本发明涉及一种服装用防砍防刀割布及其制备方法,属于纺织材料与防护材料技术领域。将股线M,按照1:1的股线比进一步组合加捻,制备成股线N;将股线N浸渍于氧化石墨烯溶液中,然后在乙醇蒸汽中处理,制备成改性股线N;将加捻纱D和改性股线N机织为布;继而将布浸渍于含质量分数1~20%纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中15~40分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理0.5~5小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗3~5次后干燥,即制得服装用防砍防刀割布。本发明采用独创的“网骨共织”工艺,所制得的防砍防刀割布,具有蜂巢结构效果,强度高,防砍防刀割性能优异,刀割试验至少50次不发生损坏,可有效保障人员的人身安全。

背景技术
在我们日常生活中,存在着许多不稳定的因素,例如持刀抢劫、盗窃等案件时有发生,这严重威胁着我国公民的人身安全。然而,常规的服装用纺织材料都不能有效防范刀割,目前专利报道的或市面上销售的防刀割服等产品,多采用夹层、涂层结构,例如:专利CN200920132988.1,公开了防割布及由其制成的防割包、手套、鞋和含有防割袋的服装,一种防割布,包括基体、粘结剂和砂粒,所述基体包括至少两层布或其它可挠性材料,在基体之间通过粘结剂粘结有若干砂粒,基体与基体之间通过粘结剂及砂粒相互连接和固定,所述砂粒的平均直径大于0.1毫米小于5毫米。专利CN201120527743.6,公开了一种防刀割层,包括内外两层无纺布1和中间防割层2,其中内外两层无纺布1和中间防割层2通过胶膜3粘接,防割层2是由40-45丝的不锈钢丝网组成,无纺布1由用量各半的聚丙烯腈纤维和对位芳纶组成,胶膜3由共聚酰胺组成。上述这种结构材料笨重且舒适性、灵活性差,不适合做服装用。如何在被持刀歹徒袭击或与持刀歹徒、罪犯搏斗过程中更好地保护人们的生命安全,成为热点问题。因此,一款优异的轻便、舒适、灵活的防刀割服装,市场需求十分紧迫。

发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决常规纺织材料不能抵抗刀割,以及防刀割纺织材料舒适性差的问题,而提供的一种服装用防砍防刀割布及其制备方法。
本发明专利的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种服装用防砍防刀割布,其各组分所占质量百分比如下:
一种服装用防砍防刀割布制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一、将镀铜钢丝、改性碳纤维长丝按照质量比(3~18):(1~6)进行混纺,制成加捻纱A;
所述改性碳纤维制备方法为:将碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,按1.02:1的摩尔比加入对苯二胺、均苯四甲酸二酐,反应1~8小时后取出,80~200℃干燥0.5~8小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍5~10分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于80~200℃的氨气中,5~100分钟后,取出干燥,制得改性碳纤维长丝;
步骤二、将镀铜钢丝、芳纶1414长丝按照质量比(3~18):(2~5)进行混纺,制成加捻纱B;
步骤三、将镀铜钢丝、超高分子量聚乙烯长丝按照质量比(3~18):(1~8)进行混纺,制成加捻纱C;
步骤四、将棉、涤纶、醋酸纤维、芳纶1414、尼龙按照质量比(6~20):(5~18):(6~16):(8~20):(8~20)进行混纺,制成加捻纱D;
步骤五、将步骤一中的加捻纱A、步骤二中的加捻纱B、步骤三中的加捻纱C按照纱线比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成股线M;
步骤六、将步骤五中的股线M,按照1:1的股线比进一步组合加捻,制备成股线N;
步骤七、将股线N浸渍于氧化石墨烯溶液中20~40分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理0.5~5小时后,取出冷却干燥,制备成改性股线N;
步骤八、将步骤四所制备的加捻纱D、步骤七所制备的改性股线N机织为布;经纬纱都按照20根加捻纱D、1根改性股线N的顺序依次排列;继而将布浸渍于含质量分数1~20%纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中15~40分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理0.5~5小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗3~5次后干燥,即制得服装用防砍防刀割布。
有益效果

