本发明属于墙面装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,包括将多种纤维软化、壳聚糖混料制备和纸浆糊料制备,本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明制备方法制备的墙纸具有较强的耐拉伸强度,耐摩擦色牢度不低于4级,耐光色牢度不低于5级,甲醛释放不高于1mg/L,具有较好的透气性,无毒、无气味,安全环保,可根据实际设计制备多种形态的墙纸,适用性广,满足人们对装饰材料的环保要求和实用要求。

一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于墙面装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法。
背景技术
墙纸是现代化建筑不可缺少的主要材料,现代墙纸种类繁多,花式各异,产品更新速度快,产品主要分为PVC墙纸、纸类墙纸、天然编织类墙纸和金属墙纸等,市面上最为常见的墙纸,所用吃爱聊绝大多数胃聚氯乙烯或聚乙烯,简称PVC塑料墙纸,这种墙纸分作平光印花、有光印花、单色印花、印花压花等几种类型,近年来,由于城市人口的迅速几种,城市建筑物开始向高层和超高层化发展,因而对室内装饰材料的性能也提出了更高的要求,目前市场上流行的墙纸产品主要采用凹版印刷工艺的PVC系列墙纸,这类墙纸虽具有图案优美、手感好等特点,但也存在透气性差、纸面有残留气味、微毒等缺点,难以满足人们在物质、环保等方面的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维在真空条件下的75-80℃保温处理1.5-2小时,取出后将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维中加入含氟芳香羧酸,球磨20-30分钟,得到混合料A备用;
(2)将壳聚糖溶解于质量浓度为1%的醋酸水溶液中,加入明胶、合成植物酯、二辛脂,在65℃的条件下搅拌5-6小时,得到混合料B备用;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合后加入3%硼掺杂石墨烯,搅拌30-35分钟后,用亚硫酸钠将其pH值调节至8,加入防腐剂冷却后,得到墙纸用纸浆糊料,然后按常规方法制成相应规格的墙纸;
其中,以上各组分按重量计,用量分别为:菠萝叶纤维4-7、香蕉茎纤维2-5、含氟芳香羧酸0.1-0.3、壳聚糖3-5、醋酸水溶液75-80、明胶2-4、合成植物酯0.5-0.8、二辛脂2-3.5、3%硼掺杂石墨烯1-3。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,合成植物酯和二辛脂的使用重量比为1:4。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述含氟芳香羧酸为2,4-二氯-5-氟苯甲酸、2-氨基-5氟苯甲酸、2,6-二氯-5-氟烟酸、2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸中的任意一种。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述壳聚糖的分子量为1×105-2.5×105,脱乙酰度为94%。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述明胶的凝冻强度为220-240Bloom。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明制备方法制备的墙纸具有较强的耐拉伸强度,耐摩擦色牢度不低于4级,耐光色牢度不低于5级,甲醛释放不高于1mg/L,具有较好的透气性,无毒、无气味,安全环保,可根据实际设计制备多种形态的墙纸,适用性广,满足人们对装饰材料的环保要求和实用要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维在真空条件下的75℃保温处理2小时,取出后将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维中加入含氟芳香羧酸,球磨20分钟,得到混合料A备用;
(2)将壳聚糖溶解于质量浓度为1%的醋酸水溶液中,加入明胶、合成植物酯、二辛脂,在65℃的条件下搅拌6小时,得到混合料B备用;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合后加入3%硼掺杂石墨烯,搅拌30分钟后,用亚硫酸钠将其pH值调节至8,加入防腐剂冷却后,得到墙纸用纸浆糊料,然后按常规方法制成相应规格的墙纸;
其中,以上各组分按重量计,用量分别为:菠萝叶纤维4、香蕉茎纤维5、含氟芳香羧酸0.2、壳聚糖5、醋酸水溶液80、明胶4、合成植物酯0.5、二辛脂2、3%硼掺杂石墨烯3。
其中,合成植物酯和二辛脂的使用重量比为1:4;所述含氟芳香羧酸为2,4-二氯-5-氟苯甲酸。
其中,所述壳聚糖的分子量为12.5×105,脱乙酰度为94%;所述明胶的凝冻强度为220Bloom。
由本发明中制备的墙纸,湿润强度纵向为4.5N/1.5cm、横向不低于2.3N/1.5cm,横向断裂伸长率为9.6%;耐摩擦色牢度不低于4级,耐光色牢度不低于5级,甲醛释放为0.2mg/L,无毒、无气味,安全环保,满足人们对装饰材料的环保要求和实用要求。
实施例2
一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维在真空条件下的80℃保温处理2小时,取出后将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维中加入含氟芳香羧酸,球磨20分钟,得到混合料A备用;
(2)将壳聚糖溶解于质量浓度为1%的醋酸水溶液中,加入明胶、合成植物酯、二辛脂,在65℃的条件下搅拌5小时,得到混合料B备用;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合后加入3%硼掺杂石墨烯,搅拌35分钟后,用亚硫酸钠将其pH值调节至8,加入防腐剂冷却后,得到墙纸用纸浆糊料,然后按常规方法制成相应规格的墙纸;
其中,以上各组分按重量计,用量分别为:菠萝叶纤维7、香蕉茎纤维2、含氟芳香羧酸0.3、壳聚糖3、醋酸水溶液80、明胶4、合成植物酯0.6、二辛脂2.4、3%硼掺杂石墨烯2。
其中,合成植物酯和二辛脂的使用重量比为1:4;所述含氟芳香羧酸为2,6-二氯-5-氟烟酸。
其中,所述壳聚糖的分子量为1.5×105,脱乙酰度为94%;所述明胶的凝冻强度为230Bloom。
由本发明中制备的墙纸,湿润强度纵向为4.2N/1.5cm、横向不低于2.5N/1.5cm,横向断裂伸长率为9.7%;耐摩擦色牢度不低于4级,耐光色牢度不低于5级,甲醛释放为0.6mg/L,无毒、无气味,安全环保,满足人们对装饰材料的环保要求和实用要求。
实施例3
一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维在真空条件下的80℃保温处理2小时,取出后将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维中加入含氟芳香羧酸,球磨20分钟,得到混合料A备用;
(2)将壳聚糖溶解于质量浓度为1%的醋酸水溶液中,加入明胶、合成植物酯、二辛脂,在65℃的条件下搅拌5-6小时,得到混合料B备用;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合后加入3%硼掺杂石墨烯,搅拌35分钟后,用亚硫酸钠将其pH值调节至8,加入防腐剂冷却后,得到墙纸用纸浆糊料,然后按常规方法制成相应规格的墙纸;
其中,以上各组分按重量计,用量分别为:菠萝叶纤维5、香蕉茎纤维4、含氟芳香羧酸0.2、壳聚糖4、醋酸水溶液78、明胶3、合成植物酯0.8、二辛脂3.2、3%硼掺杂石墨烯3。
其中,合成植物酯和二辛脂的使用重量比为1:4;所述含氟芳香羧酸为2,4-二氯-5-氟苯甲酸、2-氨基-5氟苯甲酸、2,6-二氯-5-氟烟酸、2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸中的任意一种。
其中,所述壳聚糖的分子量为2×105,脱乙酰度为94%;所述明胶的凝冻强度为240Bloom。
由本发明中制备的墙纸,湿润强度纵向为4.6N/1.5cm、横向不低于2.4N/1.5cm,横向断裂伸长率为8.8%;耐摩擦色牢度不低于4级,耐光色牢度不低于5级,甲醛释放为0.4mg/L,无毒、无气味,安全环保,满足人们对装饰材料的环保要求和实用要求。

