背景技术
在家用电器表面涂覆绝缘涂料就是使用不导电的物质将带电体隔离或包裹起来,以对触电起保护作用的一种安全措施。良好的绝缘对于保证家用电器与线路的安全运行,防止人身触电事故的发生是最基本的和最可靠的手段。但是现有的涂料耐高温性、耐水性差,常常在使用一段时间后绝缘性变差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种家用电器绝缘涂料及其制备方法,具有良好的防水性能和耐高温性能,绝缘效果良好且具有良好的耐候性,使用寿命长,安全环保。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种家用电器绝缘涂料,包括以下份计的原料:聚酯亚胺树脂65~70份、橡胶粉55~60份、耐磨填料35~37份、改性硫酸钙晶须32~34份、纳米聚合物空心微球28~29份、阻燃填料22~24份、竹醋液20~21份、正丁醇17~18份、纳米钙13~14份、助剂20~23份和去离子水45~55份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:润滑剂6~7份、分散剂5~6份、流平剂5~6份和增光剂2~4份。
其中,所述橡胶粉为废旧轮胎加工制成,橡胶粉颗粒的粒度为30~50目,所述耐磨填料为硅微粉、氧化铝粉和碳化硅粉中的任一种。
其中,所述改性硫酸钙晶须的制备方法为:将直径10~20微米的硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,以800~900r/min的转速混合5~15min,即得所述改性硫酸钙晶须。
其中,所述硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂的质量比为8~9:1,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、马来酸酐和铝酸酯偶联剂中的一种或几种。

本发明提供一家用电器绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照配比称取竹醋液和纳米聚合物空心微球,以300~400r/min的转速搅拌50~60min,使竹醋液渗透至空心微球内部,得到混合物料,备用;
(2)、按照配比称取聚酯亚胺树脂、橡胶粉和去离子水,以600~700r/min条件下搅拌20~30min,分散均匀得到基料,备用;
(2)、按照配比依次剩余原料和步骤(1)得到的混合物料,加入到步骤(2)得到的基料中,充分混合后在400~500r/min条件下搅拌1~2h,边搅拌边加热,加热温度为55~56摄氏度,自然冷却后得到的成品即为所述家用电器绝缘涂料。
本发明的有益效果:具有良好的防水性能和耐高温性能,绝缘效果良好且具有良好的耐候性,使用寿命长,安全环保,具体如下:
(1)、本发明的涂料专用于家用电器,具有防洗涤剂、防水、绝缘、耐磨、耐火、耐水等性能,除具有家用电器必备的防护性能外,还具有较好的流平性以及有良好的装饰性,涂层光滑均匀,提高了家用电器的档次;
(2)、本发明在原料中添加聚酯亚胺树脂和橡胶粉,通过树脂与橡胶的配合,形成绝缘体系,另外还提高了涂层的韧性,使涂层可以更好的与家用电器的壳体相互贴合,避免由于壳体变形引起的涂层断裂,提高家用电器使用的安全性;其中的聚酯亚胺树脂易于加工,具有耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性和自润滑性,且摩擦系数低,有一定的阻燃性;
(3)、本发明在原料中添加改性硫酸钙晶须,采用硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂制成,硫酸钙晶须的直径优选为10~20微米,其具有均匀的横截面,完整的内部结构,因此具有较高的强度,细微的尺寸,提高与涂覆基体的相容性和界面黏结力,另外,由于硫酸钙晶须为无机物,以微米级的形式均匀分布,不易团聚,从而提高涂料整体的耐热、耐水性能;
(4)、本发明在原料中添加竹醋液,能够对硫化物、氢化物、甲醇、苯、酚等有害化学物质起到吸收、分解异味和消臭作用,使得本发明的涂料安全环保。

一种家用电器绝缘涂料,包括以下份计的原料:聚酯亚胺树脂65份、橡胶粉55份、耐磨填料35份、改性硫酸钙晶须32份、纳米聚合物空心微球28份、阻燃填料22份、竹醋液20份、正丁醇17份、纳米钙13份、助剂20份和去离子水45份;

