Abstract
本发明公开了一种绒面超细纤维合成革的液体染料快速染色法,包括如下步骤:(1)将减量后的超细纤维合成革基布,浸入到处理液中,浸轧;处理液包括如下重量份数的组分:液体染料1份,乳化剂0.2‑1份,分散剂0.25‑0.5份,渗透剂0.2‑0.5份,去离子水50‑100份,液体染料为1:2金属络合染料与酒精或丁酯混合溶液。本发明的处理液为渗透性很强的水溶性染料溶液,能够快速渗透到基布内,可采用常温浸轧的方法染色,染色得到的超纤革有较高的干湿擦牢度和泡水牢度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及合成革技术领域,特别涉及染色方法。
背景技术
天然皮革资源有限,生产过程会产生较大的污染,具有优良性能的仿真合成革的开发成为人类的追求。超细纤维合成革是由超细纤维和聚氨酯构成的复合材料,无论从内部微观结构,还是外观质感及人们穿着舒适性都可以做到酷似真皮的效果。我国超细纤维合成革产业的发展只有几十年的历程,在最近几年得到了迅猛发展,但是仍然有一些关键的技术尚未彻底突破,成为超细纤维合成革发展的严重障碍,其中,超纤纤维合成革的染色技术就是其尚未突破的瓶颈技术之一。
在超细纤维合成革技术领域,对于绒面超细纤维合成革的染色来说,主要用高温高压染色机进行的单组分染料或多组分染料染色法,由于超纤革中的PA6和PU组份结构和性能差异很大,对染料的吸收能力不同,导致这种方法染色时间长、革表观不均匀、染色牢度不好、不耐水洗、染料吸收率较低、染色废水处理困难。这些问题给企业带来了极大的压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绒面超细纤维合成革的液体染料快速染色法,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
本发明的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将减量后的超细纤维合成革基布,浸入到处理液中,浸轧,浸轧后,超纤革的带液率为50%~70%;
所述的处理液包括如下重量份数的组分:
制备方法如下:
将液体染料倒入干燥的乳化机中,然后依次加入乳化剂、分散剂,充分搅拌;再加入渗透剂,继续搅拌;最后加入去离子水,搅拌至混合均匀,过滤,即可得到所述的处理液;
(2)然后将步骤(1)的产物在110~130℃下烘干处理10~15min,然后进行冷却、收卷。所述的浸轧、冷却、收卷等工序为公知的方法,可参见文献:曲建波.合成革材料与工艺学[M].北京:化学工业出版社,2015.记载的方法。
所述液体染料为1:2(重量)金属络合染料与酒精或丁酯等溶剂的混合溶液,如杭州迈昂进出口有限公司的液体染料红玉PB、液体染料黄PR、液体染料宝蓝PR、液体染料黑PR中的一种或多种的混合物溶液;
所述的乳化剂为阴离子或非离子的表面活性剂原液,如硫酸化蓖麻油、平平加O-25、平平加O-20中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的分散剂为萘系磺酸甲醛缩合物或木质素硫酸盐原液,如分散剂MF、分散剂NNO、分散剂CS中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的渗透剂为非离子或阴离子表面活性剂,如渗透剂JFC、渗透剂T中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明与现有的技术相比有以下的特点和优势:
其一、本发明先将油溶性液体染料进行乳化,再加入分散剂和渗透剂。在乳化和分散的双重作用下,得到渗透性很强的水溶性染料溶液,该染料溶液能在较短的时间内完全渗透到基布中;并且染料的渗透速度,可以通过控制液体染料的乳化和渗透程度来实现。
其二、采用后整理常用的连续式浸轧设备进行染色。由于水性染料水与基布有很好的亲和作用,能够快速渗透到基布内,所以可以采用常温浸轧的方法染色。这种染色方法简单,省时省工,染料吸收率高、染色废水排放少,符合可持续发展理念。
