技术领域
本发明涉及绘画用品加工领域,具体涉及一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布及其制作方法。
背景技术
油画布是在特定的布质基材上涂覆阻止油料,溶剂,水等渗透的涂层底子,用来绘制油画的布类。油画艺术来源于西方,在我国尚未普及。过去,我国的油画布生产及应用几乎是空白。随着我国改革开放的深入进行,人民生活水平显著提高,在物质生活满足以后,对精神生活也有了更高层次的追求。因此,对油画的需求也与日俱增,随之而来的油画布生产便成为一个新的经济增长点。随着油画布的推广,对油画布使用性能的要求进一步提升。比如公开号为CN 105200783A中国发明公开了一种防水油画布、公开号为CN105178010A的中国发明公开了一种阻燃油画布等等。
在现有技术中,艺术家绘画通常采用传统的白色涂层油画布,其主要是在基底布料上直接涂白色涂层料,白色涂层料采用聚乙烯物乳液如聚乙烯醇乳液,乙烯乙酸均聚物乳液,苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及纯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的单组份、双组份乳液作为涂层胶加入较多数量填充物混合制成,然后将涂层料涂布在基布上制成艺术油画布。已知的艺术油画布的制造配方和工艺制造的油画布在涂层耐温变性和柔软性、致密性方面均存在明显缺陷,油画布受温差影响、空气湿度变化易出现松垮;涂层易发生龟裂、折裂和剥落;绘画时出现不同程度吸油及背渗,影响绘画性能,这些缺陷直接影响油画布产品的使用性能和货架寿命。
负离子的发现与应用是19世纪末的事情,第一个在学术上证明负离子对人体功效的是德国物理学家菲利浦·莱昂纳德博士,他认为地球自然环境,对人类健康有益的负离子存在最多的地方是瀑布周围。医学研究表明维持人们健康的负离子数为:1000-2000个/cm3;郊外、海滨的负离子数为:5000-50000个/cm3,可以增强人体免疫力和抗菌力;而都市住宅封闭区的负离子数仅为:40-50个/cm3,长期在这种环境下会诱发生理障碍如头疼、失眠、神经衰弱、倦怠等;在装空调的室内负离子数会降为:0-25个/cm3。负离子对改善人们的生活环境越来越多受到科学工作者和艺术家的重视。因此当今释放负离子的颜料、纸张、纺织用品画布因其应用领域广泛而越来越被人们所重视。负离子材料是在20世纪90年代初才逐步发展起来的,释放负离子的艺术用材料,将成为一种环保健康的新型材料,广泛应用于各个领域。
但是目前尚未发现将负离子用于油画布的报道。
发明内容
针对目前现有技术传统的白色涂层画布的缺陷和不足,以及缺少环保健康的画布的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,将负离子的有益功效结合到油画制作领域,使人们在制作、欣赏油画的同时,身心都得到健康,并同时解决传统白色涂层画布存在的涂层易发生龟裂、折裂和剥落;绘画时出现不同程度吸油及背渗等问题;同时,本发明还提供了该画布的制作方法。
为实现本发明的发明目的,发明人提供如下技术方案:
首先,发明人提供了一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其组成包括基布以及涂布在基布上的底料层,其中,所述的底料层的底料中添加有电气石负离子粉,且画布经过低温等离子体处理。
作为优选方案,根据本发明所述的一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其中,所述的底料配方按重量份计为:PVA40-80份、去离子水20-30份、电气石负离子粉1份、羧化壳聚糖1.5-2份、纳米二氧化硅10-20份和超细碳酸钙5-10份。
作为优选方案,根据本发明所述的一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其中,所述的电气石负离子粉是经羧化壳聚糖包覆而成的微球,粒径在20-50微米之间。
作为优选方案,根据本发明所述的一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其中,所述的电气石负离子粉是经羧化壳聚糖包覆而成的微球,电气石负离子粉粒径为1500-2500目,羧化壳聚糖的粘度为5~15mPa·s,包覆采用喷雾干燥法,主要工艺参数是:负离子粉与羧化壳聚糖按照质量比1:1.5~2配比,喷雾干燥的进风口温度为150-180℃,喷雾干燥的出风口温度为80-100℃,喷雾干燥时间为20-30秒。
作为优选方案,根据本发明所述的一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其中,所述的低温等离子体处理为辉光放电,主要工艺参数有:气体介质Ar,功率为120-150W、压强为40-60Pa和处理时间为40-100秒。
发明人还提供了上述一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料
