一种聚乙烯发泡材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体而言涉及一种聚乙烯发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
以高压聚乙烯、阻燃剂、发泡剂、交联剂等多种原料共混,经过密炼、开炼把聚乙烯烃通过化学架桥的高倍率发泡,而成为网状高分子结构,均衡开孔型气泡的产品。现有高压聚乙烯化学交联发泡材料,其不仅存在工艺配方复杂,原材料成本高的问题,同时还存在工艺复杂、发泡温度不能提高、原料不能彻底分解、环境危害因数大,劳动强度大的问题,特别重要的是现有的高压聚乙烯化学交联发泡材料不能生产连续卷材,如果需要卷材,要将片材再次粘和加工,这样不仅会增加劳动强度,浪费材料,同时还加大了成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚乙烯发泡材料及其制备方法,本发明的产品无任何异味,具有材料弹性好、定型性好的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种聚乙烯发泡材料及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚乙烯80-100份、偶氮二甲酰胺20-30份、麦饭石粉10-20份、石英砂粉10-15份、柠檬酸三乙酯5-15份、玻璃纤维5-15份、石脂20-40份、竹纤维10-15份、阻燃剂5-10份、氢喹啉2-6份、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯4-8份、多无醇苯甲酸酯7-10份、硬脂酸5-15份、塑化剂50-70份、泡孔成核剂10-20份、润滑剂10-15份、交联剂5-10份、填充剂4-12份、发泡剂10-25份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚乙烯80份、偶氮二甲酰胺20份、麦饭石粉10份、石英砂粉10份、柠檬酸三乙酯5份、玻璃纤维5份、石脂20份、竹纤维10份、阻燃剂5份、氢喹啉2份、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯4份、多无醇苯甲酸酯7份、硬脂酸5份、塑化剂50份、泡孔成核剂10份、润滑剂10份、交联剂5份、填充剂4份、发泡剂10份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚乙烯100份、偶氮二甲酰胺30份、麦饭石粉20份、石英砂粉15份、柠檬酸三乙酯15份、玻璃纤维15份、石脂40份、竹纤维15份、阻燃剂10份、氢喹啉6份、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯8份、多无醇苯甲酸酯10份、硬脂酸15份、塑化剂70份、泡孔成核剂20份、润滑剂15份、交联剂10份、填充剂12份、发泡剂25份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚乙烯90份、偶氮二甲酰胺25份、麦饭石粉15份、石英砂粉12份、柠檬酸三乙酯10份、玻璃纤维10份、石脂30份、竹纤维12份、阻燃剂8份、氢喹啉4份、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯6份、多无醇苯甲酸酯8份、硬脂酸10份、塑化剂60份、泡孔成核剂15份、润滑剂12份、交联剂7份、填充剂9份、发泡剂20份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、称取上述质量份数原料,将聚乙烯、偶氮二甲酰胺、麦饭石粉、石英砂粉、柠檬酸三乙酯、玻璃纤维、石脂、竹纤维、氢喹啉、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、多无醇苯甲酸酯、硬脂酸投入密炼机内混炼均匀,得到混炼料A;
步骤二、再将塑化剂、泡孔成核剂、润滑剂、交联剂、填充剂、发泡剂共同投入密炼机内与混炼料A一同进行第一次混炼,混炼后再倒出,得到第一混炼物B;
步骤三、将第一混炼物B投入开放式炼胶机进行第二次混炼,混炼后出片,得到片状物;
步骤四、上述步骤三的片状物放入平板硫化机内进行模压硫化发泡,得到发泡物,此发泡物即为聚乙烯发泡材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明具有无任何异味,具有材料弹性好、定型性好的特点;
2、本发明的制备方法,操作简单,时间短,工作效率高,降低成本的特点。

实施例二:
一种聚乙烯发泡材料由以下质量份数配方成分组成:聚乙烯80份、偶氮二甲酰胺20份、麦饭石粉10份、石英砂粉10份、柠檬酸三乙酯5份、玻璃纤维5份、石脂20份、竹纤维10份、阻燃剂5份、氢喹啉2份、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯4份、多无醇苯甲酸酯7份、硬脂酸5份、塑化剂50份、泡孔成核剂10份、润滑剂10份、交联剂5份、填充剂4份、发泡剂10份。
实施例三:

实施例五:
一种聚乙烯发泡材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、称取上述质量份数原料,将聚乙烯、偶氮二甲酰胺、麦饭石粉、石英砂粉、柠檬酸三乙酯、玻璃纤维、石脂、竹纤维、氢喹啉、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、多无醇苯甲酸酯、硬脂酸投入密炼机内混炼均匀,得到混炼料A;
步骤二、再将塑化剂、泡孔成核剂、润滑剂、交联剂、填充剂、发泡剂共同投入密炼机内与混炼料A一同进行第一次混炼,混炼后再倒出,得到第一混炼物B;
步骤三、将第一混炼物B投入开放式炼胶机进行第二次混炼,混炼后出片,得到片状物;
步骤四、上述步骤三的片状物放入平板硫化机内进行模压硫化发泡,得到发泡物,此发泡物即为聚乙烯发泡材料。

步骤一、称取上述质量份数原料,将聚乙烯、偶氮二甲酰胺、麦饭石粉、石英砂粉、柠檬酸三乙酯、玻璃纤维、石脂、竹纤维、氢喹啉、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、多无醇苯甲酸酯、硬脂酸投入密炼机内混炼均匀,得到混炼料A;
步骤二、再将塑化剂、泡孔成核剂、润滑剂、交联剂、填充剂、发泡剂共同投入密炼机内与混炼料A一同进行第一次混炼,混炼后再倒出,得到第一混炼物B;
步骤三、将第一混炼物B投入开放式炼胶机进行第二次混炼,混炼后出片,得到片状物;
步骤四、上述步骤三的片状物放入平板硫化机内进行模压硫化发泡,得到发泡物,此发泡物即为聚乙烯发泡材料。
