本发明公开了一种喷涂屋面专用防水材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:乳液400‑550份,硅微粉80‑120份,方解石粉300‑400份,金红石钛白粉40‑60份,去离子水30‑50份,分散剂2‑4份,消泡剂2‑4份,防腐剂1.5‑2.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.8‑1.2份,防老剂0.8‑1.2份;将硅微粉、方解石粉、金红石钛白粉、去离子水、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、防老剂在高速下搅拌均匀,再低速添加乳液,搅拌均匀后过滤即得;所述乳液为丙烯酸乳液或丙烯酸乳液与脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液的混合或丙烯酸乳液与水性环氧树脂乳液的混合。主要用于屋面防水。

一种喷涂屋面专用防水材料
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种喷涂屋面专用防水材料。
背景技术
随着我国建筑业的发展,建筑防水市场越来越大,传统的屋面防水材料主要是热熔施工的改性沥青防水卷材,该材料受热易老化脆裂,与水泥屋面和金属屋面热涨冷缩不一致,容易起层,受施工影响大,保护年限短,5年后容易发生漏水,易燃不环保,而且国内目前喷涂的防水材料有速凝橡胶防水涂料和聚尿防水涂料,两种防水涂料是橡胶和聚氨酯,耐紫外线和耐老化差,不适合屋面喷涂防水。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种喷涂屋面专用防水材料,解决现有的防水涂料耐紫外线和耐老化差,不适合屋面喷涂防水的问题。
本发明的技术方案为:一种喷涂屋面专用防水材料,由以下重量份的原料组成:乳液400-550份,硅微粉80-120份,方解石粉300-400份,金红石钛白粉40-60份,去离子水30-50份,分散剂2-4份,消泡剂2-4份,防腐剂1.5-2.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.8-1.2份,防老剂0.8-1.2份;将硅微粉、方解石粉、金红石钛白粉、去离子水、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、防老剂在高速下搅拌均匀,再低速添加乳液,搅拌均匀后过滤即得;所述乳液为丙烯酸乳液或丙烯酸乳液与脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液的混合或丙烯酸乳液与水性环氧树脂乳液的混合。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸乳液450份,硅微粉100份,方解石粉350份,金红石钛白粉50份,去离子水40份,分散剂3份,消泡剂3份,防腐剂2份,紫外线吸收剂1份,防老剂1份;将硅微粉、方解石粉、金红石钛白粉、去离子水、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、防老剂在高速下搅拌均匀,再低速添加丙烯酸乳液,搅拌均匀后过滤即得。

本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明的材料粘结力强,尤其是密封性、耐高低温、耐疲劳性和追随性能佳,抗拉强度和延伸率好,对于界面变形和开裂适应性强,防紫外线,延长基材使用年限,耐老化性、耐候性和耐腐蚀性能佳,具有极强的抗酸抗碱能力,防水、防燃、防霉、防菌、防藻等,弹性大,适用于-50℃~+88℃的广泛区域使用,-30度低温下仍有极好的弹性,水性、低气味,对人体健康和周边环境无危害,绿色环保,符合VOC气味散发规定,可连续施工,施工简便,不需打底油,一年四季均可施工,使用期长达25年,10年质量保证,定期维修一次,则又可以延长10年质量保证,采用喷涂专用设备施工,无接缝,与金属屋面和水泥屋面冷热收缩一致,施工效率高。

从表1看出,本发明的材料粘结力强,尤其是密封性、耐高低温、耐疲劳性和追随性能佳,抗拉强度和延伸率好,对于界面变形和开裂适应性强,防紫外线,延长基材使用年限,耐老化性、耐候性和耐腐蚀性能佳,具有极强的抗酸抗碱能力,防水、防燃、防霉、防菌、防藻等,弹性大,适用于-50℃~+88℃的广泛区域使用,-30度低温下仍有极好的弹性,水性、低气味,对人体健康和周边环境无危害,绿色环保,符合VOC气味散发规定,可连续施工,施工简便,不需打底油,一年四季均可施工,使用期长达25年,10年质量保证,定期维修一次,则又可以延长10年质量保证,采用喷涂专用设备施工,无接缝,与金属屋面和水泥屋面冷热收缩一致,施工效率高。

1.一种喷涂屋面专用防水材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:乳液400-550份,硅微粉80-120份,方解石粉300-400份,金红石钛白粉40-60份,去离子水30-50份,分散剂2-4份,消泡剂2-4份,防腐剂1.5-2.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.8-1.2份,防老剂0.8-1.2份;将硅微粉、方解石粉、金红石钛白粉、去离子水、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、防老剂在高速下搅拌均匀,再低速添加乳液,搅拌均匀后过滤即得;所述乳液为丙烯酸乳液或丙烯酸乳液与脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液的混合或丙烯酸乳液与水性环氧树脂乳液的混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷涂屋面专用防水材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸乳液450份,硅微粉100份,方解石粉350份,金红石钛白粉50份,去离子水40份,分散剂3份,消泡剂3份,防腐剂2份,紫外线吸收剂1份,防老剂1份;将硅微粉、方解石粉、金红石钛白粉、去离子水、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、防老剂在高速下搅拌均匀,再低速添加丙烯酸乳液,搅拌均匀后过滤即得。
