本发明涉及造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,健康的生活环境愈发被人们所重视。负离子对人的健康、长寿及生态的重大影响,已为国内外医学界专家通过临床实验所验证,它素有“空气维生素”之称。无数临床研究发现,负离子可以改善神经衰弱、失眠,通畅心脑血管,降低血液粘稠度,提高人体免疫力,对改善失眠、哮喘,缓解高血压、糖尿病等顽疾具有显著疗效。
壁纸是现在装饰中最为流行的一种软体装饰,因为它简单、方便的特性给家居生活带来更舒适、更自然的生活氛围。在装修后,不可避免会产生一定的有害气体,影响人体健康,市面上具有光催化作用的室内装饰材料已经广泛使用,但是普遍是将光催化材料镶嵌于粘结层中,这样与空气接触的光催化材料的量和接触面积有限,会影响光催化效果,进而降低了净化甲醛的实际效果,并且,这样生产出来的壁纸表面较硬,塑料质感强烈,廉价感强,无法满足人们的消费需求。
发明内容
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提供一种健康环保、能够持续释放负离子、净化室内空气、具有高档感的环保新型无污染负离子壁纸及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,包括基材层,所述基材层经浸泡处理表面形成预处理液层,所述预处理液层表面涂覆有发泡浆料层,所述发泡浆料层上涂布有负离子涂层,所述预处理液层以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯35-50份、粉末状海藻纤维4-6份、粉末状竹炭纤维2-4份、富马酸二甲酯0.8-1.6份、丙酸钙0.4-0.8份、淀粉0.5-1份、酯季铵盐1-3份、聚乙烯醇4-8份、水40-60份;所述发泡浆料层含有以下重量份的成分:PVC45-50份、柠檬酸三丁酯25-30份、填充剂18-22份、溶剂2-5份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.1-3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份、环氧大豆油1-3份;所述负离子涂层以重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸酯12-20份、聚丙烯酸1-3份、钙铝石粉末2-6份、铁镁电气石5-15份、蛭石粉10-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.6-1份和水50-80份。
优选的,所述负离子涂层表面还涂覆有表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液20-30重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.8-1重量份的混合液。

一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、选取无纺布为基材,将基材浸没在预先制备的预处理液中,取出并烘干后使基材表面涂覆形成预处理液层,所述预处理液以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯35-50份、粉末状海藻纤维4-6份、粉末状竹炭纤维2-4份、富马酸二甲酯0.8-1.6份、丙酸钙0.4-0.8份、淀粉0.5-1份、酯季铵盐1-3份、聚乙烯醇4-8份、水40-60份;
(2)、在预处理液层表面涂布发泡浆料层,然后在150~170℃温度下进行表面干燥之后再将温度升高至190~200℃,并施加1.5×105~5.2×105Pa的压力,然后烘干、收卷、常温熟化形成一层发泡浆料层,所述发泡浆料层含有以下重量份的成分:PVC45-50份、柠檬酸三丁酯25-30份、填充剂18-22份、溶剂2-5份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.1-3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份、环氧大豆油1-3份;
(3)、在发泡浆料层表面涂布负离子涂层,并烘干,所述负离子涂层以重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸酯12-20份、聚丙烯酸1-3份、钙铝石粉末2-6份、铁镁电气石5-15份、蛭石粉10-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.6-1份和水50-80份;
(4)、在所述负离子涂层表面涂覆表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液20-30重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.8-1重量份的混合液。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:通过对基材进行预先处理,采用健康环保的材料,使基材在处理后具备良好的吸湿透气、防霉性能,并且便于后续工艺处理;发泡浆料层均采用无毒环保的成分,绿色健康无污染,符合人们的使用需求;负离子涂层内含有蛭石粉、铁镁电气石、纳米二氧化钛,不仅能够进行光催化分解甲醛,而且还具备不需要外界能量即可激发永久释放较高浓度负离子的功能;通过表面涂层,使壁纸表面具有较强的颗粒、磨砂感,手感舒适、表面细腻,使壁纸具有一定的高档感,满足消费使用的需求。

一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,包括基材层,所述基材层经浸泡处理表面形成预处理液层,所述预处理液层表面涂覆有发泡浆料层,所述发泡浆料层上涂布有负离子涂层,所述预处理液层以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯35份、粉末状海藻纤维4份、粉末状竹炭纤维2份、富马酸二甲酯0.8份、丙酸钙0.4份、淀粉0.5份、酯季铵盐1份、聚乙烯醇4份、水40份;所述发泡浆料层含有以下重量份的成分:PVC45份、柠檬酸三丁酯25份、硅藻土18份、甲基异丁酮2份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.1份、十二烷基硫酸钠1份、环氧大豆油1份;所述负离子涂层以重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸酯12份、聚丙烯酸1份、钙铝石粉末2份、铁镁电气石5份、蛭石粉10份、纳米二氧化钛1份、三氧化二锑1份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.6份、海泡石粉4重量份和水50份。
