技术领域
本发明涉及一种负离子浸胶纸,适用环保装饰技术领域。
背景技术
负离子对人的健康、长寿及生态的重大影响,已为国内外医学界专家通过临床实践所验证。当代科学揭开了生物电的奥秘,生物体的每一个细胞就是一个微电池,细胞膜内外有50-90mv的电位差,如果“细胞电池”得不到充分的电荷补充,机体的电过程就难于继续维持,因而影响到机体的正常活动,产生老化和早衰。
负离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活动,因此它又被称为"空气维生素",认为它像食物的维生素一样,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响,如雷雨过后,空气的负离子增多,人们感到心情舒畅。而在空调房间,因空气中负离子经过一系列空调净化处理和漫长通风管道后几乎全部消失,人们在其中长期停留会感到胸闷、头晕、乏力、工作效率和健康状况下降,被称之为“空调综合症”。在医学界,负离子被确认是具有杀灭病菌及净化空气的有效手段。其机理主要在于负离子与细菌结合后,使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡,最终降沉于地面。医学研究表明,空气中带负电的微粒使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,具有促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡的作用。据考证,负离子对人体7个系统,近30多种疾病具有抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的保健作用更为明显。

本发明的目的在于提供一种负离子浸胶纸,以便更好地改善其使用效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下。
一种负离子浸胶纸,包括如下步骤和工艺条件:
(1)制备负离子胶水:将12~20份聚丙烯酸酯、1~3份甲醛去除剂、5~15份铁镁电气石、2~6份七氧化四铽、2~6份纳米二氧化钛、防腐剂1~5份、阻燃剂5~15份和50~80份水,混合搅拌均匀,制得负离子胶水;
(2)将上述负离子胶水用以浸泡装饰纸,干燥处理即可。
该发明的有益效果在于:该发明产品具有较好的清洁环境效果,且具有阻燃防护效果,使用效果好,便于制备获得性能比较好的产品,使用方便,效果好。
