Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热型防护服,由隔热性面料按照常规防护服生产工艺制备而成,隔热性面料依次由阻燃层、隔热层和舒适层组成,阻燃层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维80‑85%、对位芳酰胺纤维8‑9%、防静电纤维6‑10%,防静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,隔热层包括下述重量份的原料:双层织物75份、PTFE膜25份,舒适层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维30‑35%和阻燃黏胶纤维65‑70%。本发明能达到热防护性能和穿着舒适性能兼顾的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服装技术领域,具体涉及一种隔热型防护服。
背景技术
防护服常用来保护人体免受危害,如各种热危害和化学危害等。其中,消防服是消防员在进行灭火战斗或火场救援时穿着的防护服装,通常除具有很高的阻燃和耐热性能外,还需要优良的隔热性能,以避免消防队员被烧伤和灼伤。目前我国所使用的消防服结构设计主要包括四层,依次为阻燃外层、防水透气层、隔热层和舒适层。这种多层结构使消防服具有很高的热阻,极大地提高了服装的隔热性能。然而,这些防护性能显著降低了消防服的舒适性能,特别是透湿性能,阻碍汗水的排出和蒸发,限制人体出汗所释放的潜热。目前,在消防服装的研究和产品开发中,同时兼顾热防护性能和穿着舒适性能仍然是一个巨大的挑战。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中的不足,提供了一种隔热型防护服,通过本发明能达到热防护性能和穿着舒适性能兼顾的效果。
本发明技术解决方案如下:
一种隔热型防护服,由隔热性面料按照常规防护服生产工艺制备而成,所述隔热性面料依次由阻燃层、隔热层和舒适层组成,所述阻燃层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维80-85%、对位芳酰胺纤维8-9%、防静电纤维6-10%,所述防静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,所述隔热层包括下述重量份的原料:双层织物75份、PTFE膜25份,所述舒适层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维30-35%和阻燃黏胶纤维65-70%。
优选的,所述双层织物为双层间隔结构,由耐高温阻燃纤维、防静电纤维和阻燃单丝采用经编或纬编织造而成。
优选的,所述阻燃黏胶纤维经阻燃剂处理,阻燃剂粒度<1um,纤维细度在1.5—1.7DTEX。
相对于现有技术,本发明有益效果如下:
本发明通过两层碳化热收缩率比较稳定的产品与阻燃耐高温单丝的连接,起到同克重的两个单层绗缝复合面料的热性能指标相比,提升明显,并且保暖、疏水、排湿,可以改善服用的舒适性。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种隔热型防护服,由隔热性面料按照常规防护服生产工艺制备而成,所述隔热性面料依次由阻燃层1、隔热层2和舒适层3组成,所述阻燃层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维80-85%、对位芳酰胺纤维8-9%、防静电纤维6-10%,所述防静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,所述隔热层包括下述重量份的原料:双层织物75份、PTFE膜25份,所述舒适层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维30-35%和阻燃黏胶纤维65-70%,所述双层织物为双层间隔结构,由耐高温阻燃纤维、防静电纤维和阻燃单丝采用经编或纬编织造而成,所述阻燃黏胶纤维经阻燃剂处理,阻燃剂粒度<1um,纤维细度在1.5— 1.7DTEX。

1.一种隔热型防护服,其特征在于:由隔热性面料按照常规防护服生产工艺制备而成,所述隔热性面料依次由阻燃层、隔热层和舒适层组成,所述阻燃层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维80-85%、对位芳酰胺纤维8-9%、防静电纤维6-10%,所述防静电纤维采用以聚酰胺和炭黑分别为基质和导电成份的复合有机导电纤维,所述隔热层包括下述重量份的原料:双层织物75份、PTFE膜25份,所述舒适层由下述重量百分比的纤维织造而成:间位芳酰胺纤维30-35%和阻燃黏胶纤维65-70%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔热型防护服,其特征在于:所述双层织物为双层间隔结构,由耐高温阻燃纤维、防静电纤维和阻燃单丝采用经编或纬编织造而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种隔热型防护服,其特征在于:所述阻燃黏胶纤维经阻燃剂处理,阻燃剂粒度<1um,纤维细度在1.5— 1.7DTEX。
