背景技术
热升华转印是一种无水印染工艺,具有较高的环保效应,对目前国家倡导的高能耗行业节能减排改造工程具有重要价值,目前已成为研究热点。热升华转印的原理是在高温下(通常为220℃以上),热升华转印介质上的分散染料升华至化纤面料上并直接被面料纤维固定,印染好的化纤面料可以免水洗。可以认为,热升华转印工艺,尤其是数码热升华转印工艺,是一种高度环保并且实用可靠的工艺,有希望替代传统印染工艺。
由于升华转移印刷过程需要加热到较高的温度,因此对布料选择产生了一定的限制,分散染料与涤纶等合成纤维织物结合牢度好,热升华水性凹版印花油墨适用于涤纶、尼龙、三醋酯纤维及混纺织物的印花,不适用于天然纤维织物;热升华水性凹版印花油墨需在150~250℃受热,升华转移到纺织布料上,高温转移时油墨的连接料必须具备一定的耐热性,以避免转移纸和布料在转印过程中发生粘连现象。目前国内外对于热升华转移印染油墨及其制备方法较少。

A、将分散染料浆料、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、活性剂、增稠剂、中和剂、水溶性分散树脂液、醇及醇醚、松浆油脂肪酸、多糖衍生物、缓蚀剂、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂、防腐剂、木质素磺酸钠、消泡剂、纤维素、二氧化钛、高岭土、碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛粉末、超细氧化锡锑粉末和去离子水加入研磨机中进行研磨,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂以及噻吩水分散液,混合后加入机械搅拌釜中搅拌,机械搅拌釜转速为3000转/分,搅拌时间为15min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B放入烘箱中恒温10min,烘箱温度为40℃,取出冷却后即得到油墨。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备工艺简单,制得油墨具有良好的耐磨性、抗氧化性、耐水性和附着能力;
(2)本发明中增加有防腐蚀剂,能够使油墨具有良好的防腐蚀性;
(3)本发明中添加有一定比例的纳米二氧化钛粉末和超细氧化锡锑粉末,能够使油墨更加均匀,进一步提高了转印质量;
(4)本发明添加的双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂以及噻吩水分散液,能够调节油墨的PH,同时还能够防止打印过程中,涂层阻塞喷嘴,影响转印效果。

于本实施例中,所述多糖衍生物包括:聚葡萄糖、葡聚糖、阿拉伯胶、琼脂、糖元、透明质酸。
于本实施例中,所述乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,由单体和助剂组成。
实现所述的热升华印花油墨,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将分散染料浆料、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、活性剂、增稠剂、中和剂、水溶性分散树脂液、醇及醇醚、松浆油脂肪酸、多糖衍生物、缓蚀剂、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂、防腐剂、木质素磺酸钠、消泡剂、纤维素、二氧化钛、高岭土、碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛粉末、超细氧化锡锑粉末和去离子水加入研磨机中进行研磨,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂以及噻吩水分散液,混合后加入机械搅拌釜中搅拌,机械搅拌釜转速为3000转/分,搅拌时间为15min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B放入烘箱中恒温10min,烘箱温度为40℃,取出冷却后即得到油墨。
实施例三:
于本实施例中,采用的成分配比为:分散染料浆料10份、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液10份、活性剂7份、增稠剂8份、中和剂3份、水溶性分散树脂液10份、醇及醇醚5份、松浆油脂肪酸2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份、多糖衍生物2份、缓蚀剂2份、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂5份、防腐剂5份、木质素磺酸钠3份、消泡剂7份、纤维素3份、二氧化钛2份、高岭土2份、碳酸钙1份、纳米二氧化钛粉末5份、超细氧化锡锑粉末3份、海藻酸钠2份、酚醛树脂3份、去离子水8份、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂4份以及噻吩水分散液2份。