Claims (5)

1.一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维在真空条件下的75-80℃保温处理1.5-2小时,取出后将菠萝叶纤维和香蕉茎纤维中加入含氟芳香羧酸,球磨20-30分钟,得到混合料A备用;
(2)将壳聚糖溶解于质量浓度为1%的醋酸水溶液中,加入明胶、合成植物酯、二辛脂,在65℃的条件下搅拌5-6小时,得到混合料B备用;
(3)将混合料A和混合料B混合后加入3%硼掺杂石墨烯,搅拌30-35分钟后,用亚硫酸钠将其pH值调节至8,加入防腐剂冷却后,得到墙纸用纸浆糊料,然后按常规方法制成相应规格的墙纸;
其中,以上各组分按重量计,用量分别为:菠萝叶纤维4-7、香蕉茎纤维2-5、含氟芳香羧酸0.1-0.3、壳聚糖3-5、醋酸水溶液75-80、明胶2-4、合成植物酯0.5-0.8、二辛脂2-3.5、3%硼掺杂石墨烯1-3。
2.如权利要求1所述一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,合成植物酯和二辛脂的使用重量比为1:4。
3.如权利要求1所述一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述含氟芳香羧酸为2,4-二氯-5-氟苯甲酸、2-氨基-5氟苯甲酸、2,6-二氯-5-氟烟酸、2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求1所述一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的分子量为1×105-2.5×105,脱乙酰度为94%。
5.如权利要求1所述一种无味环保纤维壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述明胶的凝冻强度为220-240Bloom。
