本发明涉及一种阻燃防刀割布及其制备方法,属于纺织材料与防护材料技术领域。将加捻纱A、加捻纱B、加捻纱C按照纱线比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成股线M;将加捻纱C、加捻纱D、股线M机织为布,继而将布浸渍于含质量分数1~10%纳米蒙脱土、质量分数0.1~1%碳纳米管的氧化石墨烯溶液中20~80分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理2~8小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗3~5次后干燥,即制得阻燃防刀割布。本发明质轻,强度高,抗断裂性能优异,刀割试验至少100次不发生损坏,具有很好的防刀割性能,可有效保障警务、消防、武警等作战人员的人身安全。

背景技术
和平与发展是世界的两大主题,也是我们国家的主题。但是在社会主义经济建设繁荣发展的今天,在我们日常生活中,仍然存在着许多不稳定的因素,例如持刀抢劫、盗窃等案件时有发生,这严重威胁着我国公民的人身安全,与此同时,更是严重威胁着我国执法人员的人身安全。如何在与持刀的歹徒、罪犯搏斗过程中更好地保护执法人员的生命安全,成为越来越被人关注的热点问题。因此,防刀割服装也因而面临着紧迫的需求。
然而,常规的服装用纺织材料都不能有效防范刀割,目前市面上有防刀割手套、防刀割包等产品,多采用夹层、涂层结构,这种结构材料不适合做服装用,目前尚未有真正意义上适合做服装用的防刀割全纺织材料或防刀割布的相关应用报道。
一款优异的服装用防刀割布料,不仅要首先保证其优异的防刀割性能,还要保证布料的透气性、柔软性与舒适性,并具有对高温、火灾等多复杂环境的适应能力,这对于保障执法人员的工作质量具有重大意义;与此同时,发明一款能够真正可以用于防刀割的服装用布料,具有重大的市场经济意义和社会意义,为我国社会主义经济和谐、健康、快速、稳定发展提供强有力的保障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决常规纺织材料不能抵抗刀割问题,而提供的一种阻燃防刀割布及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种阻燃防刀割布,其各组分所占质量百分比如下:
一种阻燃防刀割布的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一、将改性钛丝、改性碳纤维长丝、聚酰亚胺长丝按照质量比(10~50):(1~10):(1~10)进行混纺,制成加捻纱A;
所述改性钛丝制备方法为:将金属钛丝置于质量浓度为0.1~5%的盐酸中,浸润1~10分钟后取出,水洗干燥后,再置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸润1~20分钟后取出,用乙醇蒸汽在80~300℃下处理5~200分钟,即得改性钛丝;
所述改性碳纤维制备方法为:将碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,按1.02:1的摩尔比加入对苯二胺、均苯四甲酸二酐,反应1~8小时后取出,80~200℃干燥0.5~8小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍5~10分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于80~200℃的氨气中,5~100分钟后,取出干燥,制得改性碳纤维长丝;
步骤二、将超高分子量聚乙烯、改性芳纶1414长丝按照质量比(2~5):(2~5)进行混纺,制成加捻纱B;
所述改性芳纶1414制备方法为:将芳纶1414用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶液进行润湿后,50~150℃处理1~30分钟,清水洗涤后进行干燥,继而置于含有0.5~5%质量分数纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍10~35分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中,10~150分钟后取出,水洗干燥,即得改性芳纶1414;
步骤三、将涤纶、醋酸纤维按照质量比(8~20):(8~20)进行混纺,制成加捻纱C;
步骤四、将涤纶、醋酸纤维、改性芳纶1414、超高分子量聚乙烯按照质量比(4~10):(4~10):(4~10):(4~10)进行混纺,制成加捻纱D;
步骤五、将步骤一中的加捻纱A、步骤二中的加捻纱B、步骤三中的加捻纱C按照纱线比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成股线M;
步骤六、将步骤三所制备的加捻纱C、步骤四所制备的加捻纱D、步骤五所制备的股线M,按照3根加捻纱C、2根加捻纱D、1根股线依次排列的经纬纱排列顺序,机织为布,继而将布浸渍于含质量分数1~10%纳米蒙脱土、质量分数0.1~1%碳纳米管的氧化石墨烯溶液中20~80分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理2~8小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗3~5次后干燥,即制得阻燃防刀割布。

