Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗盐雾增强剂及其制备方法和应用,其是由氧化植物油、聚合脂肪酸、酰胺、脂肪酸、油性添加剂和抗氧化剂配制而成。本发明的抗盐雾增强剂油溶性好、抗氧化性佳、润滑和抗磨性好、易生物降解,只需添加少量到防锈油中就能极大的提高其防锈性能,进而提高工件和产品的使用寿命。

一种抗盐雾增强剂及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于金属工件的防锈蚀领域,具体涉及一种抗盐雾增强剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
金属在贮存、运输和使用过程中,由于受空气中水汽、氧气、酸、碱、盐和碳化物等物质的影响,在一定温度、湿度和时间延续的条件下,会因为物理、化学变化而发生锈蚀。金属的锈蚀会造成金属的损失和金属零件功能的衰退和丧失。随着汽车、轮船、冶金、航空航天等科技的发展,需要加工的金属工件也越来越多、越来越大,那么如何做好金属工件表面的防锈蚀工作,就成了一个亟待解决的现实问题。目前针对这一问题,人们采用了各种各样的方法,用防锈油来保护金属,便是目前最常见的防护方法之一。
防锈油是以润滑油为基础油,在其中加入防锈剂及一些改进添加剂而制成。目前市场上已有多种不同型号、类别的防锈油产品。但现有防锈油普遍存在防锈效果差、防锈周期短的问题。针对该问题,若从防锈油本身的组成和制备上着手,对不同型号、类别的防锈油很难有普适性的方法,且工作量过大。
因此,若能有可以改善目前市场上所有防锈油防锈性能的产品或者方法,对金属的使用寿命将有极大的改进。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种抗盐雾增强剂及其制备方法和应用,旨在改善现有防锈油的防锈性能。
本发明解决技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
本发明的抗盐雾增强剂的各组分按重量份的构成为:
所述氧化植物油为氧化大豆油、氧化蓖麻油、氧化菜籽油中的至少一种;所述氧化植物油在40℃时运动粘度为250~650mm2/s。
所述聚合脂肪酸为单酸、二聚酸、三聚酸中的至少一种;
所述酰胺为油酸单乙醇酰胺;
所述脂肪酸为油酸;
所述油性添加剂为羊毛脂镁皂;
所述抗氧化剂为BHT和TBHQ中的至少一种。
上述抗盐雾增强剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,按配比将氧化植物油加入到调和釜中,再加入聚合脂肪酸和酰胺,升温至50~60℃,搅拌30~40分钟;
然后,加入油性添加剂和抗氧化剂,升温到80~100℃,继续搅拌1.5~2h,直至其完全溶解;
最后,降温至40~50℃,加入脂肪酸,搅拌20~30分钟,即获得抗盐雾增强剂。
本发明的抗盐雾增强剂适合于各种防锈油,仅需添加少量(0.5%-3.0%)即可显著改善其抗盐雾性能,提高其防锈周期,进而提高工件和产品的使用寿命。
此外,本发明的抗盐雾增强剂还可以用于扩径油、冲压油、轧制油、拉伸油等中,能极大的提高产品的抗盐雾性、润滑性、抗磨性等,尤其是在高负荷引起的边界润滑条件下,能有效地减少摩擦和磨损。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明的抗盐雾增强剂油溶性好、抗氧化性佳、润滑和抗磨性好、易生物降解,只需添加少量到防锈油中就能极大的提高其防锈周期,进而提高工件和产品的使用寿命。添加少量本发明的抗盐雾增强剂到防锈油中,根据防锈油脂盐雾试验法标准SH/T0081-91,防锈时间可提高到72小时以上。
2、本发明的抗盐雾增强剂制备方法简易,对设备及工艺的要求低。
3、本发明的抗盐雾增强剂不含S、Cl、P和一些金属元素,不易发臭变质。
4、本发明的抗盐雾增强剂中:氧化植物油和聚合脂肪酸具有良好的润滑性、抗磨性、附着性和稳定性;酰胺具有良好的防锈性、油溶性,由于特殊的酰胺键的存在,能在金属表面形成致密的吸附层,从而起到隔离防锈蚀作用;羊毛脂镁皂具有良好的防锈性能;油酸可以提高产品的油溶性和稳定性;以BHT和TBHQ为抗氧化剂可以有效地减缓产品的氧化和腐蚀速率;各组分之间相互协同作用。
具体实施方式
下述实施例所用各原料皆为市场购得。
实施例1
本实施例按如下步骤制备抗盐雾增强剂:
首先称取55g氧化大豆油(40℃时的运动粘度为400mm2/s)加入到调和釜中,再加入15g二聚酸、20g油酸单乙醇酰胺,升温到55℃,搅拌30min;然后加入6.9g羊毛脂镁皂和0.1g的TBHQ,升温到90℃,搅拌1.5h,使其完全溶解直至透明;最后降温到40℃,加入3g油酸,再搅拌30min,即获得抗盐雾增强剂产品。
本实施例所得产品外观为棕红色透明粘稠液体,酸值为40mgKOH/g。
取本实施例的产品2g,加入到98g几种不同防锈油中,做盐雾试验,根据防锈油脂盐雾试验标准SH/T0081-91,其防锈时间最少可达到72小时,同时湿热试验时间也大大延长,成膜厚度也有所增加。具体结果见表1。

