Abstract
本申请涉及一种哑光丝印硅胶的制作方法,通过在丝印硅胶的基础上加入一种含有不饱和双键的气干性物质而达到哑光效果,其原理是气干性物质浮出到硅胶表面而被空气氧化固化成膜,这层气干性膜具有优良的哑光效果,其加入量为硅胶总质量的0.5%~3%。本申请制品附着力优良,表面不发粘,柔软性好,常温放置24~48小时,表面即可达到优良的哑光效果。

技术领域
本申请涉及一种哑光丝印硅胶的制作方法,属于液态硅橡胶领域。
背景技术
众所周知,现在印在袜子等织物上的胶水基本上以PVC为主,主要是起防滑作用,特别是需要印大片胶水的小孩袜子和足球袜等,都是印的PVC。PVC不环保,透气性差,而且做不到哑光效果。
硅橡胶具有优良的透气性、耐候性及环保性等特点,现越来越广泛的被应用在织物丝印上,代替原来的PVC胶水。但丝印硅胶不但需要有优良的织物附着力、操作性能,很多时候还要求具有哑光效果。专利CN101550659A提供了一种用于织物涂层及丝印的哑光硅胶,其主要是通过加入助剂N―β―氨乙基―γ―氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷以达到哑光效果,其原理是:利用哑光助剂对硅胶流体的触变,破坏液态硅胶的流动性,使其丝网印刷到织物上以后,丝网印痕得以保存,形成漫反射而达到哑光效果,但这样得到的哑光效果并不好。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题:本申请提出一种哑光丝印硅胶的制作方法,所述哑光丝印硅胶应用在织物上,其中,在丝印硅胶的基础上加入至少一种含有不饱和双键的气干性物质,加入量为硅胶总质量的0.5%~3%。
所述的制作方法,其中,所述不饱和双键的气干性物质包括亚油酸、亚油酸酯、桐油、烯丙基醚类、1,3-己二烯、1,4-聚丁二烯至少一种。

一种哑光丝印硅胶的制作方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
(1)获取基料;
(2)取上述基料100份,加入H质量分数0.18%的聚甲基氢硅氧烷3.0~4.0份,15000CS乙烯基质量含量为0.12%~0.15%的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷18份,500PPM铂系催化剂1份,乙炔基环己醇0.015~0.02份,一级桐油1.0~1.5份,混合均匀,丝印在织物上;
(3)将上述丝印的织物置于180~200℃烤箱烘烤30S左右,即可固化成型,然后常温放置24~48小时,形成哑光效果。
所述的制作方法,其中,所述步骤(1)具体包括:23份5000CS乙烯基质量含量约0.166%的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,55份40000~45000CS乙烯基质量含量为0.07%~0.12%的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,22份1000CS甲基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷,36份比表面积160m2/g的沉淀法白炭黑,8.2份六甲基二硅氮烷,2份蒸馏水,依次加入以上物料,并在捏合机里搅拌均匀,150~180℃减压脱除低沸物,得到基料。
所述的制作方法,其中,所述哑光丝印硅胶为乳白色流动胶体。
所述的制作方法,其中,所述哑光丝印硅胶的具体参数包括:粘度/CS:800000~1200000;硬度/Shore A:13~20;拉伸强度/MPa:4.0~5.5;撕裂强度/N/mm:10~15;伸长率/%:600~750;表面光泽度:0。
本申请的袜子丝印硅胶具有优良的柔软性、伸长率及附着力,且对粘度、触变性、表面干爽度好,能够很好的应用于袜子等织物上,制作方便,在袜子等织物表面达到优良的哑光效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本申请作进一步详细描述,有必要在此指出的是,以下具体实施方式只用于对本申请进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本申请保护范围的限制,该领域的技术人员可以根据上述申请内容对本申请作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
本发明提供一种用于织物的哑光丝印硅胶,通过在丝印硅胶的基础上加入一种含有不饱和双键的气干性物质而达到哑光效果,其原理是气干性物质浮出到硅胶表面而被空气氧化固化成膜,这层气干性膜具有优良的哑光效果,其加入量为硅胶总质量的0.5%~3%。这些带不饱和双键的气干性物质包括亚油酸、亚油酸酯、桐油、烯丙基醚类、1,3-己二烯,1,4-聚丁二烯等。
袜子丝印硅胶要求具有优良的柔软性、伸长率及附着力,且对粘度、触变性、表面干爽度也有较严格的要求。具体配方如下:
23份5000CS(乙烯基质量含量约0.166%)的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,55份40000~45000CS(乙烯基质量含量为0.07%~0.12%)的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,22份1000CS甲基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(分子式:(CH3)3SiO[(CH3)2SiO]n-Si(CH3)3),36份比表面积160m2/g的沉淀法白炭黑,8.2份六甲基二硅氮烷,2份蒸馏水,依次加入以上物料,并在捏合机里搅拌均匀,150~180℃减压脱除低沸物,得到基料。
取上述基料100份,加入H质量分数0.18%的聚甲基氢硅氧烷(分子式为:(CH3)3SiO[(CH3)(H)SiO]nSi(CH3)3)3.0~4.0份,15000CS(乙烯基质量含量为0.12%~0.15%)的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷18份,500PPM铂系催化剂1份,乙炔基环己醇0.015~0.02份,一级桐油1.0~1.5份,混合均匀,丝印在袜子等织物上,置于180~200℃烤箱烘烤30S左右,即可固化成型,制品附着力优良,表面不发粘,柔软性好,常温放置24~48小时,表面即可达到优良的哑光效果(表面光泽度为0,同样条件下,如果不加入桐油,表面光泽度为62,测定方法:JISZ8741测定角60°)。上述端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷分子结构式为:

本申请的袜子丝印硅胶具有优良的柔软性、伸长率及附着力,且对粘度、触变性、表面干爽度好,能够很好的应用于袜子等织物上,制作方便,在袜子等织物表面达到优良的哑光效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种哑光丝印硅胶的制作方法,所述哑光丝印硅胶应用在织物上,其特征在于:在丝印硅胶的基础上加入至少一种含有不饱和双键的气干性物质,加入量为硅胶总质量的0.5%~3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述不饱和双键的气干性物质包括亚油酸、亚油酸酯、桐油、烯丙基醚类、1,3-己二烯、1,4-聚丁二烯至少一种。

5.一种哑光丝印硅胶的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)获取基料;
(2)取上述基料100份,加入H质量分数0.18%的聚甲基氢硅氧烷3.0~4.0份,15000CS乙烯基质量含量为0.12%~0.15%的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷18份,500PPM铂系催化剂1份,乙炔基环己醇0.015~0.02份,一级桐油1.0~1.5份,混合均匀,丝印在织物上;
(3)将上述丝印的织物置于180~200℃烤箱烘烤30S左右,即可固化成型,然后常温放置24~48小时,形成哑光效果。
6.如权利要求5所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)具体包括:23份5000CS乙烯基质量含量约0.166%的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,55份40000~45000CS乙烯基质量含量为0.07%~0.12%的端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷,22份1000CS甲基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷,36份比表面积160m2/g的沉淀法白炭黑,8.2份六甲基二硅氮烷,2份蒸馏水,依次加入以上物料,并在捏合机里搅拌均匀,150~180℃减压脱除低沸物,得到基料。