B、在混合物A中加入聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂以及噻吩水分散液,混合后加入机械搅拌釜中搅拌,机械搅拌釜转速为3000转/分,搅拌时间为15min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B放入烘箱中恒温10min,烘箱温度为40℃,取出冷却后即得到油墨。
实施例四:
于本实施例中,采用的成分配比为:分散染料浆料30份、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液2份、活性剂5份、增稠剂3份、中和剂3份、水溶性分散树脂液5份、醇及醇醚5份、松浆油脂肪酸2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份、多糖衍生物2份、缓蚀剂3份、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂3份、防腐剂2份、木质素磺酸钠3份、消泡剂4份、纤维素3份、二氧化钛2份、高岭土2份、碳酸钙1份、纳米二氧化钛粉末5份、超细氧化锡锑粉末3份、海藻酸钠2份、酚醛树脂3份、去离子水10份、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂5份以及噻吩水分散液3份。

A、将分散染料浆料、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、活性剂、增稠剂、中和剂、水溶性分散树脂液、醇及醇醚、松浆油脂肪酸、多糖衍生物、缓蚀剂、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂、防腐剂、木质素磺酸钠、消泡剂、纤维素、二氧化钛、高岭土、碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛粉末、超细氧化锡锑粉末和去离子水加入研磨机中进行研磨,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂以及噻吩水分散液,混合后加入机械搅拌釜中搅拌,机械搅拌釜转速为3000转/分,搅拌时间为15min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B放入烘箱中恒温10min,烘箱温度为40℃,取出冷却后即得到油墨。
本发明制备工艺简单,制得油墨具有良好的防腐性、耐磨性、抗氧化性、耐水性和附着能力;本发明中添加防腐蚀剂,能使油墨具有良好的防腐蚀性,此外,本发明中添加有一定比例的纳米二氧化钛粉末和超细氧化锡锑粉末,能够使涂层更加均匀,还能提高油墨的抗静电能力,提高了转印质量;本发明添加的双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂以及噻吩水分散液,能够调节油墨的PH,同时还能够防止打印过程中,油墨阻塞喷嘴,影响转印效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种热升华印花油墨,其特征在于:包括分散染料浆料5-30份、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液2-20份、活性剂2-15份、增稠剂1-15份、中和剂1-10份、水溶性分散树脂液5-20份、醇及醇醚5-20份、松浆油脂肪酸2-15份、聚丙烯酰胺1-15份、多糖衍生物1-10份、缓蚀剂1-15份、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂1-10份、防腐剂2-10份、木质素磺酸钠1-10份、消泡剂1-10份、纤维素1-15份、二氧化钛1-15份、高岭土1-15份、碳酸钙1-15份、纳米二氧化钛粉末4-10份、超细氧化锡锑粉末1-15份、海藻酸钠2-20份、酚醛树脂2-8份、去离子水1-20份、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂4-8份以及噻吩水分散液1-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热升华印花油墨,其特征在于:所述多糖衍生物包括:聚葡萄糖、葡聚糖、阿拉伯胶、琼脂、糖元、透明质酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热升华印花油墨,其特征在于:所述乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,由单体和助剂组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热升华印花油墨,其特征在于:优选的成分配比为:分散染料浆料15份、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液5份、活性剂7份、增稠剂3份、中和剂3份、水溶性分散树脂液5份、醇及醇醚5份、松浆油脂肪酸2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份、多糖衍生物2份、缓蚀剂2份、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂3份、防腐剂2份、木质素磺酸钠3份、消泡剂4份、纤维素3份、二氧化钛2份、高岭土2份、碳酸钙1份、纳米二氧化钛粉末5份、超细氧化锡锑粉末3份、海藻酸钠2份、酚醛树脂3份、去离子水8份、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂4份以及噻吩水分散液2份。
5.实现权利要求1所述的热升华印花油墨,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将分散染料浆料、乙烯酰胺-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、活性剂、增稠剂、中和剂、水溶性分散树脂液、醇及醇醚、松浆油脂肪酸、多糖衍生物、缓蚀剂、苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂、防腐剂、木质素磺酸钠、消泡剂、纤维素、二氧化钛、高岭土、碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛粉末、超细氧化锡锑粉末和去离子水加入研磨机中进行研磨,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、酚醛树脂、双咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂以及噻吩水分散液,混合后加入机械搅拌釜中搅拌,机械搅拌釜转速为3000转/分,搅拌时间为15min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B放入烘箱中恒温10min,烘箱温度为40℃,取出冷却后即得到油墨。
