本发明公开了一种太阳能热水器用加热管用防腐蚀涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:聚酯亚胺树脂5~25份,硅橡胶4~20份,氮化硅4~16份,滑石粉2~8份,钛白粉3~9份,高光钡6~16份,丙三醇8~18份,聚丙烯酸钠3~13份,分散剂4~16份,消泡剂2~10份,流平剂1~9份。本发明具有防腐蚀效果好和性能稳定等优点,可以有效的保护加热管。

本发明涉及一种太阳能热水器用加热管用防腐蚀涂料。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活的品质要求越来越高,太阳能热水器因其能够利用太阳能为人们提供热水的特质被人们所广泛使用,而在太阳能热水器中的加热管的使用过程中,很容易出现被腐蚀的情况,造成了加热管的使用寿命缩短,因此人们需要在加热管表面涂覆一层涂料,防止加热管出现被腐蚀的情况,但是现有的防腐蚀涂料不能够有效的保护加热管,不能够方便人们的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能热水器用加热管用防腐蚀涂料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种太阳能热水器用加热管用防腐蚀涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:聚酯亚胺树脂5~25份,硅橡胶4~20份,氮化硅4~16份,滑石粉2~8份,钛白粉3~9份,高光钡6~16份,丙三醇8~18份,聚丙烯酸钠3~13份,分散剂4~16份,消泡剂2~10份,流平剂1~9份。
上述的一种太阳能热水器用加热管用防腐蚀涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:聚酯亚胺树脂5~22份,硅橡胶4~18份,氮化硅4~14份,滑石粉2~6份,钛白粉3~7份,高光钡6~14份,丙三醇8~16份,聚丙烯酸钠3~10份,分散剂4~14份,消泡剂2~8份,流平剂1~7份。
上述的一种太阳能热水器用加热管用防腐蚀涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:聚酯亚胺树脂15份,硅橡胶12份,氮化硅10份,滑石粉5份,钛白粉6份,高光钡11份,丙三醇13份,聚丙烯酸钠8份,分散剂10份,消泡剂6份,流平剂5份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有防腐蚀效果好和性能稳定等优点,可以有效的保护加热管,防止加热管因长期暴露在空气中而出现被腐蚀的情况,延长了加热管的使用寿命。

一种太阳能热水器用加热管用防腐蚀涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:聚酯亚胺树脂5~25份,硅橡胶4~20份,氮化硅4~16份,滑石粉2~8份,钛白粉3~9份,高光钡6~16份,丙三醇8~18份,聚丙烯酸钠3~13份,分散剂4~16份,消泡剂2~10份,流平剂1~9份。
