技术领域
本发明涉及一种超声波发生器,特别是涉及一种用于将开口装置密封到用于形成密封包装的套筒的包装材料的孔上的超声波发生器。
背景技术
许多可倾倒的食品产品,例如果汁、巴氏灭菌或UHT(超高温加工)牛奶、酒、番茄酱等等都是在无菌包装材料制成的包装中商售。
该类型包装的典型例子是被称为Tetra Rex Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或可倾倒食品产品的包装,其是通过折叠和密封层压带包装材料而制成。
该包装材料具有基本上包括用于刚度和强度的基体层的多层结构,该多层结构可以包括纤维材料(例如纸)层,或矿物填充聚丙烯材料层;和多个热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯膜,其覆盖基体层的两侧。
在用于如UHT牛奶之类的长期储存产品的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括气体屏障和光屏障材料(例如铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH))层,其叠置在热密封塑料材料层上,该气体屏障和光屏障材料层进而覆盖有形成包装的最终接触食品产品的内表面的另一热密封塑料材料层。
根据已知的成形技术,将包装材料切割成坯料。坯料首先竖立以形成相应的开口套筒,所述开口套筒在其底端处被密封。然后,开口套筒通过其开口的顶端填充有可倾倒产品,然后密封顶端,以完成包装的形成。
还已知在用可倾倒产品填充套筒之前将开口装置施加到根据前述技术形成的相应开口套筒上。
特别地,所述开口装置包括:
-凸缘,其将被密封到所述套筒的在围绕其孔的区域中的包装材料上;
-颈部,其从所述凸缘突出;和
-盖,其被拧到颈部上。

-超声波发生器。

超声波发生器和砧座的运动与开口套筒的运动同步。
特别地,当超声波发生器和砧座都处于相应的操作位置时,超声波发生器的头部被压靠在砧座上,以便将开口装置保持在相对于套筒的围绕孔的包装材料的固定密封位置。
在该阶段,发电机被启动,以便将开口装置密封到套筒的围绕孔的包装材料。
申请人已经发现,开口装置在超声波发生器内部的正确定位对于将开口装置有效地密封到相应的开口套筒是非常关键的。
更详细地,申请人已经发现,如果开口装置没有正确地定位在超声波发生器内部,则存在超声波振动被传递到开口装置的盖而不是凸缘的风险,从而损害了开口装置的密封。
在工业中有确保开口装置在超声波发生器内部的适当定位的需求。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种超声波发生器,其设计成满足上述要求中的至少一个。

更详细地,每个开口装置4,4a被施加到在相应包装2的包装材料5中制成的孔3(图7和8)上。
包装材料5由热密封片材制成,其包括在两侧上覆盖有热密封塑料材料(例如,聚乙烯)层的纸材料层。在用于长期储存产品(例如UHT牛奶)的无菌包装2的情况下,包装材料包括阻氧材料层,例如铝箔,其叠加在最终形成包装2的与食品产品接触的内表面的一层或多层热密封塑性材料上。

