本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种用于替换割草机塑料外壳的高硬度铝合金。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种高硬度铝合金,由以下重量比材料组成: 锰0.4%到0.6%、铜1.7%到2.1%、铁2.4%到2.7%、镁0.7%到1.3%、钛0.3%到0.5%,硅0.1%到0.4%,锰0.03%到0.08%,铬0.07%到0.09%,余量为铝。
本发明提供的高硬度铝合金,提高传统铝合金中铜、铁的占比,从而得到一种硬度大幅提高的铝合金。
