本发明涉及一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其外层面料具有两种经纱和两种纬纱:间位芳纶和对位芳纶混纺的第一外层经纱、第一外层纬纱,间位芳纶基导电纤维制成的第二外层经纱、第二外层纬纱,第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱中间位芳纶和对位芳纶的质量比为2:1~13:1;其内层面料具有内层经纱、内层纬纱且下表面拉绒处理;相邻两根第二外层经纱中间间隔9根至49根第一外层经纱,相邻两根第二外层纬纱中间间隔9根至49根第一外层纬纱,第二外层经纱和第二外层纬纱与第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱相互交织形成网格。本发明的面料具有优良的阻燃隔热性和抗静电性,而且强力突出,面料穿着舒适,且更加安全。

Description

一种双层阻燃抗静电面料
技术领域
本发明涉及个体防护技术领域,特别涉及一种双层阻燃抗静电面料。
背景技术
芳纶全称“芳香族聚酰胺纤维”,其中间位、对位芳纶占全球芳纶总产量的97%以上,是国际芳纶产品和技术的主流。其中间位芳纶具有极其优良的耐热、阻燃等特性,对位芳纶除具有以上特性外,还具有高强度、高模量等特性。芳纶所具有的优良特性,使其具有极其广泛的应用领域,尤其在消防、救援、军事、赛车、工业、电力等个体安全防护领域发挥着重要的作用。
烟台泰和新材料股份有限公司通过公开号CN103046155B公开了一种导电间位芳纶纤维的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:(1)导电组分的处理;(2)将导电组分同溶剂、分散剂按比例加入高速混合设备中,控制温度在50-80℃,使其充分混合;然后对其进行研磨,达到合理的尺寸,最大尺寸在200纳米以下;(3)将研磨好的导电组分溶液加入到聚合物溶液中,充分混合均匀,然后冷却、脱泡得到导电纤维纺丝液;(4)采用湿法纺丝工艺,经过凝固、拉伸、水洗、热处理后,得到具备导电性能的间位芳纶纤维。根据该方法制得的导电间位芳纶纤维不但具有间位芳纶的本质阻燃、耐高温、尺寸稳定性、可纺性等优异性能,同时具有电阻率(104-105)Ω·cm的优异的导电性能。但通过这种导电纤维直接编织成的面料虽然具有阻燃、耐高温和导电的性能,但直接应用于个体防护并与人体直接接触时体感有待进一步提高。
江阴禾嘉针织有限公司通过公开号为CN105077797公开一种带有复合丝织物层的条纹拉绒导电和抗菌面料包括面料本体(1),所述面料本体(1)由织物制成,所述织物包括经线和纬纱,所述经线和纬线相互交织,经线和纬线中的纤维外包裹镀银层。织物下层为复合丝织物层,复合丝织物层的经线采用桑蚕丝,纬线采用珍珠纤维和茶纤维混纺纱线,所述的混纺纱线中,珍珠纤维的重量百分数为40-50%,茶纤维的重量百分数为50-60%。带有复合丝织物层的条纹拉绒导电和抗菌面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感,而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。但面料不具有阻燃性能,且面料强力有待进一步提高,不适合应用于个体防护领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前个体防护面料抗静电性能差、面料强力不高、阻燃隔热性能不足等缺点,公开一种双层阻燃抗静电面料。本发明的面料是通过纺纱、织造、整理加工工艺制造而成,所述工艺步骤均为本领域技术人员公知的工艺流程。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其特征在于:其外层面料具有两种经纱和两种纬纱:间位芳纶和对位芳纶混纺的第一外层经纱、第一外层纬纱,间位芳纶基导电纤维制成的第二外层经纱、第二外层纬纱,第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱中间位芳纶和对位芳纶的质量比为2:1~13:1;其内层面料具有内层经纱、内层纬纱且下表面拉绒处理;同时所述的第一外层经纱与第一外层纬纱的部分或全部向下穿插进入内层编织,所述的内层经纱与内层纬纱的部分或全部向上穿插进入外层编织;相邻两根第二外层经纱中间间隔9根至49根第一外层经纱,相邻两根第二外层纬纱中间间隔9根至49根第一外层纬纱,第二外层经纱和第二外层纬纱与第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱相互交织形成网格。采用间位芳纶和对位芳纶混纺面料。为保证面料整体效果,如柔软程度等,控制间位芳纶和对位芳纶二者比例为2:1~13:1。
由于间位芳纶和对位芳纶是本质阻燃纤维,且阻燃效果相对较好,优选两种材料。同时通过拉绒处理后,穿着舒适度大大提升,同时在提高面料强力的同时不影响面料的隔热性能。
进一步地,所述间位芳纶基导电纤维是通过将石墨烯、碳纳米管等导电组分表面活化处理、研磨后掺杂入间位纺丝溶液制备的导电纤维。根据该方法制得的导电间位芳纶纤维不但具有间位芳纶的本质阻燃、耐高温、尺寸稳定性、可纺性等优异性能,同时具有电阻率(104-105)Ω·cm的优异的导电性能。目前大部分抗静电面料均是通过导电纤维与非导电纤维混纺后做成面料,从而使得其抗静电效果较差。该发明所述的网格由100%导电纤维组成,有利于快速疏导产生的静电电荷。
进一步地,所述的内层经纱、内层纬纱由间位芳纶或对位芳纶或阻燃粘胶制成。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明的面料具有优良的阻燃隔热性和抗静电性,而且强力突出,面料穿着舒适,且更加安全。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚的理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