将4kg碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,按1.02:1的摩尔比加入367.67g对苯二胺、727.07g均苯四甲酸二酐,反应4小时后取出,180℃干燥8小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍10分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于100℃的氨气中,80分钟后,取出干燥,制得改性4.05kg碳纤维长丝;
取16kg镀铜钢丝、4.05kg改性碳纤维长丝进行混纺,制成20.05kg加捻纱A;取17kg镀铜钢丝、3kg芳纶1414长丝进行混纺,制成20kg加捻纱B;取17kg镀铜钢丝、2kg超高分子量聚乙烯长丝进行混纺,制成19kg加捻纱C;取9kg棉、10kg涤纶、6kg醋酸纤维、7kg芳纶1414、9kg尼龙进行混纺,制成41kg加捻纱D;
将所制备的20.05kg加捻纱A、20kg加捻纱B、19kg加捻纱C按照纱线比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成59.05kg股线M;进而将刚制备的59.05kg股线M,按照1:1的股线比进一步组合加捻,制备成59.05kg股线N;继而将刚制备的59.05kg股线N浸渍于氧化石墨烯溶液中40分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理3小时后,取出冷却干燥,制备成59.8kg改性股线N;
将加捻纱D、改性股线N,经纬纱都按照20根加捻纱D、1根改性股线N的顺序依次排列,机织为93.25kg布,余料7.55kg;继而将制备的93.25kg布浸渍于含质量分数10%纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中40分钟后取出,于180℃乙醇蒸汽中处理2小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗5次后干燥,制得93.72kg服装用防砍防刀割布。
经测试,所得服装用防砍防刀割布,用普通刀具100公斤力刀割作用150次不损坏;布料悬垂性好,上染率高,与棉一致;显热阻抗值、湿阻抗值优于涤棉混纺织物,吸湿排汗性好,舒适性能优异。
实施例2
一种服装用防砍防刀割布,其各组分所占质量百分比如下:
将3kg碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,按1.02:1的摩尔比加入367.67g对苯二胺、727.07g均苯四甲酸二酐,反应4小时后取出,180℃干燥8小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍10分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于100℃的氨气中,80分钟后,取出干燥,制得改性3.03kg碳纤维长丝;
取11kg镀铜钢丝、3.03kg改性碳纤维长丝进行混纺,制成14.03kg加捻纱A;取10kg镀铜钢丝、3kg芳纶1414长丝进行混纺,制成13kg加捻纱B;取10kg镀铜钢丝、3kg超高分子量聚乙烯长丝进行混纺,制成13kg加捻纱C;取13kg棉、13kg涤纶、10kg醋酸纤维、11kg芳纶1414、13kg尼龙进行混纺,制成60kg加捻纱D。
将所制备的14.03kg加捻纱A、13kg加捻纱B、13kg加捻纱C按照纱线比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成40.03kg股线M;继而将刚刚所制备的40.03股线M,按照1:1的股线比进一步组合加捻,制备成40.03kg股线N后,继而将刚刚所制备的40.03股线N浸渍于氧化石墨烯溶液中40分钟后取出,于180℃乙醇蒸汽中处理3小时后,取出冷却干燥,制备成40.85kg改性股线N;
将上述所制备的60kg加捻纱D、40.85kg改性股线N,经纬纱都按照20根加捻纱D、1根改性股线N的顺序依次排列,机织为97.25kg布,余料3.60kg;继而将该97.25kg布浸渍于含质量分数12%纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中38分钟后取出,于185℃乙醇蒸汽中处理1.5小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗4次后干燥,即制得98.02kg服装用防砍防刀割布。
经测试,所得服装用防砍防刀割布,用普通刀具100公斤力刀割作用100次不损坏;布料悬垂性好,上染率高,与棉一致;显热阻抗值、湿阻抗值优于涤棉混纺织物,吸湿排汗性好,舒适性能优异。
Claims (7)
1.一种服装用防砍防刀割布,其特征在于:其各组分所占质量百分比如下:
2.一种服装用防砍防刀割布制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一、将镀铜钢丝和改性碳纤维长丝进行混纺,制成加捻纱A;
步骤二、将镀铜钢丝和芳纶1414长丝进行混纺,制成加捻纱B;
步骤三、将镀铜钢丝和超高分子量聚乙烯长丝进行混纺,制成加捻纱C;
步骤四、将棉、涤纶、醋酸纤维、芳纶1414和尼龙按进行混纺,制成加捻纱D;
步骤五、将步骤一中的加捻纱A、步骤二中的加捻纱B、步骤三中的加捻纱C按照纱线比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成股线M;
步骤六、将步骤五中的股线M,按照1:1的股线比进一步组合加捻,制备成股线N;
步骤七、将股线N浸渍于氧化石墨烯溶液中20~40分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理0.5~5小时后,取出冷却干燥,制备成改性股线N;
步骤八、将步骤四所制备的加捻纱D、步骤七所制备的改性股线N机织为布;经纬纱都按照20根加捻纱D、1根改性股线N的顺序依次排列;继而将布浸渍于含质量分数1~20%纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中15~40分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理0.5~5小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗3~5次后干燥,即制得服装用防砍防刀割布。
3.如权利要求1所述的布或权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性碳纤维制备方法为:将碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,并向溶液中加入对苯二胺和均苯四甲酸二酐;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、对苯二胺和均苯四甲酸二酐的摩尔比为1.02:1,反应1~8小时后取出,80~200℃干燥0.5~8小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍5~10分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于80~200℃的氨气中,5~100分钟后,取出干燥,制得改性碳纤维长丝。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种服装用防砍防刀割布制备方法,其特征在于:步骤一所述镀铜钢丝与改性碳纤维长丝的质量比为(3~18):(1~6)。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种服装用防砍防刀割布制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述镀铜钢丝和芳纶1414长丝的质量比为(3~18):(2~5)。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种服装用防砍防刀割布制备方法,其特征在于:步骤三所述镀铜钢丝和超高分子量聚乙烯长丝的质量比为(3~18):(1~8)。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种服装用防砍防刀割布制备方法,其特征在于:步骤四所述棉、涤纶、醋酸纤维、芳纶1414和尼龙的质量比为(6~20):(5~18):(6~16):(8~20):(8~20)。