底料配方按重量份计为:PVA40-80份、去离子水20-30份、电气石负离子粉1份、羧化壳聚糖1.5-2份、纳米二氧化硅10-20份和超细碳酸钙5-10份,
(2)经喷雾干燥法制备羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球,
(3)将配方下的PVA和去离子水混合并加热(40-60℃)制成聚乙烯醇溶液,再加入步骤(2)制备的羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球、纳米二氧化硅和超细碳酸钙搅拌均匀,制成底料,
(4)对基布做低温等离子体处理,
(5)底料涂布在基布上(按照常规工艺),得到具有负离子缓释功能的画布。
作为优选方案,根据本发明所述的一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布的制作方法,其中,步骤(2)的主要工艺参数包括:电气石负离子粉粒径为1500-2500目,羧化壳聚糖的粘度为5~15mPa·s,电气石负离子粉与羧化壳聚糖按照质量比1:1.5~2配比,喷雾干燥的进风口温度为150-180℃,喷雾干燥的出风口温度为80-100℃,喷雾干燥时间为20-30秒。
作为优选方案,根据本发明所述的一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布的制作方法,其中,所述的低温等离子体处理为辉光放电,包括:将基布放入等离子体处理设备的处理腔中,随后抽真空使处理腔中的真空度小于10Pa,然后通入工作气体Ar,在功率为120-150W和压强为40-60Pa条件下对基布进行低温等离子体处理40-100秒。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、发明人研究发现,将电气石负离子粉用羧化壳聚糖包覆成微球后添加到底料中,可以缓慢释放负离子,比较长久发挥负离子的保健净化等功能;同时,经过低温等离子体处理后的画布,在粘合性、附着力等等方面有了大的改善和提高,可解决水性的涂料在画布附着力不够的问题。
2、现有技术的油画布由于吸收性的问题往往会导致绘画所使用的颜料与画布表面结合力比较差,干燥速度慢,造成使用不便;此外,由于油墨一般不溶于水,脏污很难清洗。而本发明因为添加了羧化壳聚糖,羧化壳聚糖由于其本身具有的特性,再结合等离子体处理对画布表面的改性可有效解决这些问题。
3、本发明底料配方合理,不存在现有技术常见的无机料添加过多造成的底胶与布基粘结牢度差,底胶吸油、渗油、透油,涂层起皮、掉粉等问题。
4、本发明采用低气压等离子处理,进行的只是物理处理,没有辐射,不影响周围的环境和人体健康,方法环保。
5、经检测,本发明负离子释放浓度可达1200个/cm3以上。且缓释效果明显,3-5年之内都能维持负离子浓度1000个/cm3以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,更具体地说明本发明的内容。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所有的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的。若无特别指明,实施例采用的方法为本领域通用技术。
实施例1
一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其组成包括基布以及涂布在基布上的底料层,所述的底料层的底料中添加有电气石负离子粉,且画布经过低温等离子体处理,按下述步骤制作而成:
(1)备料
底料配方按重量份计为:PVA400g、去离子水200g、电气石负离子粉10g、羧化壳聚糖15g、纳米二氧化硅100g和超细碳酸钙50g,
(2)经喷雾干燥法制备羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球,粒径在20-50微米之间,主要工艺参数为:电气石负离子粉粒径为1500-2500目,羧化壳聚糖的粘度为5~15mPa·s,电气石负离子粉与羧化壳聚糖按照质量比1:1.5配比,喷雾干燥的进风口温度为150-160℃,喷雾干燥的出风口温度为80-90℃,喷雾干燥时间为30秒,
(3)将配方下的PVA和去离子水混合并加热(95℃)制成聚乙烯醇溶液,再加入步骤(2)制备的羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球、配方下的纳米二氧化硅和超细碳酸钙搅拌均匀,制成底料,
(4)对基布做低温等离子体处理,过程为:
首先做70℃低温预烘,然后将基布放入等离子体处理设备的处理腔中,随后抽真空使处理腔中的真空度小于10Pa,然后通入工作气体Ar,在功率为150W和压强为60Pa条件下对基布进行低温等离子体处理40秒,
(5)底料涂布在基布上(按本领域常规工艺),得到具有负离子缓释功能的画布。
经测定,负离子释放浓度达1200个/cm3以上;3-5年之内都能维持负离子浓度1000个/cm3以上。
