背景技术
传统家具框架的制作通常根据木材的顺纹理的途径进行切削，再经过开 槽、榫接或外置金属连接杆的方法制作出框架结构，然后进行组合而成的一种 传统制作工艺。所述传统制作工艺由于工艺自身的局限性，使得所制作出的家 具式样受到限制，满足不了人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种家具 框架制作方法，它制作简便、结构新颖。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种家具框架制作方法，包括以下步骤，
(1)把板料解成条料；
(2)对条料进行打磨，修边；
(3)浸泡，将条料放入水中浸泡；
(4)干燥，将浸泡后的的条料进行干燥，
(5)干燥后将上述条料进行角度切削，切削角度为0-45度；
(6)切割后，对条料表面涂覆防腐涂层；
(7)将涂覆防腐涂层的条料进行自然风干，然后进行钻孔，打磨。
作为优选，对框架成品表面进行覆膜。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明既节省木材，又使其具有较高的强度，而 且还可以为任意形状，同时结构更加强固，既保证了外观的丰富性。

(6)切割后，对条料表面涂覆防腐涂层；
