Abstract
本发明公开了一种透气吸水色纺纱线生产工艺,包括如下步骤,将质量百分比为15‑26%冰爽涤纶纤维、10‑20%竹纤维、8‑16%澳棉、1‑3%纳米银纤维和35‑66%椰碳纤维依次经过染色工序、纺前准备工序、开棉工序、梳纱工序、粗纱工序和精纱工序混纺而成;本发明的有益效果为:其制得的纱线平整度较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱技术领域,具体涉及一种透气吸水色纺纱线生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的透气吸水色纺纱线平整度还存在一定不足,针对此,申请人进行了研究改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气吸水色纺纱线生产工艺,其制得的纱线平整度较好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是
一种透气吸水色纺纱线生产工艺,包括如下步骤,
将质量百分比为15-26%冰爽涤纶纤维、10-20%竹纤维、8-16%澳棉、1-3%纳米银纤维和35-66%椰碳纤维依次经过染色工序、纺前准备工序、开棉工序、梳纱工序、粗纱工序和精纱工序混纺而成;
纺前准备工序:配置8%抗静电溶液,均匀喷洒在冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维;
梳纱工序为:设置刺辊速度为600-650转每分钟,锡林速度为300转每分钟,道夫速度为15转每分钟通过压辊将冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维压制成均匀的棉条。
优选地,冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维的质量百分比为:20:15:10:3:52。
本发明的工作原理为:纺前准备工序中对圣麻纤维、不锈钢纤维和色涤纶纤维进行了抗静电液喷洒作业,纺纱过程中不易受到静电干扰。梳纱工序的设置使得纱线较为平整。
本发明的有益效果为:其制得的纱线平整度较好。

一种透气吸水色纺纱线生产工艺,包括如下步骤,
将质量百分比为20%冰爽涤纶纤维、15%竹纤维、20%澳棉、2%纳米银纤维和43-66%椰碳纤维依次经过染色工序、纺前准备工序、开棉工序、梳纱工序、粗纱工序和精纱工序混纺而成;
纺前准备工序:配置8%抗静电溶液,均匀喷洒在冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维;
梳纱工序为:设置刺辊速度为600-650转每分钟,锡林速度为300转每分钟,道夫速度为15转每分钟通过压辊将冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维压制成均匀的棉条。
实施例2
一种透气吸水色纺纱线生产工艺,包括如下步骤,
将质量百分比为26%冰爽涤纶纤维、20%竹纤维、16%澳棉、3%纳米银纤维和35%椰碳纤维依次经过染色工序、纺前准备工序、开棉工序、梳纱工序、粗纱工序和精纱工序混纺而成;
纺前准备工序:配置8%抗静电溶液,均匀喷洒在冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维;
梳纱工序为:设置刺辊速度为600-650转每分钟,锡林速度为300转每分钟,道夫速度为15转每分钟通过压辊将冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维压制成均匀的棉条。

梳纱工序为:设置刺辊速度为600-650转每分钟,锡林速度为300转每分钟,道夫速度为15转每分钟通过压辊将冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维压制成均匀的棉条。

纺前准备工序:配置8%抗静电溶液,均匀喷洒在冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维上;
梳纱工序为:设置刺辊速度为600-650转每分钟,锡林速度为300转每分钟,道夫速度为15转每分钟通过压辊将冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维压制成均匀的棉条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气吸水色纺纱线生产工艺,其特征在于,冰爽涤纶纤维、竹纤维、澳棉、纳米银纤维和椰碳纤维的质量百分比为:20:15:10:3:52。
