Abstract

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,特别涉及一种沙发面料。本发明的一种耐划擦沙发面料,包括经纱和纬纱交织而成的基布层,所述经纱由海岛纤维和金属纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱由涤纶纤维和凯夫拉尔纤维混纺而成;基布层的表面设有复合耐磨涂层,所述复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成;所述复合耐磨涂层和基布层之间通过高温真空缝合固定。本发明的耐划擦沙发面料在面料表面涂覆一层复合耐磨涂层,使得所述面料的耐划擦性能和耐久性能均比纯聚四氟乙烯要优异,因此制成的耐划擦面料具有非常好的耐磨性能和优异的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,面料吸湿透气性好,可以抵抗一般尖锐物的划伤,使用寿命更高,适合制作各种沙发的表面。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,特别涉及一种沙发面料。
背景技术
沙发面料按照原材料成分分为全棉、亚麻、化纤等。化纤又包括涤纶、腈纶、粘胶、人造丝等,同时很多化纤面料都是几种成分混在一起的。织物沙发外部蒙上了一层面料,面料的耐用性决定了沙发的寿命,一些面料过于柔软,导致面料的耐磨性极差,而且不耐划,碰到尖锐物容易开裂,基本无法维修,损失严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防划耐磨、透气性好,
可抵御普通尖锐物划伤的耐划擦沙发面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种耐划擦沙发面料,包括经纱和纬纱交织而成的基布层,所述经纱由海岛纤维和金属纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱由涤纶纤维和凯夫拉尔纤维混纺而成;基布层的表面设有复合耐磨涂层,所述复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成;所述复合耐磨涂层和基布层之间通过高温真空缝合固定。
作为优选,所述经纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 50-55%,所述纬纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 45-50%。
作为优选,所述复合耐磨涂层的厚度为0.5-1.0mm。
作为优选,所述复合耐磨涂层由65-75wt%的聚四氟乙烯和25-35wt%的石墨构成。
本发明的耐划擦沙发面料在面料表面涂覆一层复合耐磨涂层,使得所述面料的耐划擦性能和耐久性能均比纯聚四氟乙烯要优异,因此制成的耐划擦面料具有非常好的耐磨性能和优异的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。本发明的耐划擦沙发面料也具有很强的耐久性,经多次洗涤后仍具有优良的耐磨性能,面料吸湿透气性好,可以抵抗一般尖锐物的划伤,使用寿命更高,适合制作各种沙发的表面。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐划擦沙发面料,包括经纱和纬纱交织而成的基布层,所述经纱由海岛纤维和金属纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱由涤纶纤维和凯夫拉尔纤维混纺而成;基布层的表面设有复合耐磨涂层,所述复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成;所述复合耐磨涂层和基布层之间通过高温真空缝合固定。
所述经纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 50%,所述纬纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 50%。
所述复合耐磨涂层的厚度为0.5mm。
所述复合耐磨涂层由65wt%的聚四氟乙烯和35wt%的石墨构成。
实施例2
一种耐划擦沙发面料,包括经纱和纬纱交织而成的基布层,所述经纱由海岛纤维和金属纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱由涤纶纤维和凯夫拉尔纤维混纺而成;基布层的表面设有复合耐磨涂层,所述复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成;所述复合耐磨涂层和基布层之间通过高温真空缝合固定。
所述经纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 55%,所述纬纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 45%。
所述复合耐磨涂层的厚度为1.0mm。
所述复合耐磨涂层由75wt%的聚四氟乙烯和25wt%的石墨构成。

一种耐划擦沙发面料,包括经纱和纬纱交织而成的基布层,所述经纱由海岛纤维和金属纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱由涤纶纤维和凯夫拉尔纤维混纺而成;基布层的表面设有复合耐磨涂层,所述复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成;所述复合耐磨涂层和基布层之间通过高温真空缝合固定。
所述经纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 52%,所述纬纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为48%。
所述复合耐磨涂层的厚度为0.8mm。
所述复合耐磨涂层由70wt%的聚四氟乙烯和30wt%的石墨构成。

1.一种耐划擦沙发面料,其特征在于:包括经纱和纬纱交织而成的基布层,所述经纱由海岛纤维和金属纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱由涤纶纤维和凯夫拉尔纤维混纺而成;基布层的表面设有复合耐磨涂层,所述复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成;所述复合耐磨涂层和基布层之间通过高温真空缝合固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐划擦沙发面料,其特征在于:所述经纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 50-55%,所述纬纱在基布层中所占的重量百分比为 45-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐划擦沙发面料,其特征在于:所述复合耐磨涂层的厚度为0.5-1.0mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐划擦沙发面料,其特征在于:所述复合耐磨涂层由65-75wt%的聚四氟乙烯和25-35wt%的石墨构成。