下面结合实施例对本发明做详细说明。
实施例1
一种阻燃防刀割布,其各组分所占质量百分比如下:
将20kg金属钛丝置于质量浓度为3%的盐酸中,浸润1分钟后取出,水洗干燥后,再置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸润15分钟后取出,用乙醇蒸汽在202℃下处理35分钟,制得20.03kg改性钛丝;
将3kg碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,按1.02:1的摩尔比加入共200g对苯二胺、均苯四甲酸二酐,反应6小时后取出,180℃干燥8小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍10分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于130℃的氨气中,40分钟后,取出干燥,制得3.11kg改性碳纤维长丝;
将14.5kg芳纶1414用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶液进行润湿后,140℃处理20分钟,清水洗涤后进行干燥,继而置于含有0.8%质量分数纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍25分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于180℃乙醇蒸汽中,50分钟后取出,水洗干燥,即得14.62kg改性芳纶1414;
将20.03kg改性钛丝、3.11kg改性碳纤维长丝、5kg聚酰亚胺长丝进行混纺,制成28.14kg加捻纱A;将4.5kg超高分子量聚乙烯、5.62kg改性芳纶1414长丝进行混纺,制成10.12kg加捻纱B;将15kg涤纶、10kg醋酸纤维进行混纺,制成25kg加捻纱C;将10kg涤纶、9kg醋酸纤维、9kg改性芳纶1414、9kg超高分子量聚乙烯进行混纺,制成37kg加捻纱D;
取上述制得的28.14kg加捻纱A、10.12kg加捻纱B、6kg加捻纱C,按照纱线根数比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成44.26kg股线M;
取上述制备剩余的19kg加捻纱C、上述制备的37kg加捻纱D、上述制备的44.26kg股线M,按照3根加捻纱C、2根加捻纱D、1根股线M依次排列的经纬纱排列顺序,机织为95.34kg布,余料4.92kg;继而将所制备的95.34kg布浸渍于含质量分数5%纳米蒙脱土、质量分数0.5%碳纳米管的氧化石墨烯溶液中40分钟后取出,于乙醇蒸汽中处理2小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗5次后干燥,制得95.88kg阻燃防刀割斜纹布;
经测试,所得阻燃防刀割布,用普通刀具85公斤力刀割作用150次不损坏;显热阻抗值、湿阻抗值与涤棉混纺织物一致,吸湿排汗性好,舒适性能优异;进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后,火焰在30秒内熄灭,无燃烧物掉下,阻燃性能达到V-0级别,阻燃性能优异。
实施例2
一种阻燃防刀割布,其各组分所占质量百分比如下:
将40kg金属钛丝置于质量浓度为1%的盐酸中,浸润3分钟后取出,水洗干燥后,再置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸润12分钟后取出,用乙醇蒸汽在高温下处理45分钟,制得40.16kg改性钛丝;
将2kg碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,按1.02:1的摩尔比加入共150g对苯二胺、均苯四甲酸二酐,反应6小时后取出,185℃干燥6小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍8分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于130℃的氨气中,30分钟后,取出干燥,制得2.06kg改性碳纤维长丝;
将9kg芳纶1414用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶液进行润湿后,150℃处理20分钟,清水洗涤后进行干燥,继而置于含有0.8%质量分数纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍25分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于180℃乙醇蒸汽中,50分钟后取出,水洗干燥,即得9.62kg改性芳纶1414;
