本发明涉及一种环保型硅藻泥壁布,以丝绒纤维织物、玻璃纤维织物、无纺布织物为基材,经过配方的硅藻泥印花、烘干、喷涂塑型、后处理制备获得成品环保型壁布。本发明硅藻泥壁布具有高强度、透气性好、耐老化、无毒防霉、纵横向强力差异小、手感舒适、使用寿命长等优点,很好的将硅藻泥的环保特性和普通壁纸易施工、花色图案丰富的特点结合起来,制备出一种具有消除甲醛、净化空气、调节湿度、释放负氧离子、防火阻燃、墙面自洁、杀菌除臭等特性的环保型硅藻泥壁纸。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰装潢材料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型硅藻泥壁布及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,以及生活水平的不断提高,人们对居住环境的要求越来越高,环保意识越来越强,硅藻泥作为一种天然环保的材料,近年来在室内装饰领域的应用越来越广泛,硅藻泥既可以调节室内湿度,增加居住的舒适度,自身不含有害物质,还可以吸附甲醛等有害物质,保障人们的身体健康,迅速的被广大消费者所接纳。
目前硅藻泥在室内装饰中采取的是直接在墙体上施工,表面的平滑度大打折扣,对于花色挑选有很大的局限性,整体效果不尽人意,而且成本较高,还不易于重新更换施工。而当前市场上的单纯壁纸,成本较低易于施工,但却没有硅藻泥独特的特性。现有的壁纸大多以纸作为基层,在纸基层上印制带有图案和色彩的装饰层,这类壁纸易变形,且防潮性能差,不环保,易挥发甲醛等有害物质。因此急需开发一种硅藻泥壁布,既环保,又施工方便,同时兼具壁纸的图案和色彩,满足人们对居室美观性的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型硅藻泥壁布及其制备工艺,用以解决现有硅藻泥直接施工整体效果差、花色挑选局限、施工成本高以及普通壁纸不环保的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明以丝绒纤维织物、玻璃纤维织物、无纺布织物为基材,经过硅藻泥印花、烘干、喷涂塑型制备获得一种环保型壁布。具体地,该发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种环保型硅藻泥壁布,所述壁布是以丝绒纤维织物、玻璃纤维织物、无纺布织物为基材,经过硅藻泥印花、烘干、喷涂塑型制备获得;
进一步地,所述丝绒纤维织物、玻璃纤维织物、无纺布织物符合B1阻燃标准GB8624-2006的要求,面密度为120~200g/m2
进一步地,所述硅藻泥按重量份数组成为:硅藻土25~40份、高岭土20~25份、丙烯酸类分散剂1~5份、熟石膏15~20份、钛白粉15~20份、硅酸镁铝0.5~2份、黄原胶粉5~8份、纯净水30~50份;
进一步地,所述硅藻泥还包括5~10份纳米竹炭粉;
进一步地,所述硅藻土为二级硅藻土。
一种环保型硅藻泥壁布的制备工艺,所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)印花:将下列原料按重量份配制膏状硅藻泥:硅藻土25~40份、高岭土20~25份、丙烯酸类分散剂1~5份、熟石膏15~20份、钛白粉15~20份、硅酸镁铝0.5~2份、黄原胶粉5~8份、纯净水30~50份。使用配制好的膏状硅藻泥,经过台版式印花机对基材进行印花;
(2)烘干:将步骤(1)所得基材进行热烘干;
(3)喷涂塑型:在步骤(1)所配制的膏状硅藻泥中加入纯净水配制成液状硅藻泥,使用无气喷涂机将调制好的液状硅藻泥在步骤(2)所得烘干后的基材印花面上喷涂一层液状硅藻泥层;
(4)后处理:将步骤(3)所得壁布自然风干后,再进行分切、检验、包装制得成品壁布;
进一步地,所述步骤(2)的烘干温度为50~70℃;
进一步地,所述步骤(3)无气喷涂机的压力为10~15MPa;
