一种瓷砖粘结剂,由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡乳化液5%~10%,丙烯酸混合乳液40%~57%,树脂乳液30%~45%,助剂8%~10%。使用时,先将原墙面用砂浆找平,晾干后清洁表面,去除灰尘、油污和松散物;然后清洁瓷砖背面,确保瓷砖的背面不要有灰尘、油渍、蜡渍和白色粉状脱模剂;最后在墙面和瓷砖背面用滚筒涂刷瓷砖粘结剂,15分钟后用水泥砂浆铺贴。本发明使用时,无需浸砖、施工快捷;薄层施工、减轻自重;粘结力强、不易空鼓;无毒环保、耐侯、耐水性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰装修材料技术领域,具体涉及一种瓷砖粘结剂及其使用方法。
背景技术
传统施工过程中,瓷砖、大理石等石材都是以水泥黄沙配比而成的砂浆作为黏贴的界面剂,但是,事实证明,这一施工方式,并不能很好地将瓷砖和墙体粘贴牢固,特别是大砖和全瓷砖,很容易发生瓷砖空鼓和脱落,这是因为全瓷砖吸水慢,而原墙面吸水性较强,水泥还没有达到初凝期就已经干了,导致瓷砖空鼓和脱落。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种瓷砖粘结剂及其使用方法,它可以有效地避免瓷砖空鼓和脱落。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种瓷砖粘结剂,由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡乳化液5%~10%,丙烯酸混合乳液40%~57%,树脂乳液30%~45%,助剂8%~10%。
进一步地,所述石蜡乳化液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡35%,氨水7%,油酸6%,水52%。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸混合乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:丙烯酸乳液60%~77%,EVA乳液15%~18%,醋丙乳液5%~25%。
进一步地,所述树脂乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:264稳定剂0.3%,聚乙烯醇1%,氢化松香甲酯60%,908乳化剂3%,水35.7%。
进一步地,所述助剂包括增稠剂聚乙烯醇,防霉剂甲基异噻唑啉酮,防腐剂丙酸钙。
一种瓷砖粘结剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)首先将原墙面用砂浆找平,晾干后清洁表面,去除灰尘、油污和松散物;
2)清洁瓷砖背面,确保瓷砖的背面不要有灰尘、油渍、蜡渍和白色粉状脱模剂;
3)墙面和瓷砖背面用滚筒涂刷瓷砖粘结剂,15分钟后用水泥砂浆铺贴。
本发明的有益效果为:无需浸砖、施工快捷;薄层施工、减轻自重;粘结力强、不易空鼓;无毒环保、耐侯、耐水性好。

实施例1:一种瓷砖粘结剂,由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡乳化液8%,丙烯酸混合乳液50%,树脂乳液33%,助剂9%。
进一步地,所述石蜡乳化液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡35%,氨水7%,油酸6%,水52%。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸混合乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:丙烯酸乳液75%,EVA乳液15%,醋丙乳液10%。
进一步地,所述树脂乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:264稳定剂0.3%,聚乙烯醇1%,氢化松香甲酯60%,908乳化剂3%,水35.7%。
进一步地,所述助剂包括增稠剂聚乙烯醇,防霉剂甲基异噻唑啉酮,防腐剂丙酸钙。
实施例2:一种瓷砖粘结剂,由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡乳化液10%,丙烯酸混合乳液47%,树脂乳液35%,助剂8%。
进一步地,所述石蜡乳化液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡35%,氨水7%,油酸6%,水52%。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸混合乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:丙烯酸乳液65%,EVA乳液18%,醋丙乳液17%。
进一步地,所述树脂乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:264稳定剂0.3%,聚乙烯醇1%,氢化松香甲酯60%,908乳化剂3%,水35.7%。
进一步地,所述助剂包括增稠剂聚乙烯醇,防霉剂甲基异噻唑啉酮,防腐剂丙酸钙。

1.一种瓷砖粘结剂,其特征在于,其由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡乳化液5%~10%,丙烯酸混合乳液40%~57%,树脂乳液30%~45%,助剂8%~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖粘结剂,其特征在于,所述石蜡乳化液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:石蜡35%,氨水7%,油酸6%,水52%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖粘结剂,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸混合乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:丙烯酸乳液60%~77%,EVA乳液15%~18%,醋丙乳液5%~25%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖粘结剂,其特征在于,所述树脂乳液是由如下原料配方按重量百分比组成:264稳定剂0.3%,聚乙烯醇1%,氢化松香甲酯60%,908乳化剂3%,水35.7%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖粘结剂,其特征在于,所述助剂包括增稠剂聚乙烯醇,防霉剂甲基异噻唑啉酮,防腐剂丙酸钙。
6.一种瓷砖粘结剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
