Abstract
一种窄轨客车转向架,包括构架、轮对轴箱装置、中央悬挂装置和基础制动装置组成,其特征在于:横梁与侧梁采用锻件连接,纵向梁上设有横向缓冲和垂向起吊一体的止挡座;采用转臂定位方式,通过钢弹簧和垂向减振器缓冲轮轨冲击和振动,垂向减振器同时具有起吊功能,轴箱采用三体式结构,实现不分解转向架快速更换轮对;单拉杆牵引,空气弹簧悬挂,同时设有二系横向减振器和抗蛇行减振器;(采用轴装的盘型制动单元,每辆车都有一个制动单元具有手制动功能。本发明速度快,结构简单,维修量小,安全舒适。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用在米轨线路上的、速度等级为120km/h的铁路客车转向架。
背景技术
目前国内准轨转向架体系已较为完善,但缺少对米轨转向架的研制开发,米轨转向架种类少,速度等级低,结构复杂,维修量大,而且多为踏面制动。
东南亚国家的铁路客车轨距基本为米轨,并且市场越来越多,但对车辆的要求也越来越高,传统的米轨车辆已不能满足要求。针对米轨市场需要,研发一种速度快,结构简单,维修量小,安全舒适的米轨客车转向架很有必要,结合泰国115辆米轨客车项目合同要求,充分借鉴现有准轨转向架转向架优良结构,通过对结构、参数的优化设计,研制一种120km/h速度等级的米轨客车转向架。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研制一种适用于米轨(轨距1000mm)、最高运行速度120km/h、轴盘制动的铁路客车转向架,同时转向架要能够随整车起吊、能够在不分解转向架的情况下快速更换轮对。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种窄轨客车转向架,包括构架、轮对轴箱装置、中央悬挂装置和基础制动装置组成,其特征在于:
(1)构架:横梁与侧梁采用锻件连接,纵向梁上设有横向缓冲和垂向起吊一体的止挡座;
(2)轮对轴箱装置:采用转臂定位方式,通过钢弹簧和垂向减振器缓冲轮轨冲击和振动,垂向减振器同时具有起吊功能,轴箱采用三体式结构,实现不分解转向架快速更换轮对。
(3)中央悬挂装置:单拉杆牵引,空气弹簧悬挂,同时设有二系横向减振器和抗蛇行减振器;
(4)基础制动装置:采用轴装的盘型制动单元,每辆车都有一个制动单元具有手制动功能。
本发明研发一种速度快,结构简单,维修量小,安全舒适的米轨客车转向架很有必要,结合泰国115辆米轨客车项目合同要求,充分借鉴现有准轨转向架转向架优良结构,通过对结构参数的优化设计,研制一种120km/h速度等级的米轨客车。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的转向架主要由以下几部分组成:由侧梁、横梁、纵向梁和各种吊座组焊而成的构架组成1;由轮对、轴箱和弹簧减振元件组成的轮对轴箱装置2;中央悬挂装置3;由制动单元和制动盘组成的基础制动装置4;构架组成1是装配其它各零部件的基础,轮对轴箱装置2将车轮的滚动运动转换为转向架的水平运动,同时缓冲来自轨道的冲击和振动,中央悬挂装置3通过牵引拉杆传递车体和转向架之间的牵引力和制动力,通过空气弹簧提供车体的垂向支撑及阻尼,通过横向减振器提供横向阻尼,通过抗蛇行减振器5抑制车辆的蛇行运动,基础制动装置4提供车辆所需制动力。

1.一种窄轨客车转向架,包括构架、轮对轴箱装置、中央悬挂装置和基础制动装置组成,其特征在于:
(1)构架:横梁与侧梁采用锻件连接,纵向梁上设有横向缓冲和垂向起吊一体的止挡座;
(2)轮对轴箱装置:采用转臂定位方式,通过钢弹簧和垂向减振器缓冲轮轨冲击和振动,垂向减振器同时具有起吊功能,轴箱采用三体式结构,实现不分解转向架快速更换轮对;
(3)中央悬挂装置:单拉杆牵引,空气弹簧悬挂,同时设有二系横向减振器和抗蛇行减振器;
(4)基础制动装置:采用轴装的盘型制动单元,每辆车都有一个制动单元具有手制动功能。