(2)、按照配比称取聚酯亚胺树脂、橡胶粉和去离子水,以600r/min条件下搅拌20min,分散均匀得到基料,备用;
(2)、按照配比依次剩余原料和步骤(1)得到的混合物料,加入到步骤(2)得到的基料中,充分混合后在400r/min条件下搅拌1h,边搅拌边加热,加热温度为55摄氏度,自然冷却后得到的成品即为所述家用电器绝缘涂料。
实施例2
一种家用电器绝缘涂料,包括以下份计的原料:聚酯亚胺树脂70份、橡胶粉60份、耐磨填料37份、改性硫酸钙晶须34份、纳米聚合物空心微球29份、阻燃填料24份、竹醋液21份、正丁醇18份、纳米钙14份、助剂23份和去离子水55份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:润滑剂7份、分散剂6份、流平剂6份和增光剂4份。
其中,
所述橡胶粉为废旧轮胎加工制成,橡胶粉颗粒的粒度为50目,所述耐磨填料为氧化铝粉。
所述改性硫酸钙晶须的制备方法为:将直径20微米的硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,以900r/min的转速混合15min,即得所述改性硫酸钙晶须。
所述硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂的质量比为9:1,所述偶联剂为马来酸酐。
所述纳米聚合物空心微球为聚甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯苯空心微球,其粒径为100nm。
所述阻燃填料为膨胀蛭石。
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸,所述分散剂为脂肪酸山梨坦,所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
本实施例中提供一家用电器绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照配比称取竹醋液和纳米聚合物空心微球,以400r/min的转速搅拌60min,使竹醋液渗透至空心微球内部,得到混合物料,备用;
(2)、按照配比称取聚酯亚胺树脂、橡胶粉和去离子水,以700r/min条件下搅拌30min,分散均匀得到基料,备用;
(2)、按照配比依次剩余原料和步骤(1)得到的混合物料,加入到步骤(2)得到的基料中,充分混合后在500r/min条件下搅拌2h,边搅拌边加热,加热温度为56摄氏度,自然冷却后得到的成品即为所述家用电器绝缘涂料。
实施例3
一种家用电器绝缘涂料,包括以下份计的原料:聚酯亚胺树脂67.5份、橡胶粉57.5份、耐磨填料36份、改性硫酸钙晶须33份、纳米聚合物空心微球28.5份、阻燃填料23份、竹醋液20.5份、正丁醇17.5份、纳米钙13.5份、助剂21.5份和去离子水50份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:润滑剂6.5份、分散剂5.5份、流平剂5.5份和增光剂3份。
其中,
所述橡胶粉为废旧轮胎加工制成,橡胶粉颗粒的粒度为40目,所述耐磨填料为碳化硅粉。
所述改性硫酸钙晶须的制备方法为:将直径15微米的硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,以850r/min的转速混合10min,即得所述改性硫酸钙晶须。
所述硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂的质量比为8:1,所述偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂。
所述纳米聚合物空心微球为聚甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯苯空心微球,其粒径为75nm。
所述阻燃填料为海泡石。
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸丁酯,所述分散剂为聚山梨酯,所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
本实施例中提供一家用电器绝缘涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照配比称取竹醋液和纳米聚合物空心微球,以350r/min的转速搅拌55min,使竹醋液渗透至空心微球内部,得到混合物料,备用;
(2)、按照配比称取聚酯亚胺树脂、橡胶粉和去离子水,以650r/min条件下搅拌25min,分散均匀得到基料,备用;
(2)、按照配比依次剩余原料和步骤(1)得到的混合物料,加入到步骤(2)得到的基料中,充分混合后在450r/min条件下搅拌1.5h,边搅拌边加热,加热温度为55摄氏度,自然冷却后得到的成品即为所述家用电器绝缘涂料。

Claims (9)
1.一种家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,包括以下份计的原料:聚酯亚胺树脂65~70份、橡胶粉55~60份、耐磨填料35~37份、改性硫酸钙晶须32~34份、纳米聚合物空心微球28~29份、阻燃填料22~24份、竹醋液20~21份、正丁醇17~18份、纳米钙13~14份、助剂20~23份和去离子水45~55份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:润滑剂6~7份、分散剂5~6份、流平剂5~6份和增光剂2~4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,包括以下份计的原料:聚酯亚胺树脂67.5份、橡胶粉57.5份、耐磨填料36份、改性硫酸钙晶须33份、纳米聚合物空心微球28.5份、阻燃填料23份、竹醋液20.5份、正丁醇17.5份、纳米钙13.5份、助剂21.5份和去离子水50份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:润滑剂6.5份、分散剂5.5份、流平剂5.5份和增光剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述橡胶粉为废旧轮胎加工制成,橡胶粉颗粒的粒度为30~50目,所述耐磨填料为硅微粉、氧化铝粉和碳化硅粉中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述改性硫酸钙晶须的制备方法为:将直径10~20微米的硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,以800~900r/min的转速混合5~15min,即得所述改性硫酸钙晶须。
5.根据权利要求4所述的家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述硫酸钙晶须和偶联剂的质量比为8~9:1,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、马来酸酐和铝酸酯偶联剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米聚合物空心微球为聚甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯苯空心微球,其粒径为50~100nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述阻燃填料为膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石和海泡石中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的家用电器绝缘涂料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为石蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸丁酯和油酰胺中的一种或几种,所述分散剂为脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中的一种或几种,所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂或者丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
9.一种根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的家用电器绝缘涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照配比称取竹醋液和纳米聚合物空心微球,以300~400r/min的转速搅拌50~60min,使竹醋液渗透至空心微球内部,得到混合物料,备用;
(2)、按照配比称取聚酯亚胺树脂、橡胶粉和去离子水,以600~700r/min条件下搅拌20~30min,分散均匀得到基料,备用;
(2)、按照配比依次剩余原料和步骤(1)得到的混合物料,加入到步骤(2)得到的基料中,充分混合后在400~500r/min条件下搅拌1~2h,边搅拌边加热,加热温度为55~56摄氏度,自然冷却后得到的成品即为所述家用电器绝缘涂料。
