题。染料的分散性不好,很容易造成皮革表面染色不均,形成“花面”;而染料的渗透不好,皮革对染料的吸收利用率不佳,染料只停留在表面,无法染透。皮革渗透剂染色助剂的合理使用,有助于提高染色效果,还有可能减少皮革生产工序,节约染料用量,减轻染色废液色度。但现有的皮革用渗透剂耐碱度不高、毛效差、与其它助剂共同使用时会有冲突等缺点,从而影响使用效果。而随着现代科学技术和生产的迅速发展,对产品性能提出越来越高的要求。因此,需要研发出一种能克服上面所述问题的皮革用耐碱渗透剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型皮革用耐碱渗透剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种新型皮革用耐碱渗透剂,包含以下重量份组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、甲基三乙氧基硅烷3-8份、去离子水55-65份、十八胺聚氧乙烯醚15-20份、槐糖脂1-3份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8-10份、硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐3-6份、二甲苯磺酸钠2-6份、磷酸三辛酯2-6份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐10-20份、丙烯酸3-6份、蔗糖酯5-8份。
其还包含仲烷基磺酸钠1-6份。
其还包含油酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份。
其还包含醋酸乙烯2-7份。
本发明的制备工艺为普通工艺,无技术改进,为本领域普通技术人员所熟练掌握。
有益效果:本发明所述的皮革用耐碱渗透剂不但渗透性和强碱性极强,还有效提高渗透剂的综合性能,可明显增加皮革染料的渗透性能;经济实用、成本低,能够有效防止皮革受损,使用周期长,且对皮革没有任何损伤。

本实施例的皮革用耐碱渗透剂,包含以下重量份组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、甲基三乙氧基硅烷3份、去离子水55份、十八胺聚氧乙烯醚15份、槐糖脂1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐3份、二甲苯磺酸钠2份、磷酸三辛酯2份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐10份、丙烯酸3份、蔗糖酯5份。
实施例2

1.一种新型皮革用耐碱渗透剂,其特征在于包含以下重量份组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、甲基三乙氧基硅烷3-8份、去离子水55-65份、十八胺聚氧乙烯醚15-20份、槐糖脂1-3份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8-10份、硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐3-6份、二甲苯磺酸钠2-6份、磷酸三辛酯2-6份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐10-20份、丙烯酸3-6份、蔗糖酯5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型皮革用耐碱渗透剂,其特征在于:其还包含仲烷基磺酸钠1-6份。
