本发明属于化工设备领域,具体公开了一种用于搅拌的化学反应装置,包括釜体,所述釜体内壁为非铁磁性材料,所述釜体内壁设有隔腔,所述隔腔内设有多组弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括弹簧和能被磁性物质吸引的弹块,所述弹簧的一端与弹块连接,弹簧的另一端固定在隔腔内壁上;釜盖顶端设有固定于机架上的传动器,所述传动器转动连接有位于釜体内的搅拌单元,所述搅拌单元包括搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上铰接有若干根搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆的工作端固定有搅拌磁块。本方案具有结构简单、搅拌均匀且弹块可反复振动增强除粘效果的技术效果。

本发明属于化工设备领域。
背景技术
用于搅拌的化学反应装置是化工业生产中必不可少的设备之一,众所周知,用于搅拌的化学反应装置品种繁多,被广泛应用于石油、化工、食品、医药、农药、科研等行业,是用来完成聚合、缩合、硫化、烃化、氢化等化学工艺过程的反应设备。搅拌器是用于搅拌的化学反应装置中的重要部件,现有搅拌器采用环状导管罩住转子和定子进行搅拌,工作时,物料绕轴做旋转运动,并用Y形喷气管将釜体内壁粘上的物料吹落,这样的搅拌器搅拌范围小,且壁上所粘物料吹落效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于搅拌的化学反应装置,具有结构简单、搅拌均匀且弹块可反复振动增强除粘效果的技术效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案提供一种用于搅拌的化学反应装置,包括釜体,所述釜体包括外壁盘绕板条的圆筒和椭圆形的下封头,所述圆筒和所述下封头外包围有U型夹套;釜体顶端设有釜盖,所述釜盖上开有进料口,釜盖上固定有温度计套管,所述温度计套管底端伸入釜体内,温度计套管内固定有温度计,所述釜体内壁为非铁磁性材料,所述釜体内壁设有隔腔,所述隔腔内设有若干组弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括弹簧和能被磁性物质吸引的弹块,所述弹块与隔腔内壁具有径向间隙,所述弹簧的一端与弹块连接,弹簧的另一端固定在隔腔内壁上;釜盖顶端设有固定于机架上的传动器,所述传动器转动连接有位于釜体内的搅拌单元,所述搅拌单元包括搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上铰接有若干根搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆的工作端固定有能与弹块相吸引的搅拌磁块。
本基础方案的原理在于,传动器通电后,搅拌轴带动搅拌杆和搅拌磁块开始转动,开始时速度较慢,搅拌杆以与搅拌轴较小的夹角转动,从而起到搅拌物料的作用;当速度逐渐加快,搅拌杆以与搅拌轴较大的夹角转动,此时搅拌磁块以较小的间隙滑过釜体内壁并通过磁力带动隔腔内的弹块撞击隔腔内壁,隔腔内壁带动釜体内壁振动,将粘在釜体内壁的物料震落。
本方案的有益效果在于:
1、 通过搅拌磁块与弹块的配合,增强装置的除粘效果;
2、 弹块在搅拌磁块离开后在弹簧的作用下仍然会反复运动并撞击隔腔一段时间,增强了装置的振动作用;
3、 非铁磁性材料的反应釜内壁能够避免搅拌磁块或活动块吸附在反应釜内壁上,影响反应釜的正常工作;
4、 温度计能够方便工人随时监测反应釜内的温度,以便控制反应釜工作的进度。
方案二:此为基础方案的优选,所述弹块与隔腔内壁的径向间隙为1cm~2cm。弹块与隔腔内壁的间隙为1cm—2cm,使得弹块的活动空间更大,弹块在被搅拌磁块吸引后撞击到隔腔内壁时的速度越快,使得隔腔内壁的振动更大,并能达到弹块在隔腔内反复运动的目的。
方案三:此为基础方案的优选,所述弹块为铁块。铁块能够更易被搅拌磁块吸引。
方案四:此为基础方案的优选,所述搅拌磁块为球形。球形的搅拌磁块在对物料进行搅拌时可防止物料粘附。
方案五:此为基础方案的优选,所述隔腔内壁涂有抗撞击物质,防止弹块反复撞击隔腔内壁而对隔腔内壁造成损坏。
方案六:此为基础方案的优选,所述釜体内壁、釜盖内壁、温度计套管表面、搅拌单元表面均涂有搪玻璃层,搪玻璃层厚度为1.2—1.4mm。搪玻璃层能够有效防止物料腐蚀设备。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:釜体1、釜盖2、温度计套管3、传动器4、进料口5、搅拌轴6、搅拌杆7、搅拌磁块8、U型夹套9、板条10、弹簧11、隔腔12、弹块13、支架14、第一空腔15、第二空腔16、隔板17、支架弹簧18、球19。
实施例基本如附图1、附图2和附图3所示:
一种用于搅拌的化学反应装置,主要由釜体1、支架14、搅拌单元和传动器4构成。釜体1为非铁材料,釜体1由圆筒和下封头构成,圆筒外壁盘绕着板条10,下封头为椭圆形,圆筒和下封头外包围有U型夹套9。釜体1上端安装有釜盖2,釜盖2左端开有进料口5,釜盖2右端固定有温度计套管3,温度计套管3贯穿于釜盖2,温度计套管3内固定有温度计。釜盖2中部上侧设有焊接在机架上的传动器4,传动器4下端与搅拌单元转动连接。搅拌单元由搅拌轴6、搅拌杆7、搅拌磁块8构成,搅拌杆7铰接在搅拌轴6中部,搅拌杆7的下端与搅拌磁块8焊接。釜体1两侧设置有隔腔12,隔腔12内焊接有若干组弹性组件,弹性组件由弹簧11和弹块13组成,弹块13为铁块,能够更易被搅拌磁块8吸引;弹块13与隔腔12内壁具有径向间隙,径向间隙为1cm—2cm,以达到使弹块13在隔腔12内反复运动的目的;弹簧11的一端与弹块13焊接,弹簧11另一端焊接在隔腔12内壁上。
本方案中的支架14内设减振柱,减震柱中间设有第一空腔15,侧壁上设有第二空腔16,第一空腔15内设有A胶,第二空腔16内设有B胶,第一空腔15的下端和第二空腔16的下端均开有漏斗状的出口,第一空腔15和第二空腔16通过球19来密封出口。第一空腔15内设有与第二空腔16内的球19相互吸磁的隔板17,隔板17与第二空腔16内的球19位于同一水平线上,隔板17上连接有支架弹簧18。
具体工作时,传动器4通电,搅拌轴6带动搅拌杆7和搅拌磁块8开始转动,开始时速度较慢,搅拌杆7以与搅拌轴6较小的夹角转动,从而起到搅拌物料的作用;当速度逐渐加快,搅拌杆7以与搅拌轴6较大的夹角转动,此时搅拌磁块8以较小的间隙滑过釜体1内壁并带动隔腔12内能被磁性物质吸引的的弹块13撞击隔腔12内壁,隔腔12内壁带动釜体1内壁振动,将粘在釜体1内壁的物料震落;当搅拌磁块8远离釜体1内壁时,弹块13在弹簧11的作用下反复撞击隔腔12内壁,隔腔12内壁继续带动釜体1内壁震动,从而起到加强震落粘在釜体1内壁的物料的作用。当振动比较大时,支架内A胶从第一空腔15中流出,胶水有刺激性气味,起到一定的提醒作用。当振动更大时,第一空腔15内的球撞击到隔板17,B胶从第二空腔16中漏出,与A胶混合、凝固并起到固定支架的作用,减少振动,另外,隔板17对第二空腔16内的球19有一定的磁力,能对第二空腔16内的球19有一定的限定作用,因此,在振动小的时候,第二空腔16内的球19不会向上移动。

1.一种用于搅拌的化学反应装置,包括釜体,其特征在于,所述釜体包括外壁盘绕板条的圆筒和椭圆形的下封头,所述圆筒和所述下封头外包围有U型夹套;釜体顶端设有釜盖,所述釜盖上开有进料口,釜盖上固定有温度计套管,所述温度计套管底端伸入釜体内,温度计套管内固定有温度计,所述釜体内壁为非铁磁性材料,所述釜体内壁设有隔腔,所述隔腔内设有若干组弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括弹簧和能被磁性物质吸引的弹块,所述弹块与隔腔内壁具有径向间隙,所述弹簧的一端与弹块连接,弹簧的另一端固定在隔腔内壁上;釜盖顶端设有固定于机架上的传动器,所述传动器转动连接有位于釜体内的搅拌单元,所述搅拌单元包括搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上铰接有若干根搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆的工作端固定有能与弹块相吸引的搅拌磁块;
釜体底部设有支架,支架内设减震柱,减震柱中部设有第一空腔,减震柱侧壁上设有第二空腔,第一空腔内设有A胶,第二空腔内设有B胶,第一空腔的下端和第二空腔的下端均开有漏斗状的出口,第一空腔和第二空腔内均设有用于密封出口的球;第一空腔内设有与第二空腔内的球相互吸磁的隔板,隔板与第二空腔内的球位于同一水平线上,隔板上连接有支架弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于搅拌的化学反应装置,其特征在于:所述弹块与隔腔内壁的径向间隙为1cm—2cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于搅拌的化学反应装置,其特征在于:所述弹块为铁块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于搅拌的化学反应装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌磁块为球形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于搅拌的化学反应装置,其特征在于:所述隔腔内壁涂有抗撞击物质。
6.根据权利要求1—5任一项所述的用于搅拌的化学反应装置,其特征在于:所述釜体内壁、釜盖内壁、温度计套管表面、搅拌单元表面均涂有搪玻璃层,搪玻璃层厚度为1.2—1.4mm。