超声波发生器81包括围绕轴线B延伸的腔90,当开口装置4a插入腔90中时,轴线B与轴线A重合。
头部86根据已知的解决方案连接到驱动装置(未示出)。

环91在轴线B的侧部通过壁95径向地界定,当环91不变形时,壁95从开口88朝向卷材3的侧面3b的相对侧延伸,呈锥形。
特别地,壁95朝向轴线B会聚,从开口88朝向表面89的相对侧延伸。
环91与开口装置4的盖10配合,并且适于使开口装置4相对于头部86居中。
当每个超声波发生器81的环91变形时(参见图8),从开口88朝包装材料5的围绕孔3的侧面5b的相对侧延伸,壁95限定:
-相对于轴线B以第一角度成角度的部分93;和
-相对于轴线B以小于第一角度的第二角度成角度的部分94。
在所示的实施方式中,环91由弹性体材料制成,优选由热固性材料制成。
还更优选地,环91由商业上称为Cellasto的蜂窝状聚氨酯弹性体制成。
因此,环91有效地使开口装置4,4a的轴线A相对于超声波发生器81的开口88的轴线B居中,而不将超声波振动传递到盖10。
下面参考仅一个砧座27、仅一个对应的超声波发生器81、仅一个对应的开口装置4a以及仅一个相应的套筒6和包装2来描述装置1的操作。
此外,下文描述装置1的操作,其中砧座27和超声波发生器81处于相应的静止位置,并且进给装置40处于静止位置,如图2所示。
从该状态开始,排出装置37的活塞38平行于方向X并朝向伸出位置移动,同时砧座27平行于方向X并朝向斜槽36(即,图3中的右侧)从静止位置移动到装载位置。
因此,在所示的实施方式中,最下面的开口装置4a从滑槽36移动到砧座27的接收元件29内部,砧座27的接收元件29通过真空动作夹紧开口装置4a。
在此处,砧座27平行于方向X朝向框架26向回移动,以再次到达静止位置(图4),同时进给装置40到达施加位置并且向超声波发生器81和砧座27馈送具有打开的顶端7的套筒6。
在该阶段(图5),砧座27平行于方向Y在所示实施方式中向下在中间位置移动。当砧座27平行于方向Y移动时,砧座27穿过套筒6的开口顶端7并沿着方向Y到达一位置,在该位置,接收元件29沿着方向X与孔3的轴线对准。
之后(图6),砧座27平行于方向Y并朝向孔3(即在图6中的右侧)从中间位置移动到操作位置移动,而超声波发生器81平行于方向X从静止位置移动到操作位置。
当砧座27和超声波发生器81都处于相应的操作位置(图6至图8)时,开口装置4a接合孔3并且部分地容纳在超声波发生器81的腔90内。
更精确地,当砧座27和超声波发生器81都处于相应的操作位置时,开口装置4的颈部9和盖10进入腔90,盖10与环91的壁95协作,凸缘8接触包装材料5的围绕孔3的侧面5a,并且密封表面89接触包装2的包装材料5的侧面5a(图9)。
此外,盖10使环91的壁92变形,以便产生相对于超声波发生器81的头部86的轴线B不同地成角度的部分93,94(图9)。
以这种方式,环91有效地使开口装置4的轴线A居中在头部86的轴线B。
最终,当开口装置4的颈部9和盖10被容纳在超声波发生器81的腔90内时,在壁92和盖10之间产生间隙100(图7和8)。
在该阶段,超声波发生器81被激活并且头部86振荡,以便将开口装置4密封到套筒6的在孔3周围的包装材料5上。
一旦密封完成,超声波发生器81和砧座27回到相应的静止位置,并且供给装置40回到静止位置。
随后,以未示出的方式,密封套筒6的顶端7(已经对其施加了开口装置4a),以便完成包装2的形成。
在该阶段,超声波发生器81沿方向X回到静止位置,砧座27沿方向X回到中间位置并且沿方向Y回到静止位置,并且循环再次重新开始。
根据本发明的装置1的优点从前面的描述将是清楚的。
特别地,由弹性体材料制成的环91在使开口装置4a居中在相应的声波发生器81的腔90内部时是有效率的,而不将超声波振动传递到盖10,因此不影响开口装置4a密封到孔3周围的包装材料5上。
环91是锥形的并且在开口88和表面89的相对侧上具有锥度(taper)。
以这种方式,环91和相应的盖10之间的接触面积特别小。
最后,由于间隙100的存在,仅超声波发生器81的表面89接触开口装置4a。因此,由于间隙100的存在,超声波发生器81的机械振荡被正确地传递到开口装置4a的凸缘8,而没有无用的传递到开口装置4a的颈部7和盖10。
显然,可以对超声波发生器81进行改变,而不脱离所附权利要求中限定的保护范围。
特别地,超声波发生器81可以用于将预成形的开口装置4施加到包装材料卷材上,该卷材将被折叠成管,横向热密封和横向切割以形成多个密封包装。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于将开口装置(4,4a)密封到用于形成密封包装(2)的包装材料(5)的孔(3)上的超声波发生器(81),包括:
-密封表面(89),其适于与所述包装材料(5)协作以将所述开口装置(4,4a)密封到所述包装材料(5);
-腔(90),其由所述密封表面(89)的开口(88)界定并且适于接收所述开口装置(4,4a)。
所述超声波发生器的特征在于,包括:
-由弹性体材料制成的环(91),其在所述腔(90)内部分地突出,并且适于使所述开口装置(4,4a)的第一轴线(A)居中在所述超声波发生器(81)的第二轴线(B)。
2.如权利要求1所述的超声波发生器,其特征在于,所述环(91)在所述第二轴线(B)的一侧上包括壁(95),所述壁(95)在所述开口(88)的相对侧上具有锥度并且适于接触所述开口装置(4,4a)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的超声波发生器,其特征在于,所述环(91)在使用时接触所述开口装置(4,4a)的一部分(9,10);所述密封表面(89)在使用中接触所述开口装置(4,4a)的凸缘(8),所述部分(9,10)从所述凸缘(8)突出。
4.如权利要求3所述的超声波发生器,其特征在于,至少在所述环(91)在使用中接触所述开口装置(4,4a)并且通过所述开口装置(4,4a)而弹性变形时,从所述开口(88)朝向所述开口(88)的相对侧延伸,所述壁(95)包括:
-相对于所述轴线(B)以第一角度成角度的第一部分(93);和
-相对于所述轴线(B)以第二角度成角度的第二部分(94)。
5.如权利要求4所述的超声波发生器,其特征在于,所述第二角度小于所述第一角度。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的超声波发生器,其特征在于,所述开口(88)界定所述腔(90)。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的超声波发生器,其特征在于,包括另一壁(92),其界定所述腔(88)并且所述环(91)从所述另一壁(92)径向突出,以便在使用中形成在所述另一壁(92)和所述开口装置(4,4a)之间的间隙(100)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的超声波发生器,其特征在于,所述弹性体材料是热固性材料,优选为蜂窝状聚氨酯弹性体。
9.一种用于将至少一个开口装置(4,4a)施加到用于形成密封包装(2)的开放的套筒(6)上的装置(1),包括:
-根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的超声波发生器(81);和
-砧座(27),其适于在将所述开口装置(4,4a)密封到所述套筒(6)的所述包装材料(5)期间在所述超声波发生器(81)的相对侧上与所述开口装置(4,4a)协作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述砧座(27)能通过由所述套筒(6)限定的第二开口(7)在以下位置之间移动:
-静止位置;和
-操作位置,在该操作位置处,所述砧座(27)在将所述开口装置(4,4a)密封到所述套筒(6)的所述包装材料(5)的期间与所述开口装置(4,4a)协作。
11.根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,在将所述开口装置(4,4a)施加到所述套筒(6)上之后,所述第二开口(7)被密封,以形成所述密封包装(2)。