其三、油性液体染料有亲油疏水的趋向,其染色得到的超纤革有较高的干湿擦牢度和泡水牢度。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明并不只限于这些例子。
实施例1
以重量份数计,将1份的液体染料红玉PB倒入干燥的乳化机中,加入0.2份硫酸化蓖麻油、0.5份分散剂MF后搅拌均匀;再加入0.5份渗透剂JRC,继续搅拌;最后加入50份去离子水,搅拌直至乳化均匀,得到染料水处理液。将过滤后的染料水处理液装入连续式浸轧槽中,通过1浸1轧,控制基布带液率为55%;在130℃的条件下烘干处理10min,然后进行冷却、收卷,即可得到染色超细纤维合成革。
实施例2
以重量份数计,将1份的液体染料宝蓝PR倒入干燥的乳化机中,加入0.4份平平加O-25、0.25份分散剂NNO后搅拌均匀;再加入0.3份渗透剂T,继续搅拌;最后加入80份去离子水,搅拌直至乳化均匀,得到染料水处理液。将过滤后的染料水处理液装入连续式浸轧槽中,通过1浸1轧,控制基布带液率为60%;在120℃的条件下烘干处理15min,然后进行冷却、收卷,即可得到染色超细纤维合成革。
实施例3
以重量份数计,将1份的液体染料黑PR倒入干燥的乳化机中,加入1份硫酸化蓖麻油、0.25份分散剂CS后搅拌均匀;再加入0.2份渗透剂JRC,继续搅拌;最后加入100份去离子水,搅拌直至乳化均匀,得到染料水处理液。将过滤后的染料水处理液装入连续式浸轧槽中,通过1浸1轧,控制基布带液率为65%;在110℃的条件下烘干处理12min,然后进行冷却、收卷,即可得到染色超细纤维合成革。
实施例4
以重量份数计,将1份的液体染料黄PR倒入干燥的乳化机中,加入0.6份平平加O-20、0.4份分散剂MF后搅拌均匀;再加入0.5份渗透剂T,继续搅拌;最后加入70份去离子水,搅拌直至乳化均匀,得到染料水处理液。将过滤后的染料水处理液装入连续式浸轧槽中,通过1浸1轧,控制基布带液率为58%;在125℃的条件下烘干处理10min,然后进行冷却、收卷,即可得到染色超细纤维合成革。
采用AATCC 8标准进行检测干湿擦牢度;
采用企业标准进行检测泡水牢度,具体方法为:将2g超纤革放入100g蒸馏水中,25℃下放置30min,取出超纤后,判定蒸馏水沾色程度。
5级—基本没有沾色
4.5级—等同于AATCC沾色灰卡4-5级
4级-等同于AATCC沾色灰卡4级
3.5级-等同于AATCC沾色灰卡3-4级
3级-等同于AATCC沾色灰卡3级
2.5级-等同于AATCC沾色灰卡2-3级
2级-等同于AATCC沾色灰卡2级
1.5级-等同于AATCC沾色灰卡1-2级

本发明实施例中所制得的超纤绒面革手感柔软、颜色均匀、干湿擦牢度和泡水牢度高,且染色方法简单,省时省工,染色废水排放少,符合可持续发展理念。
Claims (3)
1.绒面超细纤维合成革的液体染料快速染色法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将减量后的超细纤维合成革基布,浸入到处理液中,浸轧;
所述的处理液包括如下重量份数的组分:
所述液体染料为重量比为1:2的金属络合染料与酒精或丁酯混合溶液;
(2)然后将步骤(1)的产物烘干,冷却、收卷,即可获得所述的染色后的绒面超细纤维合成革;
步骤(1)中,浸轧后,超纤革的带液率为50%~70%;
所述的乳化剂为硫酸化蓖麻油、平平加O-25、平平加O-20中的一种或多种的混合物;
所述的分散剂为萘系磺酸甲醛缩合物或木质素硫酸盐原液;
所述的渗透剂为渗透剂JFC、渗透剂T中的一种或两种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,将步骤(1)的产物在110~130℃下烘干处理10~15min。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的处理液的制备方法如下:将液体染料倒入干燥的乳化机中,然后依次加入乳化剂、分散剂,充分搅拌;再加入渗透剂,继续搅拌;最后加入去离子水,搅拌至混合均匀,过滤,即可得到所述的处理液。