所述负离子涂层表面还涂覆有表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液20重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.8重量份的混合液。
本实施例中所述的壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、选取无纺布为基材,将基材浸没在预先制备的预处理液中,取出并烘干后使基材表面涂覆形成预处理液层;
(2)、在预处理液层表面涂布发泡浆料层,然后在150℃温度下进行表面干燥之后再将温度升高至190℃,并施加1.5×105Pa的压力,然后烘干、收卷、常温熟化形成一层发泡浆料层;
(3)、在发泡浆料层表面涂布负离子涂层,并烘干;
(4)、在所述负离子涂层表面涂覆表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液以及微球膨胀剂的混合液。
实施例二
一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,包括基材层,所述基材层经浸泡处理表面形成预处理液层,所述预处理液层表面涂覆有发泡浆料层,所述发泡浆料层上涂布有负离子涂层,所述预处理液层以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯45份、粉末状海藻纤维5份、粉末状竹炭纤维3份、富马酸二甲酯1.2份、丙酸钙0.6份、淀粉0.8份、酯季铵盐2份、聚乙烯醇6份、水50份;所述发泡浆料层含有以下重量份的成分:PVC48份、柠檬酸三丁酯28份、滑石粉20份、甲苯3份、偶氮二甲酰胺1.8份、十二烷基硫酸钠1.5份、环氧大豆油2份;所述负离子涂层以重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸酯16份、聚丙烯酸12份、钙铝石粉末4份、铁镁电气石10份、蛭石粉15份、纳米二氧化钛1.5份、三氧化二锑1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.8份、海泡石粉6重量份和水65份。
所述负离子涂层表面还涂覆有表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液25重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.9重量份的混合液。
本实施例中所述的壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、选取无纺布为基材,将基材浸没在预先制备的预处理液中,取出并烘干后使基材表面涂覆形成预处理液层;
(2)、在预处理液层表面涂布发泡浆料层,然后在160℃温度下进行表面干燥之后再将温度升高至195℃,并施加3×105Pa的压力,然后烘干、收卷、常温熟化形成一层发泡浆料层;
(3)、在发泡浆料层表面涂布负离子涂层,并烘干;
(4)、在所述负离子涂层表面涂覆表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液25重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.9重量份的混合液。
实施例三
一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,包括基材层,所述基材层经浸泡处理表面形成预处理液层,所述预处理液层表面涂覆有发泡浆料层,所述发泡浆料层上涂布有负离子涂层,所述预处理液层以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯50份、粉末状海藻纤维6份、粉末状竹炭纤维4份、富马酸二甲酯1.6份、丙酸钙0.8份、淀粉1份、酯季铵盐3份、聚乙烯醇8份、水60份;所述发泡浆料层含有以下重量份的成分:PVC50份、柠檬酸三丁酯30份、玻璃粉22份、二甲苯5份、偶氮二甲酰胺3份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、环氧大豆油3份;所述负离子涂层以重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸酯20份、聚丙烯酸3份、钙铝石粉末6份、铁镁电气石15份、蛭石粉20份、纳米二氧化钛2份、三氧化二锑2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1份、海泡石粉10份和水80份。
所述负离子涂层表面还涂覆有表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液30重量份以及微球膨胀剂1重量份的混合液。
本实施例中所述的壁纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、选取无纺布为基材,将基材浸没在预先制备的预处理液中,取出并烘干后使基材表面涂覆形成预处理液层;
(2)、在预处理液层表面涂布发泡浆料层,然后在170℃温度下进行表面干燥之后再将温度升高至200℃,并施加5.2×105Pa的压力,然后烘干、收卷、常温熟化形成一层发泡浆料层;
(3)、在发泡浆料层表面涂布负离子涂层,并烘干;
(4)、在所述负离子涂层表面涂覆表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液30重量份以及微球膨胀剂1重量份的混合液。