对实施例的双层阻燃抗静电面料进行测定,阻燃性能按GB/T17591-2006 规定的标准,抗静电性能按GB/T12014-2009规定的标准,断裂强度测定参照ISO13934-1 标准;撕裂强度测定参照ISO13937-2 标准。
实施例1
一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其外层面料具有两种经纱和两种纬纱:间位芳纶和对位芳纶混纺的第一外层经纱、第一外层纬纱,间位芳纶基导电纤维制成的第二外层经纱、第二外层纬纱,第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱中间位芳纶和对位芳纶的质量比为2:1;其内层面料具有内层经纱、内层纬纱且下表面拉绒处理;同时所述的第一外层经纱与第一外层纬纱的部分向下穿插进入内层编织,所述的内层经纱与内层纬纱的部分向上穿插进入外层编织;相邻两根第二外层经纱中间间隔30根第一外层经纱,相邻两根第二外层纬纱中间间隔33根第一外层纬纱,第二外层经纱和第二外层纬纱与第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱相互交织形成网格。
换算为:以质量百分比总和为100% 计,所述外层面料原料包括64.67% 的间位芳纶、32.33%的对位芳纶、3% 的间位芳纶基导电纤维,其中格网由100%芳纶基导电纤维组成;所述间位芳纶基导电纤维是通过将石墨烯表面活化处理、研磨后掺杂入间位纺丝溶液制备的导电纤维。内层为100%对位芳纶拉绒面料。通过纺纱、织造、整理加工制成面料。面料检测结果如表1 所示。
实施例2
一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其外层面料具有两种经纱和两种纬纱:间位芳纶和对位芳纶混纺的第一外层经纱、第一外层纬纱,间位芳纶基导电纤维制成的第二外层经纱、第二外层纬纱,第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱中间位芳纶和对位芳纶的质量比为13:1;其内层面料具有内层经纱、内层纬纱且下表面拉绒处理;同时所述的第一外层经纱与第一外层纬纱全部向下穿插进入内层编织,所述的内层经纱与内层纬纱的全部向上穿插进入外层编织;相邻两根第二外层经纱中间间隔9根第一外层经纱,相邻两根第二外层纬纱中间间隔9根第一外层纬纱,第二外层经纱和第二外层纬纱与第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱相互交织形成网格。
换算为:以质量百分比总和为100% 计,所述外层面料原料包括74.29% 的间位芳纶、5.71%的对位芳纶、20% 的间位芳纶基导电纤维,其中格网由100%芳纶基导电纤维组成;所述间位芳纶基导电纤维是通过将碳纳米管表面活化处理、研磨后掺杂入间位纺丝溶液制备的导电纤维。内层为100%间位芳纶拉绒面料。通过纺纱、织造、整理加工制成面料。面料检测结果如表1 所示。
实施例3
一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其外层面料具有两种经纱和两种纬纱:间位芳纶和对位芳纶混纺的第一外层经纱、第一外层纬纱,间位芳纶基导电纤维制成的第二外层经纱、第二外层纬纱,第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱中间位芳纶和对位芳纶的质量比为9:1;其内层面料具有内层经纱、内层纬纱且下表面拉绒处理;同时所述的第一外层经纱与第一外层纬纱的部分向下穿插进入内层编织,所述的内层经纱与内层纬纱的全部向上穿插进入外层编织;相邻两根第二外层经纱中间间隔49根第一外层经纱,相邻两根第二外层纬纱中间间隔49根第一外层纬纱,第二外层经纱和第二外层纬纱与第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱相互交织形成网格。
换算为:以质量百分比总和为100% 计,所述外层面料原料包括88.2% 的间位芳纶、9.8%的对位芳纶、2% 的间位芳纶基导电纤维,其中格网由100%芳纶基导电纤维组成;所述间位芳纶基导电纤维是通过将石墨烯表面活化处理、研磨后掺杂入间位纺丝溶液制备的导电纤维。内层为100%对位芳纶拉绒面料。通过纺纱、织造、整理加工制成面料。面料检测结果如表1 所示。
本实施例提供一种双层阻燃抗静电面料。该阻燃抗静电面料包括外层面料和里层面料。以质量百分比总和为100% 计,所述外层面料为导电间位芳纶格子布,其原料包括60%的间位芳纶、31%的对位芳纶、9%的间位芳纶基导电纤维,其中格网由100%芳纶基导电纤维组成;内层为100%阻燃粘胶拉绒面料。通过纺纱、织造、整理加工制成面料。面料检测结果如表1 所示。

1.一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其特征在于:其外层面料具有两种经纱和两种纬纱:间位芳纶和对位芳纶混纺的第一外层经纱、第一外层纬纱,间位芳纶基导电纤维制成的第二外层经纱、第二外层纬纱,第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱中间位芳纶和对位芳纶的质量比为2:1~13:1;其内层面料具有内层经纱、内层纬纱且下表面拉绒处理;同时所述的第一外层经纱与第一外层纬纱的部分或全部向下穿插进入内层编织,所述的内层经纱与内层纬纱的部分或全部向上穿插进入外层编织;相邻两根第二外层经纱中间间隔9根至49根第一外层经纱,相邻两根第二外层纬纱中间间隔9根至49根第一外层纬纱,第二外层经纱和第二外层纬纱与第一外层经纱和第一外层纬纱相互交织形成网格。
2. 如权利要求1 所述的一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其特征在于,所述间位芳纶基导电纤维是通过将石墨烯、碳纳米管等导电组分表面活化处理、研磨后掺杂入间位纺丝溶液制备的导电纤维。
3. 如权利要求1 所述的一种双层阻燃抗静电面料,其特征在于,所述的内层经纱、内层纬纱由间位芳纶或对位芳纶或阻燃粘胶制成。