本实施例按如下步骤制备抗盐雾增强剂:
首先,称取50g氧化大豆油(40℃时的运动粘度为400mm2/s)加入到调和釜中,再加入20g二聚酸、20g的油酸单乙醇酰胺,升温到55℃,搅拌30min;然后加入6.9g羊毛脂镁皂和0.1g的TBHQ,升温到90℃,搅拌1.5h,使其完全溶解直至透明;最后降温到40℃,加入3g油酸,再搅拌30min,即获得抗盐雾增强剂产品。
本实施例所得产品外观为棕红色透明粘稠液体,酸值为50mgKOH/g。
取本实施例的产品2g,加入到98g几种不同防锈油中,做湿热盐雾试验,根据防锈油脂盐雾试验标准SH/T0081-91,其防锈时间最少可达到72小时,同时湿热试验时间也大大延长,成膜厚度也有所增加。具体结果见表2。

本实施例按如下步骤制备抗盐雾增强剂:
首先称取45g氧化大豆油(40℃时的运动粘度为400mm2/s)加入到调和釜中,再加入15g二聚酸、30g油酸单乙醇酰胺,升温到55℃,搅拌30min;然后加入6.9g羊毛脂镁皂和0.1g的TBHQ,升温到90℃,搅拌1.5h,使其完全溶解直至透明;最后降温到40℃,加入3g油酸,再搅拌30min,即获得抗盐雾增强剂产品。
本实施例所得产品外观为棕红色透明粘稠液体,酸值为35mgKOH/g。
取本实施例的产品2g,加入到98g几种不同防锈油中,做湿热盐雾试验,根据防锈油脂盐雾试验标准SH/T0081-91,其防锈时间最少可达到72小时,同时湿热试验时间也大大延长,成膜厚度也有所增加。具体结果见表3。

本实施例为实施例1所得抗盐雾增强剂作为一种组分在扩径油中的应用。扩径油的各组分按质量百分比的构成为:
所得产品为棕褐色液体,最大无卡咬负荷PB值可达160kg,烧结负荷PD可达500kg,40℃时的运动粘度为350mm2/s。
实施例5
本实施例为实施例2所得抗盐雾增强剂作为一种组分在冲压油中的应用。冲压油的各组分按质量百分比的构成为:
抗盐雾增强剂 15-25%;
氯化石蜡 0-20%;
32-68#机油 55-85%。
所得产品为棕红色液体,最大无卡咬负荷PB值可达100kg,烧结负荷PD可达250kg,开口闪点不小于200℃。
实施例6
本实施例为实施例2所得抗盐雾增强剂作为一种组分在铝冲压油中的应用。铝冲压油的各组分按质量百分比的构成为:
抗盐雾增强剂 5.5%;
溶剂油D80 94.5%。
所得产品为黄色透明液体,最大无卡咬负荷PB值可达60kg,烧结负荷可达PD可达160kg,开口闪点不低于80℃。

1.一种抗盐雾增强剂,其特征在于:所述抗盐雾增强剂的各组分按重量份的构成为:

所述氧化植物油为氧化大豆油、氧化蓖麻油、氧化菜籽油中的至少一种;所述氧化植物油在40℃时运动粘度为250~650mm2/s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗盐雾增强剂,其特征在于:
所述聚合脂肪酸为单酸、二聚酸、三聚酸中的至少一种;
所述酰胺为油酸单乙醇酰胺;
所述脂肪酸为油酸;
所述油性添加剂为羊毛脂镁皂;
所述抗氧化剂为BHT和TBHQ中的至少一种。
4.一种权利要求1~3中任意一项所述抗盐雾增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
首先,按配比将氧化植物油加入到调和釜中,再加入聚合脂肪酸和酰胺,升温至50~60℃,搅拌30~40分钟;
然后,加入油性添加剂和抗氧化剂,升温至80~100℃,继续搅拌1.5~2h,直至其完全溶解;
最后,降温至40~50℃,加入脂肪酸,搅拌20~30分钟,即获得抗盐雾增强剂。
5.一种权利要求1~3中任意一项所述抗盐雾增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于:用于加入到防锈油、扩径油、冲压油、轧制油或拉伸油中以提高其性能。