其中,本发明中所述预处理液层的各原料组分在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:聚丙烯35-50份、粉末状海藻纤维4-6份、粉末状竹炭纤维2-4份、富马酸二甲酯0.8-1.6份、丙酸钙0.4-0.8份、淀粉0.5-1份、酯季铵盐1-3份、聚乙烯醇4-8份、水40-60份;所述发泡浆料层的各原料组分在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明目的:PVC45-50份、柠檬酸三丁酯25-30份、填充剂18-22份、溶剂2-5份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.1-3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份、环氧大豆油1-3份;所述负离子涂层的各原料组分在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明目的:聚丙烯酸酯12-20份、聚丙烯酸1-3份、钙铝石粉末2-6份、铁镁电气石5-15份、蛭石粉10-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.6-1份、4-10重量份的海泡石粉和水50-80份;所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液20-30重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.8-1重量份的混合液,均可实现本发明的目的。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,其特征在于,包括基材层,所述基材层经浸泡处理表面形成预处理液层,所述预处理液层表面涂覆有发泡浆料层,所述发泡浆料层上涂布有负离子涂层,所述预处理液层以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯35-50份、粉末状海藻纤维4-6份、粉末状竹炭纤维2-4份、富马酸二甲酯0.8-1.6份、丙酸钙0.4-0.8份、淀粉0.5-1份、酯季铵盐1-3份、聚乙烯醇4-8份、水40-60份;所述发泡浆料层含有以下重量份的成分:PVC45-50份、柠檬酸三丁酯25-30份、填充剂18-22份、溶剂2-5份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.1-3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份、环氧大豆油1-3份;所述负离子涂层以重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸酯12-20份、聚丙烯酸1-3份、钙铝石粉末2-6份、铁镁电气石5-15份、蛭石粉10-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.6-1份和水50-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,其特征在于:所述负离子涂层表面还涂覆有表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液20-30重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.8-1重量份的混合液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,其特征在于:所述负离子涂层还包括4-10重量份的海泡石粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,其特征在于:所述填充剂为硅藻土、滑石粉、玻璃粉中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,其特征在于:所述溶剂为甲基异丁酮、甲苯、二甲苯中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项权利要求所述的环保新型无污染负离子壁纸,其特征在于,所述预处理液层以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯40份、粉末状海藻纤维6份、粉末状竹炭纤维4份、富马酸二甲酯1.6份、丙酸钙0.8份、淀粉1份、酯季铵盐2份、聚乙烯醇8份、水60份。
7.一种环保新型无污染负离子壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)、选取无纺布为基材,将基材浸没在预先制备的预处理液中,取出并烘干后使基材表面涂覆形成预处理液层,所述预处理液以重量份计,含有以下组分:聚丙烯35-50份、粉末状海藻纤维4-6份、粉末状竹炭纤维2-4份、富马酸二甲酯0.8-1.6份、丙酸钙0.4-0.8份、淀粉0.5-1份、酯季铵盐1-3份、聚乙烯醇4-8份、水40-60份;
(2)、在预处理液层表面涂布发泡浆料层,然后在150~170℃温度下进行表面干燥之后再将温度升高至190~200℃,并施加1.5×105~5.2×105Pa的压力,然后烘干、收卷、常温熟化形成一层发泡浆料层,所述发泡浆料层含有以下重量份的成分:PVC45-50份、柠檬酸三丁酯25-30份、填充剂18-22份、溶剂2-5份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.1-3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份、环氧大豆油1-3份;
(3)、在发泡浆料层表面涂布负离子涂层,并烘干,所述负离子涂层以重量份计,包括以下组分:聚丙烯酸酯12-20份、聚丙烯酸1-3份、钙铝石粉末2-6份、铁镁电气石5-15份、蛭石粉10-20份、纳米二氧化钛1-2份、三氧化二锑1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.6-1份和水50-80份;
(4)、在所述负离子涂层表面涂覆表面涂层,所述表面涂层包括水性丙烯酸乳液20-30重量份以及微球膨胀剂0.8-1重量份的混合液。
