本发明公开了一种太阳能管用防腐蚀涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述聚酯亚胺树脂10‑70份,硅橡胶5‑35份,钛白粉6‑36份,醇酸树脂6‑36份,乙酰柠檬三丁酯4‑20份,石墨烯5‑25份,正丁醇3‑13份,醋酸丁酯4‑16份,环氧树脂3‑13份。本发明具有防腐蚀效果好以及耐候性强等优点。

本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种太阳能管用防腐蚀涂料。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活品质要求也越来越高,太阳能热水器因其环保性能好和使用方便被人们广泛使用,太阳能管作为太阳能热水器的一个重要设备决定了太阳能热水器的使用效果,因此人们需要在太阳能管表面涂覆一层涂料,起到防腐蚀以及延长其使用寿命的作用,但是现有的涂料因其材料选择不合理等问题,不能够达到目的,不方便人们的使用。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能管用防腐蚀涂料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种太阳能管用防腐蚀涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述聚酯亚胺树脂10-70份,硅橡胶5-35份,钛白粉6-36份,醇酸树脂6-36份,乙酰柠檬三丁酯4-20份,石墨烯5-25份,正丁醇3-13份,醋酸丁酯4-16份,环氧树脂3-13份。