进一步地,所述步骤(3)喷涂的硅藻泥层的厚度为0.2~0.5mm;
进一步地,所述步骤(3)调制液状硅藻泥时,加入颜料。
本发明方法具有如下优点:
1、本发明以丝绒纤维织物、玻璃纤维织物、无纺布织物为基材,具有高强度、透气性好、耐老化、无毒防霉、纵横向强力差异小、手感舒适、使用寿命长等优点;
2、本发明通过在基材上进行硅藻泥印花、喷涂塑形,克服了硅藻泥在墙体上直接施工的难度以及施工后整体效果差、花色挑选局限、施工成本高等问题,同时克服了普通壁纸不环保的问题,很好的将硅藻泥的环保特性和普通壁纸易施工、花色图案丰富的特点结合起来,制备出一种环保的硅藻泥壁纸;
3、本发明以硅藻土为主要原材料的室内装饰壁材,硅藻泥的孔隙率非常高,吸收能力强,整个房间使用硅藻泥可以消除甲醛、净化空气、调节湿度、释放负氧离子、防火阻燃、墙面自洁、杀菌除臭。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种环保型硅藻泥壁布
配方:
基材:符合B1阻燃标准GB8624-2006的要求,面密度为120g/m2丝绒纤维织物;
硅藻泥(按重量份数组成):二级硅藻土25份、高岭土20份、丙烯酸类分散剂1份、熟石膏15份、钛白粉15份、硅酸镁铝0.5份、黄原胶粉5份、纯净水30份。
制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)印花:用按上述配方调制好的膏状硅藻泥,经过台版式印花机对丝绒纤维织物进行印花;
(2)烘干:将步骤(1)所得丝绒纤维织物在50℃条件下进行热烘干;
(3)喷涂塑型:在步骤(1)所配制的膏状硅藻泥中加入纯净水、颜料配制成液状硅藻泥,使用无气喷涂机将调制好的液状硅藻泥在步骤(2)所得烘干后的丝绒纤维织物印花面上喷涂一层液状硅藻泥层,喷涂机的压力为10MPa,喷涂的硅藻泥层的厚度为0.2mm;
(4)后处理:将步骤(3)所得丝绒纤维织物壁布自然风干后,再进行分切、检验、包装制得成品丝绒纤维织物的硅藻泥壁布;
实施例2
一种环保型硅藻泥壁布
配方:
基材:符合B1阻燃标准GB8624-2006的要求,面密度为150g/m2玻璃纤维织物;
硅藻泥(按重量份数组成):二级硅藻土40份、高岭土25份、丙烯酸类分散剂5份、熟石膏20份、钛白粉20份、硅酸镁铝2份、黄原胶粉8份、纯净水50份。
制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)印花:用按上述配方调制好的膏状硅藻泥,经过台版式印花机对玻璃纤维织物进行印花;
(2)烘干:将步骤(1)所得玻璃纤维织物在70℃条件下进行热烘干;
(3)喷涂塑型:在步骤(1)所配制的膏状硅藻泥中加入纯净水、颜料配制成液状硅藻泥,使用无气喷涂机将调制好的液状硅藻泥在步骤(2)所得烘干后的玻璃纤维织物印花面上喷涂一层液状硅藻泥层,喷涂机的压力为15MPa,喷涂的硅藻泥层的厚度为0.5mm;
(4)后处理:将步骤(3)所得玻璃纤维织物壁布自然风干后,再进行分切、检验、包装制得成品玻璃纤维织物的硅藻泥壁布。
实施例3
一种环保型硅藻泥壁布
配方:
基材:符合B1阻燃标准GB8624-2006的要求,面密度为200g/m2无纺布织物;
硅藻泥(按重量份数组成):二级硅藻土30份、高岭土25份、丙烯酸类分散剂3份、熟石膏20份、钛白粉15份、硅酸镁铝1份、黄原胶粉5份、纯净水40份。
制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)印花:用按上述配方调制好的膏状硅藻泥,经过台版式印花机对无纺布织物进行印花;
(2)烘干:将步骤(1)所得无纺布织物在60℃条件下进行热烘干;
(3)喷涂塑型:在步骤(1)所配制的膏状硅藻泥中加入纯净水、颜料配制成液状硅藻泥,使用无气喷涂机将调制好的液状硅藻泥在步骤(2)所得烘干后的无纺布织物印花面上喷涂一层液状硅藻泥层,喷涂机的压力为13MPa,喷涂的硅藻泥层的厚度为0.4mm;
