b)如果使用者具有亮度L*为58-70单位、C*为20-25单位且色相角h°大于63°的肤色，则使用者适合色相角h°为10-30°、亮度L*为40-47单位、色度C*为30-50的唇用彩色化妆品；
c)如果使用者具有亮度L*为62-68单位、C*为18-25单位且色相角h°小于50°的肤色，则使用者适合色相角h°为5-20°、亮度L*为40-49单位、色度C*为30-50的唇用彩色化妆品；
d)如果使用者具有亮度L*大于52单位、C*为20-25单位且色相角h°为56-63°的肤色，则使用者适合色相角h°为5-25°、亮度L*为40-49单位、色度C*为30-50的唇用彩色化妆品。
发明详述
本发明的申请人主要关注的是改善彩色化妆品选择方法的客观性。申请人已经发现，不是所有的彩色化妆品(例如唇彩)都适合每种肤色。例如，对于具有金色色调肤色的使用者，色调偏蓝色的唇彩(例如品红色/紫红色)不如色调偏黄色的唇彩(例如红宝石色或赤褐色色调色调)更适合其肤色。
各种各样的唇膏色调受到更深色调皮肤使用者的喜欢，例如洋红色、玫瑰色、树莓色、红宝石色、珊瑚色和赤褐色的色调受到具有这些皮肤色调的使用者喜欢。但是，那些皮肤色调偏粉红的使用者会发现，黄色系色调，例如赤褐色和珊瑚色唇膏色调不讨人喜欢。或者，偏蓝色系的唇膏色调，例如玫瑰色、洋红色、树莓色更讨人喜欢。

没有用来确定颜色是否受到使用者喜欢的精确的方法，而是基于使用者感知到的外观的本能决定。当彩色化妆品的色调适合使用者时，他们的皮肤看起来更健康、更有光泽、更明亮且有活力。相反，当色调不适合使用者时，皮肤呈现灰色、干涸和疲惫，并且倾向于突出负面感觉的区域，例如眼睛下面的黑眼圈或眼袋、出现瑕疵或不均匀的肤色。
按CIELAB(L*a*b*)方法测量肤色、粉底和彩色化妆品的颜色。CIELAB(L*a*b*)是可以用于描述人眼可见的所有颜色的三维颜色空间。CIELAB中使用三个不同的参数说明一种特定的颜色：L*表示颜色的亮度，从表示黑色的0至表示白色的100；a*表示颜色的红/绿值；以及b*表示颜色的黄/蓝值。CIELAB使用笛卡尔坐标描述颜色。也可以使用极坐标系。该方法称为CIELCH(L*C*h°)，其衍生自CIELAB方法。在此，L*表示亮度，C*表示色度，h°表示色相角。

在优选的实施方案中，可以提供包括彩色化妆品粉底和一种或多种适合的唇部产品的套装。
虽然本发明被设计为选择唇彩化妆品，但是本发明可以被理解并提供选择其他彩色化妆品(例如腮红、粉饼、眼影、眉笔和睫毛膏)的类似的客观方法。

Claims (2)

1.一种选择合适/相配的唇用产品色调的方法，其中，
1)评估使用者的全面的肤色色调
2)根据四种肤色组之一选择唇用彩色化妆品，其中，
a)如果使用者具有亮度L*为41-52单位的、C*为18-24单位且色相角h°为54-60°的肤色，则使用者适合色相角h°为5-30°、亮度L*为40-45单位、色度C*为30-50的唇用彩色化妆品；
b)如果使用者具有亮度L*为58-70单位、C*为20-25单位且色相角h°大于63°的肤色，则使用者适合色相角h°为10-30°、亮度L*为40-47单位、色度C*为30-50的唇用彩色化妆品；
c)如果使用者具有亮度L*为62-68单位、C*为18-25单位且色相角h°小于50°的肤色，则使用者适合色相角h°为5-20°、亮度L*为40-49单位、色度C*为30-50的唇用彩色化妆品；
d)如果使用者具有亮度L*大于52单位、C*为20-25单位且色相角h°为56-63°的肤色，则使用者适合色相角h°为5-25°、亮度L*为40-49单位、色度C*为30-50的唇用彩色化妆品。
2.一种彩色化妆品套装，包含选择选自以下组的粉底色调：
a)亮度L*为41-52单位的、C*为18-24单位且色相角h°为54-60°的肤色；
b)亮度L*为58-70单位、C*为20-25单位且色相角h°大于63°的肤色；
c)亮度L*为62-68单位、C*为18-25单位且色相角h°小于50°的肤色；以及
d)亮度L*大于52单位、C*为20-25单位且色相角h°为56-63°的肤色，
和与之组合的根据权利要求1的合适的唇用彩色化妆品。
