Abstract

一种镀锌气刀,包含有进气孔(5)、呈矩形的进气腔(1)、呈圆形的混合腔(2)、上刀唇(3)和下刀唇(4);所述的进气孔(5)设置在气刀的右端;所述的进气腔(1)设置在气刀内部的右侧,其特征在于:所述的混合腔(2)设置在气刀内部的中间,右侧下部开有通往进气腔(1)的孔,左侧上部开有通往上刀唇(3)和下刀唇(4)之间的加速通道的孔。本发明通过在进气腔(1)之后设置混合腔(2),使得气刀内的压强一致,同时将上刀唇(3)和下刀唇(4)设置成镀铬的电加热板,避免了锌渣的黏附,有效的提升了镀锌板的板面整洁。

一种镀锌气刀
技术领域
本发明涉及热镀锌机组中的锌层控制装置,尤其是一种镀锌气刀。
背景技术
目前的热镀锌机组中通常采用气刀来刮除多余的锌液,控制锌层厚度,但传统的气刀具有以下的缺陷:1、飞溅的锌渣经常会黏附在刀唇上,堵住出风的通道,导致镀锌板上形成一条白线;2、气刀喷出的气体压强不均匀,导致镀锌板两个边部的锌层不均匀。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种镀锌气刀,是在进气腔后设置一个混合腔,使得气刀内气体压强变均匀,同时将上下刀唇改为电加热板并镀上铬合金,避免锌渣的黏附,从而提升镀锌板的板面整洁。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种镀锌气刀,包含有进气孔、呈矩形的进气腔、呈圆形的混合腔和上下刀唇;所述的进气孔设置在气刀的右端,共有9个,等分的分布在气刀右侧面的中轴线上;所述的进气腔设置在气刀内部的右侧,通过进气孔与进气管连接;所述的混合腔设置在气刀内部的中间,右侧下部开有通往进气腔的孔,左侧上部开有通往上下刀唇之间的加速通道的孔;所述的上下刀唇设置在气刀的左端,上下刀唇之间围成加速通道。
本发明通过在进气腔后设置混合腔,使得气刀内的气压平均,同时将上下刀唇设置成镀铬的电加热板,避免锌渣的黏附,使得镀锌板的板面整洁度得到有效的提高。

具体实施方式
由图1和图2知,一种镀锌气刀,包含有进气孔5、呈矩形的进气腔1、呈圆形的混合腔2、上刀唇3和下刀唇4;所述的进气孔5设置在气刀的右端;所述的进气腔1设置在气刀内部的右侧,通过进气孔5与外部管道连接;所述的混合腔2设置在气刀内部的中间;所述的上刀唇3和下刀唇4设置在气刀的左端。
所述的进气孔5共有9个,等分的分布在气刀右侧面的中轴线上,等分分布的9个进气孔5使得进入气刀内的气体压强更均匀。
所述的混合腔2右侧下部开有通往进气腔1的孔,左侧上部开有通往上刀唇3和下刀唇4之间的加速通道的孔,能充分混合进气腔1引进的压缩空气,使得气刀内部各段的气体压强平均。
所述的上刀唇3和下刀唇4之间围成斜向下的加速通道,斜向下吹出的压缩空气有效的提升了气体的刮锌液能力;所述的上刀唇3和下刀唇4均为镀铬的电加热板,有效的避免了锌渣的黏附。
工作时,空气压缩机压缩空气,然后通过管道从9个进气孔5引进到气刀的进气腔1内,在进气腔1内进行初步的混合后从混合腔2右下侧的孔进入混合腔2内,在混合腔2内充分混合使得气体压力平均后再通过上刀唇3和下刀唇4之间斜向下的加速通道吹出。

1.一种镀锌气刀,包含有进气孔(5)、呈矩形的进气腔(1)、呈圆形的混合腔(2)、上刀唇(3)和下刀唇(4);所述的进气孔(5)设置在气刀的右端;所述的进气腔(1)设置在气刀内部的右侧,其特征在于:所述的混合腔(2)设置在气刀内部的中间,右侧下部开有通往进气腔(1)的孔,左侧上部开有通往上刀唇(3)和下刀唇(4)之间的加速通道的孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌气刀,其特征还在于:所述的进气孔(5)共有9个,等分的分布在气刀右侧面的中轴线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌气刀,其特征还在于:所述的上刀唇(3)和下刀唇(4)设置在气刀的左端,并围成一个斜向下的加速通道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌气刀,其特征还在于:所述的上刀唇(3)和下刀唇(4)均为镀铬的电加热板。