(4)后处理:将步骤(3)所得无纺布织物壁布自然风干后,再进行分切、检验、包装制得成品无纺布织物的硅藻泥壁布。
实施例4
一种环保型硅藻泥壁布
配方:
基材:符合B1阻燃标准GB8624-2006的要求,面密度为180g/m2的无纺布织物;
硅藻泥(按重量份数组成):二级硅藻土30份、高岭土20份、丙烯酸类分散剂4份、熟石膏18份、钛白粉16份、硅酸镁铝1.5份、黄原胶粉6份、纯净水45份、10份纳米竹炭粉。
制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)印花:用按上述配方调制好的膏状硅藻泥,经过台版式印花机对无纺布织物进行印花;
(2)烘干:将步骤(1)所得无纺布织物在65℃条件下进行热烘干;
(3)喷涂塑型:在步骤(1)所配制的膏状硅藻泥中加入纯净水、颜料配制成液状硅藻泥,使用无气喷涂机将调制好的液状硅藻泥在步骤(2)所得烘干后的无纺布织物印花面上喷涂一层液状硅藻泥层,喷涂机的压力为11MPa,喷涂的硅藻泥层的厚度为0.35mm;
(4)后处理:将步骤(3)所得无纺布织物壁布自然风干后,再进行分切、检验、包装制得成品无纺布织物的硅藻泥壁布。
实施例5
一种环保型硅藻泥壁布
配方:
基材:符合B1阻燃标准GB8624-2006的要求,面密度为155g/m2丝绒纤维织物;
硅藻泥(按重量份数组成):二级硅藻土35份、高岭土20份、丙烯酸类分散剂4份、熟石膏15份、钛白粉20份、硅酸镁铝1.2份、黄原胶粉6.5份、纯净水35份、5份纳米竹炭粉。
制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)印花:用按上述配方调制好的膏状硅藻泥,经过台版式印花机对丝绒纤维织物进行印花;
(2)烘干:将步骤(1)所得丝绒纤维织物在55℃条件下进行热烘干;
(3)喷涂塑型:用在步骤(1)所配制的膏状硅藻泥中加入纯净水、颜料配制成液状硅藻泥,使用无气喷涂机将调制好的液状硅藻泥在步骤(2)所得烘干后的丝绒纤维织物印花面上喷涂一层液状硅藻泥层,喷涂机的压力为12.5MPa,喷涂的硅藻泥层的厚度为0.4mm;
(4)后处理:将步骤(3)所得丝绒纤维织物壁布自然风干后,再进行分切、检验、包装制得成品丝绒纤维织物的硅藻泥壁布。

3.根据权利要求1所述的硅藻泥壁布,其特征在于:所述硅藻泥按重量份数组成为:硅藻土25~40份、高岭土20~25份、丙烯酸类分散剂1~5份、熟石膏15~20份、钛白粉15~20份、硅酸镁铝0.5~2份、黄原胶粉5~8份、纯净水30~50份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硅藻泥壁布,其特征在于:所述硅藻泥还包括5~10份纳米竹炭粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的硅藻泥壁布,其特征在于:所述硅藻土为二级硅藻土。
6.一种环保型硅藻泥壁布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)印花:将下列原料按重量份配制膏状硅藻泥:硅藻土25~40份、高岭土20~25份、丙烯酸类分散剂1~5份、熟石膏15~20份、钛白粉15~20份、硅酸镁铝0.5~2份、黄原胶粉5~8份、纯净水30~50份。使用配制好的膏状硅藻泥,经过台版式印花机对基材进行印花;
(2)烘干:将步骤(1)所得基材进行热烘干;
(3)喷涂塑型:在步骤(1)所配制的膏状硅藻泥中加入纯净水配制成液状硅藻泥,使用无气喷涂机将调制好的液状硅藻泥在步骤(2)所得烘干后的基材印花面上喷涂一层液状硅藻泥层;
(4)后处理:将步骤(3)所得壁布自然风干后,再进行分切、检验、包装制得成品壁布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的烘干温度为50~70℃。