将40.16kg改性钛丝、2.06kg改性碳纤维长丝、4kg聚酰亚胺长丝进行混纺,制成46.22kg加捻纱A;将3kg超高分子量聚乙烯、3.62kg改性芳纶1414长丝进行混纺,制成6.62kg加捻纱B;将13kg涤纶、11kg醋酸纤维进行混纺,制成24kg加捻纱C;将剩余的7kg涤纶、剩余的5kg醋酸纤维、剩余的6kg改性芳纶1414、剩余的6kg超高分子量聚乙烯进行混纺,制成24kg加捻纱D;
取上述制备的46.22kg加捻纱A、6.62kg加捻纱B、6kg加捻纱C,按照纱线比1:1:1,进行组合加捻,制备成58.84kg股线M;
取上述制备剩余的18kg加捻纱C、上述制备的24kg加捻纱D、上述制备的58.84kg股线M,按照3根加捻纱C、2根加捻纱D、1根股线依次排列的经纬纱排列顺序,机织为96.28kg布,余料4.56kg;继而将所制备的96.28kg布浸渍于含质量分数5%纳米蒙脱土、质量分数0.5%碳纳米管的氧化石墨烯溶液中50分钟后取出,于200℃乙醇蒸汽中处理2.5小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗5次后干燥,制得97.03kg阻燃防刀割布。
经测试,所得阻燃防刀割布,用普通刀具100公斤力刀割作用180次不损坏;显热阻抗值、湿阻抗值与涤棉混纺织物一致,吸湿排汗性好,舒适性能优异;进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后,火焰在30秒内熄灭,无燃烧物掉下,阻燃性能达到V-0级别,阻燃性能优异。

步骤五、将步骤一中的加捻纱A、步骤二中的加捻纱B、步骤三中的加捻纱C按照纱线比1:1:1进行组合加捻,制备成股线M;
步骤六、将步骤三所制备的加捻纱C、步骤四所制备的加捻纱D、步骤五所制备的股线M,按照3根加捻纱C、2根加捻纱D、1根股线依次排列的经纬纱排列顺序,机织为布,继而将布浸渍于含质量分数1~10%纳米蒙脱土、质量分数0.1~1%碳纳米管的氧化石墨烯溶液中20~80分钟后取出,于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中处理2~8小时后,取出冷却干燥,水洗3~5次后干燥,即制得阻燃防刀割布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防刀割布,其特征在于:所述改性钛丝制备方法为:将金属钛丝置于质量浓度为0.1~5%的盐酸中,浸润1~10分钟后取出,水洗干燥后,再置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸润1~20分钟后取出,用乙醇蒸汽在80~300℃下处理5~200分钟,即得改性钛丝。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防刀割布,其特征在于:所述改性碳纤维制备方法为:将碳纤维长丝置于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,加入对苯二胺和均苯四甲酸二酐,所述对苯二胺与均苯四甲酸二酐的摩尔比为1.02:1,反应1~8小时后取出,80~200℃干燥0.5~8小时后,置于氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍5~10分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于80~200℃的氨气中,5~100分钟后,取出干燥,制得改性碳纤维长丝。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防刀割布,其特征在于:所述改性芳纶1414制备方法为:将芳纶1414用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶液进行润湿后,50~150℃处理1~30分钟,清水洗涤后进行干燥,继而置于含有0.5~5%质量分数纳米蒙脱土的氧化石墨烯溶液中,浸渍10~35分钟后,取出干燥,继而置于80~300℃乙醇蒸汽中,10~150分钟后取出,水洗干燥,即得改性芳纶1414。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防刀割布,其特征在于:步骤一所述改性钛丝、改性碳纤维长丝和聚酰亚胺长丝的质量比为(10~50):(1~10):(1~10)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防刀割布,其特征在于:步骤二所述超高分子量聚乙烯和改性芳纶1414长丝的质量比为(2~5):(2~5)。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防刀割布,其特征在于:步骤三所述涤纶和醋酸纤维的质量比为(8~20):(8~20)。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防刀割布,其特征在于:步骤四所述涤纶、醋酸纤维、改性芳纶1414和超高分子量聚乙烯的质量比为(4~10):(4~10):(4~10):(4~10)。
