本发明涉及一种等长螺旋缠绕列管，其特征在于包括换热管组（1），所述换热管组（1）由三根等长的换热管通过螺旋缠绕的方式形成，并且三根换热管（2）缠绕后的截面呈等边三角形。本发明使换热管组的单位体积内换热面积加大，提高了能源利用率；等长换热管使换热器换热均匀，提高了换热稳定性；采用弹性浮动装置防止换热管组变形，提高了产品的使用年限。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种等长螺旋缠绕列管，主要涉及一种化工、食品制药过程的换热器，适用于有机物料的冷凝，利用蒸汽加热物料或水。
背景技术
现有的换热器多是管壳式换热器，换热管一般为直管或螺旋缠绕列管式，前者在相同体积内换热体积较小，耗能大，一般需要理论换热量的3-5倍的耗能才能够达到效果，无法保证加热和冷凝效果，故换热效率低，造成能源的巨大浪费，且其为直管换热，由于没有弯曲，导致其在气、液换热时气体容易短路，造成溶媒回收率极低，无法完成回收功能；后者虽改进了前者的换热效率低，但由于换热管束存在长短不一，导致加热不均匀，使换热不彻底，尤其在溶媒回收领域，由于其部分短管的换热不太彻底，导致溶媒回收率下降，对有些要求较高的物料不适用，但其螺旋缠绕方式能够使设备在工作时，管程内的物料形成紊流，增加换热强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种换热效率高、换热均匀、不易变形的等长螺旋缠绕列管。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种等长螺旋缠绕列管，包括换热管组，所述换热管组由三根等长的换热管通过螺旋缠绕的方式形成，并且三根换热管缠绕后的截面呈等边三角形。
所述换热管为薄壁细长金属管，其金属管外壁有螺纹线。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1、使换热管组的单位体积内换热面积加大，提高了能源利用率；
2、等长换热管使换热器换热均匀，提高了换热稳定性。

1.一种等长螺旋缠绕列管，其特征在于包括换热管组（1）、所述换热管组（1）由三根等长的换热管（2）通过螺旋缠绕的方式形成，并且三根换热管（2）缠绕后的截面呈等边三角形。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种等长螺旋缠绕列管，其特征在于所述换热管（2）为薄壁细长金属管，其金属管外壁有螺纹线。