实施例2
一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其组成包括基布以及涂布在基布上的底料层,所述的底料层的底料中添加有电气石负离子粉,且画布经过低温等离子体处理,按下述步骤制作而成:
(1)备料
底料配方按重量份计为:PVA800g、去离子水300g、电气石负离子粉10g、羧化壳聚糖20g、纳米二氧化硅200g和超细碳酸钙100g,
(2)经喷雾干燥法制备羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球,粒径在20-50微米之间,主要工艺参数为:电气石负离子粉粒径为1500-2500目,羧化壳聚糖的粘度为5~15mPa·s,电气石负离子粉与羧化壳聚糖按照质量比1:2配比,喷雾干燥的进风口温度为165-180℃,喷雾干燥的出风口温度为90-100℃,喷雾干燥时间为20秒,
(3)将配方下的PVA和去离子水混合并加热(100℃)制成聚乙烯醇溶液,再加入步骤(2)制备的羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球、配方下的纳米二氧化硅和超细碳酸钙搅拌均匀,制成底料,
(4)对基布做低温等离子体处理,过程为:
首先做60℃低温预烘,然后将基布放入等离子体处理设备的处理腔中,随后抽真空使处理腔中的真空度小于10Pa,然后通入工作气体Ar,在功率为120W和压强为40Pa条件下对基布进行低温等离子体处理100秒,
(5)底料涂布在基布上(按本领域常规工艺),得到具有负离子缓释功能的画布。
经测定,负离子释放浓度达1400个/cm3以上;3-5年之内都能维持负离子浓度1000个/cm3以上。
实施例3
一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其组成包括基布以及涂布在基布上的底料层,所述的底料层的底料中添加有电气石负离子粉,且画布经过低温等离子体处理,按下述步骤制作而成:
(1)备料
底料配方按重量份计为:PVA500g、去离子水220g、电气石负离子粉10g、羧化壳聚糖20g、纳米二氧化硅150g和超细碳酸钙80g,
(2)经喷雾干燥法制备羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球,粒径在20-50微米之间,主要工艺参数为:电气石负离子粉粒径为1500-2500目,羧化壳聚糖的粘度为5~15mPa·s,电气石负离子粉与羧化壳聚糖按照质量比1:2配比,喷雾干燥的进风口温度为170-180℃,喷雾干燥的出风口温度为90-100℃,喷雾干燥时间为25秒,
(3)将配方下的PVA和去离子水混合并加热(95℃)制成聚乙烯醇溶液,再加入步骤(2)制备的羧化壳聚糖包覆电气石负离子粉微球、配方下的纳米二氧化硅和超细碳酸钙搅拌均匀,制成底料,
(4)对基布做低温等离子体处理,过程为:
首先做70℃低温预烘,然后将基布放入等离子体处理设备的处理腔中,随后抽真空使处理腔中的真空度小于10Pa,然后通入工作气体Ar,在功率为140W和压强为55Pa条件下对基布进行低温等离子体处理60秒,
(5)底料涂布在基布上(按本领域常规工艺),得到具有负离子缓释功能的画布。
经测定,负离子释放浓度达1300个/cm3以上;3-5年之内都能维持负离子浓度1000个/cm3以上。
比较例1
其他同实施例1,不同之处在于直接将电气石负离子粉添加到底料中,未做包覆处理。
经测定,负离子浓度达1500个/cm3,但是,负离子有效浓度只能持续数月,基本上五六个月以后,负离子浓度降至400-600个/cm3
比较例2
其他同实施例1,不同之处在于直接将电气石负离子粉添加到底料中,未做包覆处理和低温等离子体处理。
经测定,负离子浓度达1400个/cm3,但是,负离子有效浓度只能持续数月,基本上五六个月以后,负离子浓度降至400-600个/cm3。画布绘画所使用的颜料与画布表面结合力与实施例比较比较差且干燥速度慢。实施例与之比较,附着力提高10倍以上。

Claims (1)

1.一种具有负离子缓释功能的画布,其组成包括基布以及涂布在基布上的底料层,其特征在于,所述的底料层的底料中添加有电气石负离子粉,且画布先后经过60-70℃低温预烘、低温等离子体处理;所述的低温等离子体处理为辉光放电,主要工艺参数有:气体介质Ar,功率为120-150W、压强为40-60Pa和处理时间为40-100秒;
所述的底料配方按重量份计为:PVA40-80份、去离子水20-30份、电气石负离子粉1份、羧化壳聚糖1.5-2份、纳米二氧化硅10-20份和超细碳酸钙5-10份;所述的电气石负离子粉是经羧化壳聚糖包覆而成的微球,粒径在1500-2500目之间;羧化壳聚糖的粘度为5~15mPa·s,包覆采用喷雾干燥法,主要工艺参数是:负离子粉与羧化壳聚糖按照质量比1∶1.5~2配比,喷雾干燥的进风口温度为150-180℃,喷雾干燥的出风口温度为80-100℃,喷雾干燥时间为20-30秒。
