背景技术

发明内容
本发明任务是,将角磨机的铣刀设计得使其能够被多方面使用且易于操纵。
该任务根据本发明由下述方式实现:该承载座被设计为纤维增强塑料复合体并且在承载座中形成有多个朝向承载座的底侧敞开的切削元件腔室,在这些切削元件腔室中以能够更换的方式分别布置有切削元件。通过根据本发明的措施使得铣刀重量减小,该重量相当于在角磨机中用于相同用途的传统的砂轮所具有的重量。由于切削元件能够被更换,所以能够为不同的待加工材料使用不同的切削元件。此外,通过切削元件在承载座上的安装方式能够实现切削元件的切削刃位置的优化。因为切削元件能够被更换,所以承载座原则上能够被应用任意长的时间。
如果根据一种有利的改进方案将切削元件设计为环形并且分别以背侧贴靠在切削元件腔室的贴靠面上,则切削元件能够在切削刃被部分磨损之后通过转动而再次被使用。此外,切削元件能够被取下和重磨,或者被替换成其他类型的切削元件。
使切削元件的转动和更换特别简单地实现的技术方案是,根据本发明的另一种有利的实施方案将切削元件分别借助于紧固螺钉居中地紧固在承载座上。
切削元件在承载座上的特别简单的紧固方案是,从每个切削元件腔室出发在承载座中形成出孔,在该孔中布置有紧固套,固持着切削元件的紧固螺钉旋入紧固套中。在此有利的是,紧固套具有啮合到承载座中的外螺纹和接纳紧固螺钉的内螺纹,其中这些螺纹可以方向相反,由此可实现切削元件在承载座中的非常牢固的固定。

由于根据本发明的铣刀在角磨机上以分别与工件成角度的方式使用,所以有利的是,承载座在顶侧和底侧之间具有外周面,并且切削元件径向向外超出于外周面。
有利的是,切削元件由切削材料制成,适用于此的尤其是颗粒尺寸为0.2μm至10μm的硬质合金、陶瓷、具有涂层(例如金刚石涂层)的硬质合金、多晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)、多晶金刚石(PKD)或高速钢(HHS)。
还有利的是,承载座包括环氧树脂或酚醛树脂或聚脂树脂或聚氨酯树脂以及包括作为纤维的玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维和/或芳香尼龙纤维和/或天然纤维。作为天然纤维考虑使用麻、西沙尔麻/剑麻或类似纤维。

附图中示出的用于角磨机的铣刀具有盘状的承载座1和紧固在承载座上的、数目为n的彼此相同的切削元件2。承载座1并不被构造为整块式的,而是由数目为m的、环氧树脂涂覆的玻璃纤维织物层3(所谓的浸料)组成。这些根据图9由经纱4和纬纱5构成的玻璃纤维织物层3以各自绕旋转轴线Z彼此相对扭转的方式叠放堆层,并在一定压力和相应温度下在模具中彼此结合。通过使各个玻璃纤维织物层3彼此相对扭转,承载座获得在所有方向上大致相同的高强度,从而杜绝了承载座1在工作过程中、即在高转速时自发断裂。

12.根据权利要求1或2所述的铣刀,其特征在于,承载座(1)由环氧树脂或酚醛树脂或聚脂树脂或聚氨酯树脂和由作为纤维的玻璃纤维和/或碳纤维和/或芳香尼龙纤维和/或天然纤维制成。
